Das 2BR, 1BA Blue Hydrangea Beach Cottage in Belmar, New Jersey, gehört Christine Cardellino, Herausgeberin des Belmar Beachcomber Blog. Unsere Vermietung bietet einen einladenden 5-Sterne-Rückzugsort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen komfortablen und erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Lage des Hauses in einer ruhigen Gegend ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand von Belmar und den Restaurants und Geschäften der Main Street entfernt.

Neben Bett- / Badwäsche und kostenfreiem WLAN bieten wir Strandanhänger, Liegestühle, Boogie-Boards, Sonnenschirme, einen fahrbaren Strandkarren, einen Strandkarren, zwei Fahrräder für Erwachsene, einen Gasgrill, eine Außendusche, und so viel mehr. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gehören zu unseren Standardannehmlichkeiten ein Graco Pack and Play, ein Hochstuhl, ein Spielplatz für den Strand, Sandspielzeug und andere Babyannehmlichkeiten.

Die helle, geräumige und moderne Küche mit Granit bietet alles, was Sie zum Zubereiten und Kochen auf dem Grill benötigen. Der sonnige Essbereich verfügt über Schiebetüren, die zu einer großen, privaten Terrasse führen. Das Deck bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und Essen im Freien sowie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf unsere Hinterhofgärten mit Sonnenblumen, Hortensien und Schmetterlingsbüschen.

Diese Vermietung bietet bequem Platz für ein bis vier Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlittenbett und ist mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für ein oder zwei Erwachsene oder Kinder in zwei Einzelbetten (Zustellbett). Das makellose, modernisierte Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine bequeme Kommode, einen Waschtisch mit Granitplatte und eine individuell geflieste Dusche.

Das Wohnzimmer ist komfortabel zum Lesen, Entspannen und Fernsehen eingerichtet. Neben einem HD-Flachbildfernseher und einem DVD-Player bieten wir eine Auswahl an Filmen, Büchern und Spielen. Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren sind überall vorhanden.

Sie mieten die gesamte zweite Etage des Zweifamilienhauses des Eigentümers. Die Mieteinheit hat einen separaten Eingang auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks. Erster Stock ist die Einheit des Eigentümers. An Sommerwochenenden gibt es einen gemeinsamen Parkplatz für ein Auto.

Sie müssen mindestens 30 Jahre alt sein, um unser Haus zu mieten. Wir vermieten nicht an Gruppen. Unser Haus ist ideal für ältere Paare, kleine Familien bis zu vier Personen und alleinstehende Erwachsene geeignet. Die Miete zuzüglich einer Reinigungsgebühr und einer Kaution in Höhe von 500 USD ist erforderlich, um Ihre Reservierung abzuschließen. Außerdem ist ein unterschriebener Mietvertrag mit Angaben zu Namen, Wohnadresse und Alter aller Bewohner erforderlich, die Sie besuchen oder bei Ihnen wohnen werden. Rauchen im Haus, keine Partys und keine Haustiere.

Nice Belmar beach apartment

perfect for 2 people, or 4 if you spend a lot of time out of the unit. It is a small but very well maintained and clean 2nd floor, rear, apartment, with the owners living downstairs. We have 2 young boys, so the playground 1/2 block away was very convenient. The beach is a long 5 blocks away, but walkable (get a beach cart for your chairs and stuff). The owners are very nice and helpful, sharing information about things to do. Great yard and garden. No outside shower is the only minor downside.

Perfect rental if you have a baby!

I rented Christine's adorable house for my parents to babysit my one-year-old for a week. Christine had everything you could possibly need for a little one (high chair, crib, pack and play for the beach, changing pad, bath tub, umbrella stroller, the list goes on and on). The house is a great setup, one block from a playground and near the beach playground as well. Christine was there for anything my parents needed. Highly recommend, especially if you have a little one with you.

Everything you could want in a rental home

Everything you would ever need during your stay is found in this rental. The owners put a lot of thought into amenities for this rental. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful deck outside to enjoy during your stay, very quiet area. Owners were very thoughtful in making our stay enjoyable. They even covered our bikes one day when it rained. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Belmar.

Really Enjoyed Blue Hydrangea

Blue Hydrangea was like a home away from home. It was very clean (esp. the bathroom) and great amenities down to the Keurig coffeemaker, corkscrew, wine glasses, grill, and boogie boards. The decor was tastefully done. Our family had a short but very relaxing time both at the beach and hanging out at the cottage. Hope to be back next year!

Highly recommend this beach house!

My husband and I have rented the Blue Hydrangea for 4 summers now. The location is perfect, and the house is so welcoming and comfortable, a totally quiet and relaxing beach getaway just as described. It really has become our home away from home, and we're already counting the days until our vacation next summer! Belmar is a great beach town, too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach house

My family (including two little boys) enjoyed a fun week at the Blue Hydrangea. The home was very nicely furnished and extremely well kept. It looked in person just like the photos. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of - even though we ended up eating out. There was plenty of room for our family of four including comfortable living room and nice deck. It was a first time to Belmar and there was a lot to explore nearby. The beach was a short walk, very clean, and beautiful views. We found good restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. It was also a central location for visiting other towns and there were many activities for entertaining kids - playgrounds around corner and at boardwalk, Castaway mini golf, Jenkinsons boardwalk, Asbury splash park and swan pedal boats, etc. We are also excited to find a range of restaurants within 20 mins including breakfast comfort food (Meemoms, Belmar), Korean tacos (MOGO, Asbury Park), Jersey Shore BBQ (Belmar), German food (Asbury Festhalle), seafood (Shrimp Box, Point Pleasant). We have previously stayed at several beach houses in LBI and this was by far the homiest place. I highly recommend this beach rental!

Blue Hydrangea

My girlfriend, her daughter and myself spent memorial day weekend at Christine's lovely home. It was our first time in Belmar and it didn't disappoint. To keep it short and sweet the apartment was extremely comfortable, spotless, with a great location! Christine she was a gracious host and if your visiting Belmar I highly recommend renting from her.

Relaxing and comfortable

I just spent a lovely, relaxing few weeks at the Blue Hydrangea. Christine is the perfect hostess: the apartment was spotlessly clean and attention was paid to every detail! She even left a bowl of fresh, organic fruit on the shelf in the kitchen, which was perfectly stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and everything needed to prepare meals. There were so many little thoughtful touches, such as a small container with notepaper and pens - right where you would need them for notes and phone numbers - a night light in the bathroom, lots of ice in the freezer and a drawer filled with information about the area - maps, menus, phone book, etc. Christine and Randy are available for any questions and concerns, but they do not intrude on your privacy and the apartment is very private. There is a large deck with lounge chairs and a table for enjoying meals outside. I enjoyed sitting with a cup of coffee in the morning, listening to the birds! The Belmar beach is beautiful and there is a long boardwalk for early morning and late night walks. The town takes very good care of the beachfront area and there are several places to get pizza and other fast foods, as well as a couple of restaurants across from the ocean. As a bonus, the train to NYC stops right at the edge of town! Thank you Christine and Randy for a relaxing, comfortable stay at the Jersey Shore!!

Fantastic, private stay in a wonderful suite and location

I'm an academic working at a big university in New Jersey. The downside is that the area near where I work is full of student types, and I wanted to get away from it all. So I decided to deal with a big commute and try staying at the Blue Hydrangea in Belmar for the off season. I was hesitant, but Christine reassured me: "When you're home, you'll be *here*", she said. How right she was that that mattered. Belmar in the off-season is a tranquil and beautiful getaway. And the suite is just perfect. Plenty of space, modern but relaxing furnishings, and most important (for me) a quiet place to unwind and get my work done. Just being here made every day seem like a tranquil, peaceful vacation at the beach, which I guess is what each day was (the suite is about a 10 minute walk from the beautiful beach and boardwalk). Between the two of them, Christine and Randy were the perfect hosts. Christine is a hostess who makes sure everything is in place and looked after, and at the same time *extremely* respectful of her guests' privacy and solitude. Though the suite is above their home, I felt throughout that I was living in my own separate world. And Randy is a skilled handyman, always a quick text away on the very rare occasions when anything went wrong. And on top of that, they are both delightful and warm people. Highly recommended!

Paradise revisited

Our Second Year Staying Here -- We Just Love It!

This is our second year staying here, and we just love it. The house is adorable, extremely well maintained, and very, very clean. We love sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee to ponder life :-). The hostess is friendly, upbeat, and just a pleasure. Her goal is to make sure your stay is exactly what hoped it would be. We're going home rested and happy we were here.

So happy I decided to rent this cottage! From the beginning, Christine, was a pleasure to correspond with. The pictures really didn't do this cottage justice. Very warm and inviting. Thanks to Christine & Belmar for a great 4 days last week-end. The Blue Hydrangea was such a pleasant surprise. We felt at home from the minute we opened the door. You can tell alot of thought and love was put into the decorating to make the cottage a place that all visitors can feel comfortable. Perfect Beach Cottage Rental

We found this beach house on the web and took a chance as we're 3,000 miles away. It did not disappoint. It was just adorable. It was spacious, adorably decorated, clean, and the owner was so gracious, friendly, and accommodating. The deck was just lovely. We had coffee out there every morning and watched the birds and squirrels run around. The air conditioners in each room kept the house cool without overpowering. The furnishings were so suited for the beach and the kitchen was stocked as well as your own home. We are planning to hopefully go back again next summer. You won't be disappointed in this place.

A Relaxing Two Weeks

Our family of three had a very pleasant experience during our two-week stay at the Blue Hydrangea Beach Cottage. The house is tastefully decorated, and everything is well maintained, comfortable and very clean. The house is in a quiet neighborhood as described, a short walk to the Belmar beach and restaurants. We loved the big kitchen and found it easy to prepare breakfast and lunch here (we ate dinner out most nights; it was vacation, after all!). I loved starting each day with a cup of coffee on the deck, watching the birds and squirrels in the back yard. And the flower gardens are just beautiful! We already have recommended this place to some friends and hope to return next summer. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable, tidy, well-located, and a very special haven.

This cottage second-floor apartment is plenty spacious for two and we even had an overnight guest a couple nights and there was no feeling of being crowded. The apartment is exceptionally neat and clean, with nice appliances, good, quiet air conditioners and nice dishes and pots/pans. It's thoughtfully furnished and seems very personal, not like the sort of cast offs feeling some rentals have. The artwork and decorative accents were all tasteful and just right for a beach house. The deck was wonderful, like a treehouse! The owner was helpful with questions before and during our tay. We actually didn't have such a nice beach week but we found the Blue Hydrangea very pleasant for our stay. Big Daddy's around the corner on 14th and D is fun and friendly for breakfast. We liked Cielito Linda for a Mexican dinner. Over in Asbury, we had a great dinner at Cubacan right on the boardwalk.

Great getaway

This cottage is so cute and cosy. There is a great deck overlooking a gorgeous garden. It's perfect for a couple or a small family. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the beach is 5 blocks away. But you can park right in front of the house and walk or bike everywhere you want to go. Paradise at the Beach

Weeks ago I was dithering over which early week of June I should choose. Well, I chose the right one. I had five perfect days. It was a great few days, and I'll remember every lovely minute of strolling around Belmar. Happy summer and thank you for sharing the Blue Hydrangea. You have made a little paradise there. Thanks for everything!

Our Honeymoon Week -- Just Perfect!

My husband and I spent our very first week of marriage at the Blue Hydrangea Cottage, and it was perfect! We relaxed on the deck, took runs on the boardwalk, and strolled down Main Street in Belmar. This cottage is so beautifully decorated -- we love all of the yellows and blues. It is clearly so well taken care of, and you could not have been more accommodating! We have been raving about this place to everyone! Thank you so much!

The Blue Hydrangea is Perfect

We felt at home here. The owner has done a terrific job with this rental. She is so nice and accommodating. We loved how we can walk everywhere. Thank you! We will be back and definitely refer the cottage to others.
