Willkommen in unserem Zuhause! Ideal für Ihren Aufenthalt in Redding für seine zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhige Sackgasse. Perfekt für diejenigen, die die Natur lieben, Sightseeing machen, einzigartige Geschäfte genießen oder sogar die weltberühmte Bethel Church in Redding besuchen. Der Sacramento River Trail ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Sun Dial Bridge, der Shasta Lake oder der Whiskeytown Lake sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Schließlich hoffen wir, dass Sie den Park vor unserem hinteren Tor nutzen werden, der überdachte Tische, einen Spielplatz und Basketballplätze bietet.

Dieses 3000 m² große Haus mit 2 Etagen bietet einen offenen Grundriss mit einem großen Schlammzimmer, 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Glastüren, die auf eine kleine Veranda führen. Schlafzimmer 2 bietet ein Queensize-Bett, Schlafzimmer 3 bietet zwei Einzelbetten und Schlafzimmer 4 bietet ein Queensize-Bett mit einer Futon-Couch. Alle neuen Schlafzimmermöbel zusammen mit neuer Bettwäsche. Die Küche ist neu renoviert und ist voll bestückt und ideal für mehrere Köche auf der großen Insel. Es gibt auch einen Grill auf dem Deck. Das Erdgeschoss bietet ein über 1.000 m² großes Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Tischfußball, Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe, Wii und Xbox-Spielsystemen mit 2 Spielstühlen. Eine Miniküche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist die Treppe hinunter mit dem 3. Badezimmer und einer großen Waschküche. In der Waschküche befindet sich eine Tür zum Abstellraum, die gesperrt ist und nicht genutzt werden kann. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen und unser Hinterhof bietet einen Pavillon mit einer Feuerstelle und ein Boccia-Spielfeld. Wir bieten unbegrenzten WLAN-Zugang mit einem Smart-TV mit großem Bildschirm.

Stay to visit family

This was an amazing property! We had a wonderful time with all the gaming available, including the park that is steps away. The kitchen is fully furnished and was so nice to not spend the money dining out every day. Their property manager is so friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again next year!! Thank you for making it a comfortable, memorable stay!!

Great Family Spot

This home has a great layout for our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 teens). Since we went in the middle of an unprecedented heat wave we weren't able to enjoy the backyard, but the game room made up for it. We did spend a lot of time at Whiskeytown Lake which is a short drive west on Hwy 299. Very easy access. We loved East Beach.

Excellent Stay

The communication leading up to our stay was very good and the check-in process was easy. The house was very clean and had the items necessary to essentially live at the property. The neighborhood is nice and is very close to a grocery store. We ate all of our meals at the house very easily. We had a party of seven adults and the purpose of the trip was to see a concert at the Civic Auditorium and see the Lake Shasta sites including the caverns. The trip was great in all aspects and we had a ton of fun in the awesome downstairs game room. The rules were a little strict and there were a couple of items not fully functional; however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cleaning fee is a bit high, but the house was, in fact, clean, and there were no significant requirements at the end of the stay, making checkout a breeze. Dera is a nice, attentive person that runs a good rental. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

We rented this beautiful place to house the family for a celebration of life. The house had everything that you could expect and more. House rules were a little strict, especially about eating or drinking outside of the kitchen area. Other than that, it was perfect! We came in town for a church conference with a group of 6 adults. This house was perfect for us! Excellent House, STRICT Rules

When it comes to the home, this is a 5 star home all the way. The home is immaculate, nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to have an amazing stay. The game room is the coolest one I have ever seen, and if you have teens you will be a legend for booking this place! My 17 year old thought he died and went to gaming heaven and having it really saved us when our second lake day was cancelled due to heavy smoke in the area. The AC stopped working our first day, but owner was able to get someone out the next afternoon which saved the vacation. She also gave us a credit for the discomfort which was nice. The down side is the over the top rules. Every single room has a list of rules & threats of extra fines/loss of deposit for not following them, I always treat each VRBO I rent as if it were my own but seeing all the hostile signs in every corner of every room really took alot of joy out of the trip for me. The check out instructions were the longest instructions I've ever seen from a VRBO, including instructions to empty all trash, wash all dishes, clean BBQ grill AND grease trap (which had NOT been done prior to my arrival and made me have to text owner to confirm it was cleaned to her liking so I knew my deposit was safe- it was an absolutely disgusting unexpected task I had to do because I BBQ'd 5 cheeseburgers & wanted my deposit back.) Basically for the hefty cleaning fee added on to the rental, by time I was finished following all check out instructions, all that was left for maids was to change sheets, empty dishwasher & replace towels. I got up at 6am on morning of checkout to make sure all cleaning was done by 10 only to get a rude text from owner as I was driving home stating I had filled the trash can. (When we arrived, the trash cans were overfilled, trash pick up was morning of checkout so unfortunately we did have 4 days worth of trash from birthday gifts, meals, etc that needed to be thrown out, and I didn't want them to be charged extra by stacking the bags next to cans on trash pick up so waited until can was empty to throw away-honestly thought I was being NICE!) I was really caught off guard by owner's rude text about that as I have never had a VRBO owner be upset about garbage being put in a garbage can- especially after all I did to leave the home immaculate. I drove home feeling upset and deflated. It's due to the over the top rules and the accusatory toned texts/emails I am only giving this a 3 star.

This property has all you need for a great vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property enormously. The location in Redding is convenient to the downtown area and the Turtle Bay Exploration park. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed (and a lot of extra amenities that we didn't have the time to take advantage of). Dera, the property manager was extremely responsive to questions and requests and would always respond to us in less than 15 minutes. We would definitely stay at this property again if we visit the Redding area.

Absolute Nightmare

I made reservations in February for a trip in June through the VRBO app. When I searched for 9 people I had trouble finding anything, so I went down to 4 and found this one that slept 9, made the reservation and paid. 3 days before our trip the homeowner contacted me wanting names and ages of everyone staying. I replied that day with all 9 people staying. The homeowner responded to my email making sure I agreed to the house rules and after review I did so. 3 days later when we are driving from Washington State with 3 cars and 9 people she emails me to say that she sees that there are 9 people and we need to update my reservation. I say that is fine. We messaged a few more times that day and spoke once. We pulled in at about 8:00 pm after a 12 hour drive. I am unlocking the front door and my phone dings and she has sent me an invoice for $400 for the additional guests. I saw the message and immediately responded saying that I had informed her we had 9 people 3 days prior and she didn't say anything at that time. I felt like she was sitting there watching that motion camera, and waiting for us to get in so we wouldn't have anywhere to go and no choice but to pay her additional fees. I asked her to get in touch with me to talk about this fee. I got a call from a VRBO rep telling me why I was responsible for this additional fee. I explained that this is ridiculous and I had been in contact with the homeowner 3 days ago and nothing had been said. Now that we are here and 12 hours from home this person is trying to extort more money out of us. She put me on hold to talk to the homeowner. She came back to me and said the homeowner wanted us to leave immediately. I was shocked! I asked if I would be getting a refund and was told she didn't know. I said I wouldn't leave without one. She went back to talk to homeowner. Comes back to me and says I can have refund. By that time I had been looking for any hotels and was very worried I wouldn't find one for all of us. I asked the rep if I could just pay the fee and stay. I'm put back on hold for 25 minutes, at which point the police show up and tell us we have to leave! Also: 1. Her cameras are creepy, we had kids with us and its not just the front door its the back yard/patio too. YUCK. 2. The amount of signs/rules she has posted throughout the house is insane. I've never seen anything like it. 3. Read the review from Alexa M. They are spot on. 4. Don't go, seriously.

Large family house, but closely monitored by cameras

This house is in a good location, very clean, can accommodate larger groups and has a fantastic game room. The owners are very quick to respond to questions and assisted in booking. Sadly, it isn’t high on my recommendation list. Property aside, we were monitored throughout our stay on the ring cameras. As a family, we decided that we cannot give this rental 5 stars. We wanted to provide this feedback to anyone who doesn’t want their stay filmed/monitored. It felt like an immense breach of privacy and extremely unsettling.

Hot Summer

The house is very nice. The downstairs bedroom and game room does not have air conditioning so was pretty warm. I asked the owner and she told us that it stays naturally cool. I’m thinking that with 4 days of over 100 degrees outside that itprobably played a part in not keeping it naturally cool. Luckily they had fans so those helped but pretty uncomfortable for our family that had to stay down there. We never opened the doors or windows down there because she had told us if we did that it could make a difference. House was very clean. We live locally so know how hot Redding can get. Other than that things were ok.

My name is Dera and my husbands name is Chuck, we have been married for 24 years and have 4 adult children and 1 beautiful granddaughter. We live in San Diego and own and landscaping/tree business for over 26 years. We love Redding and it has been our dream to own a home here and visit Redding often throughout the year! 2 of our daughters attend Bethel BSSM in Redding so we like to come up and visit with them often. This property offers an open floor plan, newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is 4 bedroom and 3 bath. Unique to our home is our game room, at 1000 sq ft we get to become kids again and get away for awhile and play games as a family! The home is quite spacious at just over 3000 sq ft. We put love into our home and we hope you feel just as at home here as we do!!

The location of this home is prime. We are seconds to the 299 freeway 5 min to the 44 and 5 freeway, 5 min into town for unique shops to enjoy and plenty of bars/eateries to choose from. We are about 12 min to Bethel Church, 7 min to Whiskeytown lake. Walking distance to Sacramento River Trail 10 min to Shasta Lake and theres a 3 acre park with a playground and basketball court right out our back gate.
