Diese neu gestaltete 4-Schlafzimmer-, 4-Badezimmer-Golffronteinheit ist ungefähr 2.500 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über einen großen umlaufenden Balkon mit Zugang vom Wohnbereich sowie von allen Schlafzimmern. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool, eine große begehbare Fliesendusche mit zwei Duschköpfen und einen Doppelwaschtisch. Das zweite und das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Queensize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und das vierte Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Queensize-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Gerät verfügt über alle neuen Fliesenböden, einen 75-Zoll-Smart-TV, einen DVD-Player und ein Sonos Bluetooth-Soundsystem. WLAN-Internetzugang ist ebenso vorhanden wie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Edelstahlgeräten, eine große Insel mit Bar, eine Nassbar mit Eismaschine, eine große Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie 2 Twin-Rollbetten für 12 Gäste.

Annual Family Trip

Our stay was great. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was spacious. It was the ideal place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. I’d definitely recommend this place- and I’d definitely go back. One drawback- my vacation didn’t last long enough :(

Feels like home

This property is absolutely gorgeous - well decorated with sophistication - with the best views! The unit was clean, roomie and had most everything you would need while on vacation. Really felt like home away from home. We had several issues while we were there but feel like most of that was not reflective of the unit or owner but more the property manager. We got stuck in an elevator for an hour (stuff happens), ice maker was replaced in the unit and we weren’t notified/aware. Some other little things that could be improved but overall we would stay again and recommend the property and this unit for your next beach vacation!

Perfect Condo Amazing Views

This was our first time staying at this facility. Everything was amazing!! We had 10 people and had tons of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! The only 2 issues we had were the unit could use a tankless water heater (cold showers were no fun) and we had to unplug the dryer 1 time because it stopped working but once my son plugged it back in it was good to go. The balcony is great!! I would recommend this to anyone!!

Beautiful

We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and had plenty of room for 11 of us. We spent most of our time at the beach and the outdoor pools- amazing. Prompt response with any issues. The elevators here are very slow especially during check in/out turns- so plan accordingly.

Beach stay

Room was super nice and check in was easy. The only complaint is the beds are super hard. We had several with back aches and neck aches from the mattress and the pillows..Alsom in the shower wouldnt be a bad idea to put a bar or something in the shower for the older people to have something to hold on to to keep from falling. Other than that everything else was great.

Wonderful Condo, horrible elevators

The condo itself was stunning, spacious, spotless. The balcony was large & gave amazing views. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need, great applicants. We came in the busy season of July though, and the elevator situation was unreal. Being on the 29th floor, taking the stairs is not always ideal. We easily waited 30 minutes for an elevator at busy times (morning, evening around dinner). It was truly so bad I really don’t think I will ever book at this Phoenix again. Purhaps it isn’t as bad in other months, but everyone in the building agreed. Talking to other guests riding the elevators (you’ll likely stop at every floor trying to get where you want) others said it took them 2 hours to get to their condo when checking in. This is nothing the condo owners can control, but it truly is so frustrating that every other thing about this condo is wonderful expect for the elevators. Our toddler loved the splash pad & lazy river, and all the amenities were spotless. For the amount of people in this condo (thousands) there are only 6 eleveators.

Overall Great Condo -- just in need of some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived one area of the kitchen floor was very sticky and no mop in condo, but Liquid Life had someone up there before they left the building to clean it, so no problem. Liquid Life folks are great to work with! This is a nice condo, but needs some TLC. Some pros: plenty of seating, nice large table, GREAT balcony furniture and plenty of dishes and silverware. Some cons: some mattresses uncomfortable, not enough cookware in the kitchen, three of the 5 toilets were either hard to flush or hung up and had to remove tank lids to fix. One continued to run periodically the whole time we were there (would fill for a few seconds about every 5 minutes). Also, two chairs at the dining table were so rickety we were afraid to sit on them--some others were getting that way. The vent in one bathroom doesn't work and the tub in that same bathroom doesn't drain freely. These were not major drawbacks, and we would probably stay in this unit again, but just letting you know there are issues. WE love the floor plan of the 4 BR condos in PWII.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down with a large group (8 adults and 5 children under 4). The rooms were plenty spacious enough for each of our families. We were pleased to find 2 roll away beds in the master closet! We didn’t even need the air mattresses we packed. The kitchen was lacking a few necessities (baking sheets, pizza pan, good spatula), but we made due. The appliances are brand new and worked well. The balcony does not disappoint! It is huge! I would book it again just for the huge balcony. We were a little worried about being 29 floors up, but you can hardly tell. We had no elevator trouble and never waited longer than a couple minutes.
