Dieses ruhige Einfamilien-Bauernhaus aus den 1900er Jahren befindet sich in Grantville, PA, nur 10 Minuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Hershey entfernt. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (50 Gallonen Warmwasserbereiter) mit einer großen U-Bahn-Küche. 2 Queensize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten. Quaint House, Great Yard, Perfect Location

This is an older farmhouse but has everything our family of 4 adults needed to be cozy, comfortable, and close to family for the holidays. Everything was clean and in good working order. Mike, the host, was responsive with good instructions and communication. Highly recommend!

This property was in a quiet area, close to Hershey park. Mike the host is great a communicating with you. We plan on staying here again if we go out there again.

Great Host and Location!

Mike was a great host with outstanding communication throughout our stay! If looking for a larger place to stay while taking advantage of Hershey’s main attractions, this is an excellent choice. 10 mins to park with no traffic, and a nice farm house for lodging. 5 of us had plenty of space. We would stay again!

Great place, great location, great owner!

I stayed at this property for two nights in June 2024 (Father's Day weekend). I was there with my daughter and her girlfriend, both 18. We came to town to go to Hersheypark and see Stevie Nicks in concert at Hersheypark Stadium. Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled due to an illness in the band. When the owner (Mike) heard about the cancellation, he texted me to tell me he was sorry and that he'd give us an extra night at the house for no charge if we wanted to stay! We didn't end up taking him up on that offer, but it was so kind!! The house is in a great location, a ~7 minute drive to the Hershey attractions. It's on a fairly busy road, but on the corner with a side street that's quieter. Mike advised to back into the driveway to make exiting a little easier, and that was helpful. The house is super cute and the layout is interesting -- it's obviously been renovated over the years! Big kitchen and living room downstairs, along with a mudroom and a 3/4 bathroom laundry room combination. Upstairs, there are three nice sized bedrooms (the primary is really big!) and another full bathroom. Beds were comfy, and the house was quiet for sleeping (except for occasional traffic noise). Kitchen was well stocked, since we were only there two nights we didn't use much. But you could certainly do some decent cooking in there if you wanted to. Backyard featured a firepit, picnic table, and grill. Great place and I would stay there again!

Amazing as always!

I can’t emphasize enough how amazing Mike is as a host when our group is in town every year. The property was in pristine condition when we arrived, both inside the house and around the property. This was my third time renting with Mike and I look forward to many more annual stays at his property in the future. If you are planning a family getaway to Hershey, I highly recommend this property for your stay, you will not be disappointed! Mike, you made our time in Hershey for our reunion unbelievably comfortable and on behalf of all the guys from c/o 93, thank you and we look forward to seeing and staying at your property again next year!!!

Staying near hershey, this is a fine choice. Big kitchen and ample common areas. Awesome, private outdoor space should the weather be pleasant. Great communications with the owner, very accommodating. Sleeping arrangements were as advertised, but be aware that pillows aren't plentiful and beds are quite rigid. If you plan for that, you can make this an ideal stay. Overall, we'd stay again.

Outstanding place to stay!!

We stayed for a few days while we went to Hershey park. Its super close and a very easy drive. Its on a very quiet road, hardly any traffic. Mike was a wonderful host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything in the house. There is no need to pack anything besides your clothes. He provides everything, from everything in the kitchen to more than enough big fluffy towels The house is huge and so inviting. Its absolutely spotless! The yard it totally fenced in which would be great if you're traveling with kids. Theres a beautiful patio with a grill and fire pit. I wish we stayed a few more days so we could enjoy everything. He has beautiful flowers in the yard which were so nice to look at while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning on the patio. And very far in the distance there was a rooster crowing in the morning which just added to the experience . I would recommend staying here to everyone . When we go to Hershey again, which we plan on doing, I would work around what dates we go to when mikes place was available . Thanks mike for being a wonderful host!

Comfy place near Hershey and other spots

Mike is a great host. The property has a lot of charm and is very comfy. While the place is not super bright (this is advantageous during summer), the pics make it appear darker than it is. It’s a very nice place. The window unit a/c’s cool the whole house well during hot PA summer days and nights. Mike provided us a back way to Hersheypark that was very quick (10-12 min). We took a lovely ride through state game lands and hills as well, and found a great big park for kids not 1/2 mile from property.

Very Responsive Host - Good location

Mike was incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating. The home is located near area attractions without the high price tag of other accommodations in the area.
