Das Belle Isle befindet sich in der Nähe der schönen Sandstrände des Michigansees in erstklassiger Strandlage (3. Haus vom Lake Shore Drive!). Das Haus befindet sich in der renommierten Beachwalk Community.

Ab Juli 2018 in neuem Besitz, mit vielen aufregenden Updates! Neu renoviert mit neuer Küche, neuen Böden, neuen Möbeln und Innenfarbe im Jahr 2019! Neuer Außenanstrich und Dach Sommer 2018.

Innenrenovierungen sind abgeschlossen und neue Bilder sind jetzt gepostet!

Belle Isle verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zweieinhalb Badezimmer sowie ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafsofa. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen elektrischen Kamin und einen Schreibtisch, falls Sie während Ihres Strandurlaubs im Büro einchecken müssen. Das Master-Bad verfügt über ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit einer individuellen Wellnessdusche und wunderschönen Himmelslichtern. Das Gästezimmer hat auch ein französisches Bett. Diese beiden vorderen Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zum überdachten Oberdeck mit Tischen und Stühlen und viel Platz zum Entspannen in der Sonne. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist für Kinder eingerichtet, mit 2 Etagenbetten, ideal für alle Altersgruppen. Neue Memory Foam-Matratzen auf allen Betten!

Die sonnige Remise (gegen Gebühr) verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa sowie ein Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (für 4 Personen). Bei Interesse schauen Sie bitte in die Liste 1533858 (Helles, geräumiges Beachwalk Studio Loft).

Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich mit Hochstuhl, Pack n 'Play und reichlich Spielen und Spielzeug. Fahrräder, Strandspielzeug, grundlegende Angelausrüstung und Wagen. Ein Garagenparkplatz ist verfügbar und beinhaltet den Zugang zur Tesla / EV-Ladung. Kontaktieren Sie uns für Details.

Im ersten Stock ist die Höhle mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, hohen Kathedralendecken und einem Kamin ausgestattet. Dieses Zimmer bietet direkten Zugang zum umliegenden Achterdeck, um im Freien zu speisen. Die erste Etage ist offen geschnitten und verfügt über eine Wohnküche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer für 10 Personen. Das Haus hat auch WiFi, Comcast HDTV und Videospielsysteme.

Die vordere untere Veranda ist abgeschirmt und verfügt über einen Esstisch für sechs Personen mit umliegenden Wippen. Die hintere Veranda hat einen großen Weber-Gasgrill (neuer Sommer 2018) und einen mit Regenschirm bedeckten Esstisch für sechs Personen. Die obere Veranda bietet Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick auf die Beachwalk Lane. Der Vorgarten verfügt über eine Feuerstelle mit 6 Adirondack-Stühlen.

Die Beachwalk-Community bietet verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, die in unserer Community einzigartig sind. Höhepunkte sind der Pool, der Basketballplatz, der Tennisplatz, der Spielplatz, das Café und der künstlich angelegte Kai-See, der sich ideal zum Fischen mit der Familie, Kajakfahren oder Paddle-Boarding eignet.

Das Haus liegt weniger als anderthalb Meilen vom Washington Park, dem Michigan City Zoo, dem Blue Chip Casino und der Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall entfernt. Gleich die Straße runter liegt Mt Baldy und der Indiana Dunes National Park. Etwas weiter entfernt liegen viele weitere Strände im Südwesten von Michigan und viele Brauereien und Weingüter!

Wonderful vacation home

We had an amazing stay in the Beachwalk community. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach toys, wagons, baby gear in the home, and cookware. Home was a short walk to both the beach and the pool. Jason and Christine were great to work with and quick to respond. We can't wait to come back!

Beach Community Oasis

The property was fantastic. Had everything we needed for the beach and for our entire stay (beach chairs, wagon, bikes, firewood, kitchen supplies, etc.) The community is a great neighborhood with a pool and small lake. There is a ton of deck space to enjoy the outdoors as well as a firepit and a firewood. Lots of people walking in the neighborhood that were friendly. This house is just a few houses away from the walkway to the beach. The beach was very nice - pretty quiet when we were there but it was the end of September. Definitely a house we would book again! Close enough to town that we could easily try some of the local restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and offered great recommendation!

Excellent beach house - very comfortable, beyond fully equipped

Jason and Christine thought of everything to make this a wonderful stay. Directions very detailed. Garage fully stocked with beach toys and bikes, kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable. This was a great house for our family of four (2 kids under 5). The house is a 2 minute walk to the path that leads to the beach. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the owner was incredibly responsive.

Wonderful location

Very close to the beach! Spacious enough for 6 adults. Jason was easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions. The neighborhood is so cute and I definitely recommend walking around at sunset. Other visitors were so friendly. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach House!

My family simply could not have loved our stay at Belle Isle any more than we did! The house is exactly as pictured: newly remodeled with updated bathrooms and furnishings. The kitchen is completely stocked with high quality everything. You can think of any random gadget you might want or need, and they have it! In the garage you'll find bikes of all sizes, beach chairs, beach toys, skim board, etc. Even though it was quite hot during the day, we still enjoyed a fire in the fire pit most evenings. The kids loved making s'mores (yes, there are roasting sticks for marshmallows in the pantry). There was even a large pile of wood that the owner encouraged us to use so we didn't have to buy any. I would say our favorite spot at Belle Isle is the second-story porch. Perfect for coffee in the morning, and people watching in the evening. I contacted the owners a couple of times leading up to our stay, and they responded immediately and were very accommodating. We will definitely stay at Belle Isle on our next visit to Beachwalk!

Great location and home

It is probably our 5 or 6th time at Beachwalk and this location is excellent! House is really well thought out and easy! Kitchen has EVERYthing you need- plus we love to cook and appreciated the quality of items. An example: Most homes have wine glasses but this home had nice quality thin walled glasses. Bikes, beach gear, bedding and towels all above standard. Great home, we will be back!!

The PERFECT rental

My family of 5 plus 2 other adults stayed at Belle Isle. I’ve stayed at quite a few rentals, and this one was by far my favorite. Jason was so helpful, especially during the pandemic. He checked in and communicated as things changed. I must say, I was hesitant to spend the money for this rental, but I am confident we will visit again. We had three small children, so the proximity to the beach was a priority. It is right next to the boardwalk. It is also extremely close to the pool, tennis, Lake Kai, and the beach hut. And they thought of everything. The garage is loaded with everything you will need. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with tons of dishes and appliances. The bedrooms and baths feel luxurious. And the fire pit was perfect for roasting s’mores. We had planned to leave the resort for dinner and a few excursions, but once we arrived we realized we didn’t want to. The community is wonderful and well thought out!

Perfect Getaway!

This house is exactly as advertised and the Beachwalk neighborhood could not be any cuter! It was exactly what we needed. The house is so lovely, the owners are fantastic - very responsive and responsible - and the location cannot be beat....so close to both the beach and the pool. The house is stocked with everything you'd need for a home away from home...from the kitchen (full set of legit knives, kid-friendly dinnerware, large platters, etc.) to the garage (which is fully stocked with bikes and beach toys!). We loved everything about it from the easy of the booking & check in process through the maintenance and decor of the [newly renovated] home! We've received so many compliments and questions about the house from the photos that we shared on social media (which you can #belleiselbeachwalk, pro tip) We're already looking at dates for 2021...we definitely plan to make multiple trips here in the future.

Beautiful home just steps from the beach

I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful this home is! Really well equipped with all the latest modern conveniences. Comfortably accommodated two families (4 adults and three children). The location was perfect for day trips to Chicago in addition to exploration of the Dunes State and National Parks and the towns that dot Lake Michigan on the Michiana border. We fell in love with Beachwalk and love to share our house when we are not using it. We chose Beachwalk because we love the community vacation feel of the neighborhood in the summer and the proximity to the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. The fall is so pretty with the leaves turning and a much slower pace. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the house as much as we do!

We have extra space if needed; the coach house sleeps 4 with a bath and full separate kitchen and can be rented for an additional fee.
