Sie werden unsere Gourmetküche mit neuen Geräten, Granitzählern und jedem kleinen Gerät, das Sie wollen oder brauchen, lieben. Inklusive Espressomaschine, Reiskocher, Slow Cooker, Saftpresse etc.

Unsere neuen Lanai-Möbel sind da - oh, so gemütlich!

Stein- und Fliesenböden durch. Wunderschöne tropische Teppiche auf den Böden. - Alle Badezimmer sind renoviert. Sie werden sich wie in einem Spa fühlen!

Perfect Kona Condo for golf and beach

Amazing condo with adorable tropical decor and everything you could need for a great stay. Kitchen was was incredibly equipped including all the tiki barware and a chilled bottle of bubbly in the fridge. Big fluffy beach towels and toys and the view was perfect. Be sure to get the golf discount - the course has seen better days but the condo is prime

Wonderful condo in Waikoloa

Sylvia’s Vista Waikoloa was amazing. Having two primary rooms with attached bathrooms was so convenient for my husband and I and our adult son. The beds were super comfortable. Everything in the condo is high quality from the bedding to the towels to the decor. Would highly recommend and will stay again. The location can’t be beat.

Absolutely perfect

What a beautiful resort condo - nothing lacking! We were so busy the whole time and hardly relaxed so we didn’t get a chance to write in the guest book. We faired tropical storm Calvin and had to cancel golf but made the best of it. Sylvia is an incredible host with superb communication from start to finish. I hope I can stay again in the future.

It features beautiful views, comfortable and attractive furnishings indoors and on the lanai, excellent beds, and the best-equipped kitchen you'll ever find in a holiday rental. Well equipped spacious condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay, the location is great, walking to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach! The condo was the best equipped VRBO I’ve ever seen with every kitchen accoutrement you could think of and very nice updates and appliances. There is also every beach toy or accessory one could need which came in handy. A question came up during our stay and Sylvia was so quick to respond also messaging us the first day to make sure we got in and everything was to our liking. The roomy patio had a great view of the mountains, golf and pretty sunsets, this was the most used space in the condo with well appointed outdoor furniture and seating. We did use the golf discount which was worth while. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Perfectly Located Condo

This rental was such a pleasure to stay in! The owner has really gone over and above to offer an exceptional condo. I love the two en-suite master bedroom set up. The furnishings are comfortable and high end. Everything is new and beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Great discount golf. We loved sleeping under the ceiling fans at night. It kept us cool and we really felt like we were in Hawaii. The three mountain view over the golf course from the lanai is truly spectacular. The kitchen was THE best equipped rental kitchen I have ever seen and it also had lots of things like soy sauce, specialty salts, spices, baking supplies, and much more. I very much appreciated the rice cooker too! All in all, a really wonderful rental, especially if you want discount golf at the Waikoloa course.

FABULOUS!

We really loved this condo! We have stayed in 2 other condos in Vista Waikaola, and this was the best by far. It was very well-appointed, very comfortable, and had SUCH a great kitchen. We had everything we needed, plus some. There were many great places to sit and relax, inside and out. The view of the mountains is incredible. I loved watching the sunrise from the the lanai every morning - just magical! We also loved communicating with the owner. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful condo and great location

The condo doesn’t feel like a rental. With the well appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms, updated bathrooms and many extras/amenities that give it a personal touch. We have stayed in many properties throughout the islands and without a doubt this is the very best one we have ever rented. Sylvia made everything about our stay so easy from check-in and throughout the entire stay. The condo is gorgeous - immaculate, beautifully decorated, and filled with every possible amenity. There were two avid cooks in our party who agree that the kitchen is spectacular! There was truly nothing we needed to provide except food and beverages. Comfortable and well stocked condo in good location

Our family had a great stay in this condo. Sylvia was great to work with and very responsive. Overall, a very clean and comfortable condo, including the beds. The wrap around lanai is wonderful with a golf course view. This condo is very close to stores. This was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There were extra appliances like a coffee grinder and air popper, fun dinnerware, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, fins and the beach wagon was great to use. Plus essentials like sanitizer. We chose to drive to beaches a little further away. The decor was Hawaii themed with lots to look at and enjoy. We really appreciated the extra touches in this condo. We did have small ants in the kitchen. We had to take care to seal everything up tightly. Overall this was a great condo and we would stay here again

Great location and lots of amenities

We loved our stay at Vista Waikoloa. Sylvia is quick to respond and so helpful. The walk to the beach is short and the condo has everything you could want and more. It was so nice to have beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs, etc all there and ready to go. The Lanai is huge and the kitchen is very well stocked. We were even able to host dinner one night for our family of 20 and everyone had a place to sit. We would love to stay again if we get a chance to visit the Big Island again.

Dream Dream Dream Dream Dreeeeaaam!!

This condo was one of the most beautiful parts of our trip we visited Hilo to tour the Hamakua Chocolate Farm what an awesome tour also visited A-Bay, Kikue and 49 Black Sands Beach. At the latter of the two the snorkeling was wonderful. Our best meals were at the condo with a beautiful views. Kona brewery was fun to stop at and very reasonable to have lunch. We visited with our Wrangell, Alaska friends who now live on the island here what fun that was! We had star fruit fresh Ahi tuna steaks and the company was awesome! We highly recommend this condo as it is located in a perfect place. We also host our own vacation rental and we have to say that there is everything you need right here in this condo to be comfortable and have an enjoyable relaxing vacation! Hence the title of the review!

Perfect place a family

We just came back from our vacation and the location of this condo as well as the condo itself were perfect for my family. It is so close to the beach and a short drive from other beaches along the north-west part of the island. So we would spend the first half of the day there and the second half at the pool or relaxing on the balcony, and in the evening go to the beach again to see those magnificent sunsets. The condo has everything and more than a family would need. It is in a perfect condition, and has my dream kitchen :) Sylvia was a perfect host, always responsive to our needs or to answer our questions. She truly wants her guests to have the best experience! Definitely we will be back!

I have to agree with the other reviewers. This was one of the nicest units I have ever stayed in. 5 Stars all the way. One of the things I enjoyed most was just relaxing on the huge lanai after a long day at the beach. In addition, the unit is fully stocked with your basic necessities. A perfect Hawaiian home!

Every aspect of Sylvia’s home is perfect - the location, the community, the ambiance, the decor and the amenities! Her kitchen is fully stocked with backing and cooking supplies while the cupboard is fully stocked with beach supplies! We stayed a month and couldn’t have been happier; it felt like home to us! Sylvia was responsive and helpful in our communications also!

Great getaway post COVID year!

We visit Waikoloa Resort every spring (except 2020) and have never had a rental more clean, equipped, so neatly decorated, and comfortable for everyone...and that lanai was well worth waking up every morning for sunrise!!! Beds were great, all upgrades are high quality (pics are true), so many appliances and beach equipment. All our friends were jealous haha! We never needed to use AC since there's so many fans and windows/doors to open. Communicating with Sylvia was easy and she's on top of everything. We will be booking this unit again for sure!!

Perfection in paradise

The condo is exactly as listed and shown in photos. The was simply amazing! Many great amenities for use making the morning and evening kitchen routines just like (or better) than home. The furniture is comfortable and bedding was dreamy. Great lanai views and soothing breezes while relaxing at end of a busy tourist day. We had 3 other couples who were in other condos here and our room was far superior to theirs in both comfort, decor, amenities, host communication and price. In fact, they all said they would contact our host for availability when they want to return for vacation in Kona.

Paradise on the BIG ISLAND

Everything I read prior to my stay at this property is absolutely true! I can’t say enough about Sylvia and her beautiful condo. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated in the spirit of the island. The sunrise views were spectacular and the location was perfect. I brought my 77 year old mother who had a long time dream to visit Hawaii and she loved staying here. The layout was perfect and the terrace gave her hours of enjoyment. Best of all, I was inspired by Sylvia’s wall art from a local artist. I am now the proud owner of one of his paintings! Maloha!!!!

Absolutely Fantastic

We have stayed at Vista F205 since 2014 - every June/July. My husband will not stay at any other property in Kona for many reasons. The condo is large, spectacular view, huge wrap-around lanai, quiet, extremely clean, and decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has extensive amenities for a want-to-a-be chef like me. Every year we arrive, Sylvia has done something new to ensure that this property is "ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC." The location is accessible to shopping, restaurants, and the beach in walking minutes. Parking is simple and very close to the condo and the gym is well-equipped. When you enter the overall property location, beautiful orange trees lace the roads and everything is so well-kept. We hope to stay a month next summer. Thanks, Sylvia - we love the unit.

Our main home is in Washington Sttate, and this is where my family loves to come for more sun and warm weather. We enjoy the outdoors - Swimming, snorkeling, hiking, golfing and diving. I enjoy being the hostess to such a lovely place. The condo is in a great location and with the new renovations, it is perfect.

After checking out many other condos before purchasing here, it was obvious this complex was the best complex in the area and it is definitely in the best location. The large heated saline pool is also a great feature. The grounds are immaculate and people are friendly. the HUGE wrap around lanais! is a real plus!

It is relaxing, yet fun. It is a great place for honeymooners, couples, or families. This unit has a beautiful view and is filled with amenities. This is an Island Paradise!
