Wonderful beach house

We loved this beach house. It was well stocked, had plenty of things to do (from puzzles to ping-pong), and was lovely. It's close to the beach and town. It really has everything and is a great price. I highly recommend staying here.

Family celebrating an 80th birthday

A week of plan activities including a week long ping pong tournament in a wonderful setting. The home was welcoming the moment we step through the door even with a bottle of wine. A lovely welcome gift. There were 8 members of our family with plenty of room for all. The kitchen was beautifully supplied with plenty of extra supplies. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. It also had room for all of our food stuff. The bedrooms were very comfortable and always had a good night sleep. The master bath was beyond description of greatness. Walking distance to everything you might want: groceries, coffee, ice cream, beach, and more. The patio cushions need to be replace. Tried to clean them without any luck. The garage door has a special secret. You have to hold down the closer button until it’s completely closed. We discovered that early on. The master bed has wings on its foot board that can be wicked if you pump into. Both my wife and I came home with bruises on our legs. There were dump trucks throughout the day traveling to a gravel yard across the street. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed and more!

This home was perfect for the 7 of us lifelong friends to spend a long weekend together! This luxurious home was spotless and supplied everything we needed. We made meals together and spent long hours in the spacious living room talking and catching up on each other lives. We played ping pong and took walks on the beach, some even napped (beds were so comfortable) and we all found times to relax. We were truly refreshed after our 3 night stay! Thank you to owner Steve for checking in with us and making sure everything was just right. We're looking forward to returning to this beautiful home in the future!

Reunion and Memorial

This was the perfect location for our reunion of friends and family for a memorial. The location is beautiful, the house is lovely and comfortable and the hosts have thought of absolutely everything!! We loved our stay and will plan to stay here again in the future. Everything we needed was available to us and the instructions for all the amenities, including multiple ways to get to the beach, were clearly explained in the house manual. A model example of a VRBO!

Family get away!

We stayed at this beautiful home with family and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed. All the bedrooms were so cozy! Living room was spacious and has comfortable seating for everyone. I would highly recommend it to others and we plan on going back!

Great home with lots of room and fun game room in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked with all the accessories you could need. The welcome book had great details on all facets of the house and local attractions. Patio furniture could use an upgrade.

Beyond expectations

Beautiful well appointed home. Super clean and well stocked with everything one could need to make their stay comfortable. Home owner was so thoughtful in outfitting the home to make it comfortable and safe. Even had get-away-bags and evac routes identified, beach chairs, games, movies… amazing place. Definitely had a memorable experience. We’ll be back.

Mulligan fun

This was our 5th (!!!) stay in this house, over a 5-year period. It has become our go-to property in Manzanita. The house has all the amenities, and then some. The large TV with Roku and comfortable seating for watching it, the outside propane grill, the well supplied kitchen, the dining table that seats 8, 3 full baths, 5 sleeping areas (including one perfect for children) - all contributed to a most enjoyable stay. We enjoyed shopping along Leneda Ave. in town, walking to the beach, biking in Nehalem Bay St. Park, baking sourdough bread, driving the 13 miles into Cannon Beach to attend a community theater production, paddle boarding on Nehalem Bay (though necessary to pay attention to tide and the wind), completing a crossword puzzle on the large living room coffee table.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

The Manzanita Mulligan was our family's 'home base' for our son's wedding in Cannon Beach and we could not have asked for a better experience. This house is beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly planned to make the visitors' safety, and enjoyable experience a priority. The primary suite bath is 5 star and we used that for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding - the provided white robes in each bedroom were worn by all and made the photos so cute. We also took photos on the porch, and in the living room. Our 2 year old granddaughter fell in love with the Bear's Inn (and named the bears "Roar" and "Grrrrr"). Beds were comfortable, fans in all upstairs rooms appreciated, plenty of linens for multiple switch-outs of people staying with us. Kitchen had everything we needed as we made several meals here. We used the grill and the fire table on the patio as well. Pantry items, coffee/teas, oils... all appreciated. Finally - we used ALL of the toys -- this house had beach toys, chairs, sun umbrella, kites, sleeping bags, wagon... our entire group was accommodated. This is 5 star all the way - don't hesitate to book it. Steve, the owner, is very accessible and greeted us upon arrival. It's clear that he takes pride in this place and cares about each stay! The only improvements we could suggest may be to patio seating (middle seat on sofa) and to consider mattress upgrade in Manzanita room. Can't knock any stars off for these, just suggestions.

Fantastic Home

We loved Manzanita and enjoyed staying at this exceptional property. The house was immaculate, very comfortable, and spacious. Walk to the beach or town was easy and under 10 minutes. Host greeted us upon arrival and provided lots of great info. Would happily stay here again.

Well stocked home and great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Manzanita. This rental was probably the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything and multiple sets of dishes. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in every bathroom. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There were lots of bath towels, beach towels, and even robes in every room. There were also lots of things to use at the beach in the garage. My kids loved all of the games, puzzles, and the games tables in the garage. Their favorite spot was the bonus room over the garage. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the location and it was very easy to get to the shops, beach, and the highway. It's in a nice neighborhood and has parking for four cars. It was a great location for exploring the coast.

They thought of everything!

What a lovely home and the owners thought of everything- including our safety. This is the only home I’ve ever stayed in that provided Go-Bags and clear safety information- bravo! Beside that important touch, they literally have thought of everything else. A well stocked pantry, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, every appliance you may need including two different coffee makers! There is a lovely little patio seating area with a nice fire pit, too. There was plenty of room to spread out but the perfect spots to gather for games, movies and meals. Check in was exceptionally smooth as was check out. Communication was quick and responsive. This home is well located and walkable to the heart of Manzanita and all the cute shops and restaurants there. Great home- we’ll be back!
