Schöne wohnung, Superlage direkt an der Promenade, freundliche und hilfsbereite Verwalterin

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Alles ist da, es fehlt an nichts, die gesamte Einrichtung sowie die Küche, die Badezimmer und alle Geräte sind sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Die Wohnung hat einen ganz tollen Stil, und man sieht, dass sie mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde (auch bezüglich Dekoration und Accessoires). Alles war blitzeblank sauber und ordentlich, sogar die beiden Babybettchen standen schon bereit, und alle Betten waren bezogen (die Betten sind übrigens sehr bequem, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist!). Die Terrasse und der Balkon sind Spitzenklasse, ebenfalls mit schönen Möbeln und mit Blick aufs Meer. Nach ein paar Schritten durch den Garten steht man schon auf der Promenade bzw. am Strand, eine bessere Lage geht gar nicht! Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür, was für uns als Familie mit vier kleinen Kindern sehr wichtig ist! Die Verwalterin Isabel ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit, einmal mussten wir sie spätabends anrufen, weil es ein Problem gab, und sie war wirklich innerhalb weniger Minuten da. Also eine bessere und schönere Wohnung hätten wir nicht aussuchen können, und wir können sie hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous stay in Altea

We had an amazing time at the property. Everything was extremely clean and we found we had all we needed for self catering with the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs. Loved the views to the ocean and the proximity to bars, restaurants and the beach. Altea is a beautiful place and we especially enjoyed NYE in the old town square. The only things we weren’t keen on were the toilet off the lounge and no toilet in the en-suite. Also the direction of the balcony. It was winter but we barely had any sun on the balcony. It was warm in Altea in the sun and we would have appreciated sitting out but we couldn’t as chilly in the shade. That’s it. Don’t hesitate booking and we thank our host for our enjoyable gift!

Lovely apartment, right on the beach and 5 mins walk to town

This apartment is really lovely, very well kitted out with everything you could possibly want inside and out. Newly refurbished it is bright and modern with a fully stocked kitchen, UK channels on the TV and air-con in all rooms. The rooms are spacious, and the beds comfortable. It has a large balcony with table and chairs as well as a terrace on the lower level. The pool is gorgeous, with easy access from the apartment. It is right on the beach, with just a pedestrian path between it. The town and main strip, with all the restaurants and shops, is a 5 mins walk away. There is parking on site too. It really couldn't be a better location. In our opinion, the best complex in Altea. Check-in was very easy, all communication was great, and it was spotlessly clean. The one thing I would mention is that there are no sunbeds around the pool, the owners have supplied 4 fold out low chairs, but I was surprised by that. But overall this is very impressive apartment, and we would definitely recommend it.

Nice and pleasant stay

We enjoyed our morning breakfast on the terrace with a view of the beach and Ocean. Perfectly located, in the neighborhood off Old Altea and the promenade but also a very private and quite location. A nicely decorated apartment with all the necessaries and very well maintained. Excellent and fast communication with the owners and Isabel.

This is a wonderful place beautiful inside and out. Check in and out process hassle free Isabel was fantastic. Pool area gorgeous wiah it had sun loungers round it would be there all day. Near to shops and restaurants and taxis dead easy. We will definitely be back totally recommend

Superior accommodation, location and views

A beautifully presented, duplex garden apartment with modern, stylish decoration, comfortable beds and comprehensive equipment whose wonderful ever changing views over the attractive garden, adjacent riverside paths and seashore to Calpe's Penon de Ifach are a real bonus. Its location is ideal for local shopping (5 mins), inland and seaside walks, and for the many cafes and restaurants along the recently upgraded promenade which starts just outside the apartment. The 45m long, unheated swimming pool looks magnificent (not tested in February), but maybe check its actual availability outside the July /August "season". The apartment's two outside seating areas lose the sun by 2pm - time to move round to the sea facing poolside area... For winter renters, separate a/c fan heaters in each main room work well - perhaps less comfortable and convenient than centrally controlled radiators - whilst a range of digital UK TV channels plus Netflix provide a very satisfactory entertainment centre. The owner's local representatives were easy to contact (via email and WhatsApp), welcoming and helpful. All in all then a very appealing year-round property which is highly recommended. Altea old town's charm is justifiably acclaimed and well documented. Access via its steep streets and steps can be challenging on foot and almost prohibitive by car. Lack of parking space in the town as a whole requires careful planning. The apartment however offers a secure base for motorised visitors, with ample scope for trips elsewhere along the coast and into the scenic sierras.

La casa está muy agradable, limpia, nueva... Me parece estupenda para verano por su orientación y su situación en la urbanización. En esta epoca del año, si hubiera dado más sol en la terraza o ventanas, lo hubiera agradecido. Cocina muy bien equipada. Salón: el sofá pequeño para seis personas que caben en la casa. Se agradecería otro, pero dependiendo del plan que vayas a hacer lo vas a notar o no.

The house was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, linens and towels were provided. The view from the terrace was so incredibly beautiful, the garden surrounding the property was amazing and the pool was huge and well maintained. It would be a good idea to bring water shoes as the beach is very rocky and difficult to walk on. There were tons of great restaurants and cafes near by. The old town (pictured in the website's photos) where the church is was not terribly close. It's a long walk, but definitely worth your time!

A gem of a place to stay

The whole process from booking the stay to checking out was easy. A wonderful place to stay- well appointed, spacious and very clean. Loved all the little extras like kitchen basics of rice etc and teabags- the British love their tea! Made use of the Scrabble and enjoyed eating on the balcony and relaxing on the outside sofas. Isobel was so helpful and made sure we were happy with everything. Would definitely come again.

Great view and excellent location. The property was very well equipped. The only problem was the toilet was off the lounge and not in the ensuite. We would and have already recommend ed it to our friends and family. The area has many great restaurants and the shops are excellent .

Ideal for families.

This sea view duplex is exceptional. Its location to beach and town is very good. A large swimming pool in Altea is very hard find this has it all.The duplex it self has everything you need for a great stay.We all felt it was home from home. Check in and out was simple.We were met and shown around by Isabel who was very good at explaining were things was and how they worked..Can't wait to return. Colin.

Excellent choice

The property is in an excellent position in Altea, in front of a beach but within easy reach of the town and the old town. The property is beautifully furnished and clean, with comfortable beds and everything you could need. It has two delightful outside areas to enjoy al fresco breakfasts and it has TV with English channels. It has its own secure parking. There is a friendly beach bar behind the property. We would definitely return.

Duplex de dingue dans une résidence au top Hyper bien située avec piscine et accès direct à la plage et petit bar sympa L’appartement est au top : il y a tout Rien ne manque !!! Serviettes de plage de qualité / fauteuils pour la plage de galets / cuisine très bien équipée … Salles de bain spacieuses / literie parfaite y compris les coussins à mémoire de forme ! Décoré avec beaucoup de goût … On recommande à 1000% Et le contact sur place au top ! Hyper dispo par whatsapp, réactive, gentillle …

Great experience

The apartment is situated very close to the beach and to Altea such that it is not necessary to drive (which is good, as parking in Altea can be difficult). There is secure parking. There is a large pool in the complex which is well maintained and was never that busy (when we went). In addition, people in the complex seem friendly, the gardens are beautiful and the sea and a bar are immediately behind the premises. The apartment is modern and on two floors - while you cannot lock the apartment from the back when going to the pool, you can shut the doors, there are security cameras and the compound is gated and secure. Convenient if everyone is at the pool. Our check in was fine and Isabel was very helpful and responsive. She also organised additional cleaning that we sought. In addition, Dominique, the owner, was very helpful to us. We recommend this for a family or a couple.
