Dieses kürzlich renovierte Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist der perfekte Ort für Ihren nächsten Urlaub. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig im Tahoe Summit Village, drei Minuten die Straße runter vom erstklassigen Skifahren in der Heavenly's Boulder Lodge. Es ist auch nur eine kurze Autofahrt vom Einkaufszentrum Stateline und dem Nachtleben entfernt.

Dieses Haus besteht aus drei Ebenen. Die erste Etage auf Straßenniveau ist eine private Garage für zwei Autos. Sie betreten das Haus auf der zweiten Ebene, wo Sie das abgeschiedene Hauptschlafzimmer finden, Schlafzimmer 1. Dieses riesige Hauptschlafzimmer mit Vollbad verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen elektrischen Kamin sowie einen privaten Balkon.

Die dritte Etage ist ein geräumiger Wohnbereich mit gewölbter Decke, der eine perfekt dimensionierte Küche, einen Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer umfasst. Hier können Sie den Gaskamin und Großbildfernseher mit Soundbar genießen. Perfekt für einen gemütlichen gemeinsamen Abend oder ein Basislager, um die Abenteuer des Tages zu planen. Dieser Bereich öffnet sich zu einem großen Balkon und Grill, die dieses Gerät mit seinem Nachbarn teilt. Auf dieser Etage finden Sie auch Schlafzimmer 2 mit einem Queensize-Bett und Schlafzimmer 3 mit einem Queensize-Bett. Diese Etage verfügt über ein Badezimmer.

Belegungsregeln:
1. Nach den Regeln des Landkreises: Hochzeiten jeglicher Art und Größe sind auf dem Grundstück oder im Haus NICHT gestattet. Sie werden sofort geschlossen, verlieren die Kaution und müssen mit weiteren Bußgeldern rechnen.
2. Sie haben zu jeder Zeit nur 10 Personen Zutritt zum Haus. Dies beinhaltet alle Abendessen oder Versammlungen, die Sie möglicherweise haben. In den Betten können nur 6 Personen schlafen.
3. Parken: 4 Autos sind zu jeder Zeit am Haus erlaubt. Es gibt keine Straßenparkplätze pro Bezirk und Brandschutzregeln. Nichtbeachtung führt zum Verlust der Kaution.
4. Bitte helfen Sie uns, zu Hause eine Ferienwohnung zu behalten. LÄRMORDINANZ 22.00 - 07.00 TÄGLICH und ist in dieser Gegend sehr streng.

Great Location, Some Things Missing.

The location to Heavenly Ski Resort was awesome. Property itself for the price left some things to be desired. While it was very clean, cozy, and plenty of room for three adults, there were some things missing. The upstairs fireplace didn't work, there were no batteries in the TV remote, the downstairs sliding door did not lock, and there was no laundry detergent even though they advertised the washer and dryer. It would have also been nice to have a couple items on hand (soap, olive oil, etc) that we had to buy ourselves. Overall, a 7/10.

It is a okay place to stay!

The overall experience is okay the location is 15 minutes driving to the California lodge in heavenly! But there are couple places needs to improve: 1)lack of shampoo 2)cookwares need to replaced as all nonstick pans are scratched and cannot be used. 3) WiFi is not stable and slow, might need to reboot the router. I might not come back to stay!

Perfect Stay For Weekend

Nice summer stay

Booked this for a long weekend trip to Tahoe for our family. It was a nice condo with the basics. It was relaxing to be outside of town a bit to enjoy the quiet. There are two flights of narrow steep stairs to get to the main floor (3rd level) which were difficult to maneuver while carrying an infant carseat. Overall a nice rental though!

Decent place to stay near Heavenly

It had all we needed. It was kept clean and nice. 3 bedrooms, each with a queen or king bed. 1 bathroom upstairs, with two bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. There was a main bedroom with its own bathroom on the lower level. I guess the only thing I didn’t expect was the number of stairs to climb to the front door and then to the upper floor where everything is. That creates a nice view off the deck, but a lot of stairs. Overall a pretty nice place to stay close to trails and the little market.

Nice place close to Boulder

The property has a great location to Boulder ski mountain. Property was clean, nicely stocked and comfortable. The down stairs bedroom is extremely cold and could use a stand up heater and could use some updated cook ware as fry pans are pealing/stick other then that stay was great. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful, vacation!!

Family Ski Trip

Great location for Heavenly Boulder lift. Place had everything we needed for 4 adults and two young children. Driveway is very steep which could be an issue if there is snow. That should be added to the description.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location, just 2 minutes away from Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. Condo was comfortable and clean. Garage key code didn't work, but garage door openers were provided, so it wasn't an issue. The wifi intermittently disconnected devices every 10 minutes, which may pose an issue for remote workers, but speeds were decent (50 mbps+). Thanks for the stay!

Cabin

It was a nice condo tucked away, short distance to heavenly village and Safeway. The fireplace in the master room was a pleasant surprise. We came across a few stuff left behind by previous renter I believe, but it didn’t bother us. The kitchen was stocked very well with cookware. We will definitely come back, weather permitting.

Comfortable close to lift Chalet

We got entry information a couple days before arrival and were very pleased with the accommodations. Comfortable and clean. Spacious Master Bdrm with warm fireplace and view of snowy trees. Guest bedrooms are spacious with shared bthrm off kitchen and common area, also with warm fireplace. Stayed away from figuring out TV & speaker electronics. Shuttle goes by, dropped one of us off at house after a late ski day. Will come again!

Notes

The overall property was welcoming and cozy, but when waking in there was a lot of noticeable dust and pollen giving our family a hard time. Another thing was the the TV wasn’t responding at all (the binder inside noted that there would be available channels to watch, which it didn’t) Over than those two the condo was in a great location and had everything it needed for our stay.

Remolded house just one major concern!

Location was awesome! The house seem like it was newly remodeled. I never received the house code to get in so, I had to call management company upon arrival. My one and only concern was that the sheets and the bathroom had hairs!!

Loved the location and the condo. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great property and a perfect location close to Boulder Lodge. My only complaints are 1) the code we were given for the garage doors didn't work. Luckily there were garage door openers inside the unit, and 2) the front door was extremely hard to open and close. Women in our group had difficulty opening and closing the door.

Adequate stay

The location was really good ~2 mins to Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and the property was clean, equipped and a decent size for 6 people. Didn't like that we had to carry the trash to a bin a block and a half away in the snow despite paying a cleaning fee. Fireplace wasn't working and management couldn't get someone out until ~5PM on our last day so we only got to use it for a few hours.

Superb Retreat for Tahoe

Property was terrific. Quick 4 min drive to Stagecoach lift. Easy to find. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It includes a coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. There are a lot of steps up into the cabin (typical of Tahoe - if you plan to visit - be prepared for a lot of stairs!) The entry is a little tight but manageable. The driveway is steep!! Best to grab the door opener from inside and unpack in the garage. House was clean and well appointed. Two balconies are nice (we didn’t utilize them) - property manager is very responsive. The entire stay was great

Good location, Lots of small issues add up

During summer stay, house is in a pretty good location. Easy access to anything Nevada side of South lake. In winter, I'm sure the location is even better. But it's right by a very busy road. The busy road is more of a problem in summer because you'll want to open doors and windows with how hot it gets. Various things were not that clean. Bugs in cupboards, crumbs and food bits on the carpet, dirty shower curtains. Also appeared to be pet hair in the living room. Some broken things: laundry room doorknob & one of the garage doors. The listing is mostly accurate except for out of date pictures and not mentioning it's one unit of a duplex. So the grill it mentions in the listing didn't exist in our unit (saw it on porch of other unit). — note, the bathrooms had almost no shower supplies, so plan on bringing your own. The trash bin location that is mentioned in the house is *not* accurate, leading us to walk around the block with trash bags. Neighbors at least redirected us to the correct location (on a different street than was told to us). However, communication with property manager was quick and easy for a couple things that came up (fireplace issues, asking about garage door opener).

Overall great stay!

This property is really nice and clean. The location is great. It is very close to gondola and the stagecoach lodge by car. The parking at the gondola was very easy so we started our skiing day there. The property is in good shape and very roomie for the family of four. Bedrooms are nice and comfy with clean linens. They also supply plenty of towels. No other toiletries were supplied so make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioners and soaps. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for making meals at the property. The only two things we wish be better is the fireplace is not working and too many controls for the TV. Even with the detail instruction book they have on site, it was still tough to figure out with the TVs (maybe we are just clueless!). Oh..the washer door has issue but if you are smart you can figure out how to open with a knife pretty easily. They suppose to have one on order. The property manager is within reach of a phone call so it is always a plus. So overall a great stay and beautiful place to stay while in Tahoe!

Great Location

This place is located perfectly, just 5 minutes from the best coffee shop, and 7 mins from all the action of south lake tahoe. Things to note is the kitchen is on the second floor so struggle was real carrying everything upstairs, but the kitchen is so well equipped we were impressed! (minus the paper towels!) Few things did bother us though, my friends thought it was pretty dusty, but a lot of places around Tahoe are like that so it went unbothered. I don't know how everybody else's beds were, but my bed in the room straight down the hallway on the second floor was pretty bad, I just slept on the sofa the second night, but my husband and my other friends just slept on their beds. There are no shampoo/conditioner/body wash so make sure you bring yours! I booked with vrbo before but never had to deal with World Property Management.. if I have to deal with them again, I dont think I will book with Vrbo again honestly. It was a lot of work to just book 2 nights stay and they were not friendly at all.

Upon arrival, we had issues locating/trying to open garage. Once the key was located, it was inoperable & had no batteries. It was a couple hours before we gained access; trying to unlock garage using pin pad & finding the opener-to locating batteries. Shower curtains were dirty, had brown rust or mold all over. Cabinets need cleaning. There were pots/pans on the counter tops (one pot which had some brown dirt or rust all in it)We all, including our 2 small infants, have bug bites from our arms to legs. I’m not sure if it’s the beds, or some other place in the home but I’ve never experienced this at a rental. It was also advertised as having a grill in photos & listing; when I contacted the property manager I was told there is no grill. This was extremely unfortunate as we prepared to cook food & already bought, on the grill we thought was there. This response was also not received until 16 hours later. When we first booked the home, there were photos of a hot tub, when we arrived, it was only accessible for the other side of the rental unit. The home wasn’t red, which caused a little confusion trying to locate it; I think upgrades may have been made to the outside. Unitcould use a deep cleaning, especially since they charge over $200 for cleaning & renters have to fully clean the home, put linens in rooms, and throw all garbage. We also can’t wear shoes inside, carpets were dirty & our feet were brown from walking around house. We appreciate allowing us to use this property.
