Haus am Meer direkt am Sand Hills Beach. Schöne Ozeansonnenaufgang- und -sonnenuntergangansichten. Ein großartiger Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und am Meer zu entspannen. Schönes Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern, drei Vollbädern, Außendusche und großer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean und Stufen zum Strand. Wir befinden uns 1,6 km vom Zentrum des Hafens von Scituate entfernt, wo es viele hübsche Geschäfte, Restaurants und ein Kino gibt. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum schönen Leuchtturm von Scituate. Perfekt für Sommer- / Herbstferien, Übernachtungen für Hochzeiten in der Stadt, Jubiläen, besondere Anlässe oder ein langes Wochenende außerhalb der Saison.

Another fantastic stay

I can't say enough about this property - spectacular deck, walking to lighthouse, downtown, responsive and great owners. (I had a quick question and received an immediate response - faster than i would expect). The house is beautiful, warm & inviting. We had a great stay enjoying the beach, deck, neighborhood - and when it briefly rained, we enjoyed the view through the glass doors to the deck - everything we needed was there. Could not ask for more! Highly recommend!

Fabulous

This was our 5th year at the property, and it is our favorite summer place. The property has everything you need, with spectacular views of the ocean. There are some great restaurants near by and a general store across the street. We have really grown to love Scituate and the property. The Sullivan family are wonderful hosts.

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Sullivan’s Sand Hills Beach house. It was early June and the weather cooperated so we had plenty of time to enjoy the beach, the large deck, and the amazing views. The family room furniture and the deck chairs and loungers were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication and check in went smoothly. This is really the ideal spot on the beach (plenty of sandy space even in high tide) and is an easy 15-20 minute walk into the cute town of Scituate. We would love to return for another stay in this great home!

Beautiful seaside home!

This is a gorgeous, ocean-front home that easily fit 10 adults (we were here for a wedding). The house was very clean and had lots of space and linens for our crew. Beds are comfortable! This would be a perfect choice for families as well. Scituate is a fun seaside town with great restaurants and shops. Homeowner was easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Favorite week of the year

This is our 4th year in Scituate and we have absolutely loved it. Each year our 'perspective' changes with our growing children so it makes it a new and different experience each time. The property is absolutely amazing and there is plenty of room for our kids and the deck is awesome for enjoying sunsets and just watching the rest of our family down at the beach. The hosts are always responsive to any of our questions! This is always our favorite week of the entire year.

Fabulous Beachfront Vacation

This house is amazing. The deck with its high top Adirondack chairs was our go to spot morning, noon and night. The view from the beachfront deck was awesome. There were steps leading down to the beach which was ideal for the 4 little ones. The house had plenty of room for the 10 of us with its 4 bedrooms on the second floor and mini suite on the top floor. The kitchen was well stocked and linens and beach towels were provided. Our home away from home

This was our 4th year, and we had the best time, great weather and a beautiful beach front home to enjoy time with Family. Trish is wonderful, came right over when we needed additional propane. The property is very clean, perfect layout, and plenty of room for family reunion.

Close to the beach! Beautiful view!

Property was nice. We had 9 adults staying for 4 days before we went on a cruise out of Boston. Location was great. The view of the ocean was spectacular. It was cold outside so we didn't get to use the deck, but it is fantastic! Reasonable distance into Boston.

Relaxing week on the Beach

This is a wonderful house to hang out in with the family for a very relaxing week ON the beach. First, the house was pristine clean when we arrived. Everything was in place and ready for the next renters. The bedroom situation was perfect for our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids. Beds were comfortable. Although the bedrooms were small they were very adequate and there were plenty of other places in the house to hang out. The third floor was terrific with a king bed, an extra queen bed and open space and couches. The deck was our favorite place, huge and well outfitted with comfortable chairs. We could sit there and watch the kids on the beach below us! The ocean was moderate in the cove so great for children. Sometimes really calm and other times a little “surf” so they could safely play in the waves. More seaweed than expected but that depended on the weather. Everything we needed was there. We brought extra stuff but didn’t need it. Do bring your own hairdryer and shampoo/ soap stuff. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Location was good. Easy walk to the lighthouse, a little longer to town but short walk to town beach for a change in shell searching. General store across the street was convenient. We loved it here and will come again.

Best vacation ever

As always we had an amazing week in Scituate. Having the house right on the water is amazing with our family having young children. They all enjoyed walks on the beach and spending time on the deck. This property is beautiful and the hosts are more than accommodating.

Piece of Paradise

I would rent this house again for the deck alone. Sit and watch the ocean for hours! It was beautiful. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of 10. First floor has no a/c but once the ocean breeze kicked in it was very comfortable. Being steps from the beach is a dream. Can’t wait to rent again next year!
