Unsere Wohnung ist neu mit Luxus-Granit, neue Möbel und 3 Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player umgebaut. Die ruhige Ecklage dieses Condominiums gibt ihm ein sehr leichtes und offenes Gefühl. Der ultimative Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen von Sonnenuntergängen, Segelbooten und Delfinen beim Spielen.
Unsere Eigentumswohnung befindet sich in North Coast Village, eine Eigentumswohnung Komplex, der entlang eines schönen Sandstrandes gebaut ist, der große Surfen, Schwimmen, Volleyball und sogar Feuerstellen zum Grillen hat. Innerhalb von North Coast Village können Sie üppige tropische Landschaft mit wandernden Bächen, Wasserfällen und Teichen voller japanischer Koi genießen. Es gibt zwei Pools, zwei Whirlpools und Fitnessraum, Saunen, Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtischen und Tischtennisplatten und ein Putting Green. Der Komplex ist gated und hat 24 Stunden Sicherheit. Es ist nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum schönen Hafen mit vielen guten Restaurants und einzigartigen Geschäften. Von hier aus können Sie Boote mieten oder einen Angelcharter nehmen. Es ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem großen Pier und der Innenstadt mit weiteren Restaurants und einem 16-Film-Kino. Es ist ein großes Südkalif. Lage zwischen LA und San Diego.

Great beach stay!

Beautiful and close to beach. We walked to beach many times and enjoyed. Pool and hot tub right near our condo were great. The guys rated the gym very good. The paths thruout the property were lush. Directions a bit difficult for me going from one unit to another in another bldg but the young kidos had no trouble at all. We truly enjoyed!

Great place for family vacation

This condo and it's amenities were perfect for our 4 night family trip to Oceanside. We traveled with grandma, a 12 year old and our college kid. The pool and hot tub are very close and convenient, as are the laundry room and ping pong table. There are stairs everywhere, but the elevator makes it possible to not have to climb any of them if necessary. The kitchen was well equipped for our use. We eat breakfast and lunch at the condo and then eat out for dinner. The assigned parking space is a bonus. Our large suv fit fine. The beds are comfortable and having the beach across the street was our main goal and why we love North Coast Village. Unit A101 is definitely on our favorites list.

The two bedroom, two bath condo was the perfect place for us to stay with our son while visiting family members for the Thanksgiving holiday. Diane and George made sure that our stay was comfortable.

Great View

I have stayed in this complex 4 other times. This unit was one story with a view of the ocean for everyone to see from the livingroom rather than the upstairs deck which was nice. It was well stocked on towels, toilet, sheets, kitchen, including shampoo and conditioner. It was advertised as newly renovated and while there were some new aspects it wasn’t what I would call "renovated". The beds were new and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our visit. The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure we were comfortable.

Family ocean vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Diane and George’s property. The condo was as advertised (honestly even better!)… great amenities, beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. The proximity to the ocean and pools was amazing! Great location and can’t wait to return.

Bed and Breeders Cup

Property grounds were lovely and location is a short walk to beach, restaurants and downtown. Apartment building is safe and secure with nice amenities like heated pool, jacuzzi and shared bbq. Diane our host was responsive and the apartment was quite comfortable. The welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch! View of the ocean and sunsets from back deck was spectacular! The only concern was that the bed in the second bedroom was not queen size as indicated in ad, rather a double. Beds and rooms were quite comfortable and apartment was nicely decorated and well stocked. We would certainly stay again.

Oceanside by the strand

The stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend someone to stay here. Waking up to an early morning walk with my daughter and wife on the strand every morning was amazing. Being able to utilize the pool and bbq area was a bonus. Being 1 min away from the beach was wonderful. Being a local I am very familiar with the area and this is a prime location to stay at. I enjoyed every minute of the vacation even though it was a week long. If you do end up staying here don’t forget to write in the memory book and share your experience.

Great location, perfect for families

We had great communication from the owner. The place was in a fantastic location, overlooking the ocean, with 2 nice pools and spas. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a family of 4, as the 2nd bedroom had a pull out bed (2 single beds). Ideal for Legoland and the surrounding areas. Would strongly recommend a stroll down to the pier.

Great Location Clean Condo Awesome Views

This condo was everything we could have hoped for, we were right above the pool and hot tub which was super convenient for our evening soaks. We could see our girls playing ping pong in the game room from our balcony. The location and views are incredible, the unit was very clean and the response time from the owners very quick. We will certainly be staying here again!

We live in southern California and hour away from the condo which we purchased as our vacation home. We are at the condo whenever we do not have guests and never tire of the beautiful ocean views from all rooms.

We purchased this property because of the amazing beauty of the koi pond and landscaping, and the fabulous amenities such as two pools, two Jacuzzis, workout room with sauna, etc. It was obvious to us the Homeowners Association took pride and spared no expense to constantly upkeep and improve this complex.
