Dies ist ein begehbarer Keller mit einem großen Wohnraum mit Betten und Wohnzimmer in einem Raum. Eigenes Bad, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Dieser Raum verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und Etagenbetten. Großartig für eine kleine Familie oder Gruppe. Falls gewünscht, kann Loveseat auch für ein kleines Kind verwendet werden. wird zusammen mit einem Fernseher geliefert, der für HULU, Netflix, Amazon Prime und mehr verwendet werden kann. Dieser Platz liegt am See mit eigenem Strand zum Schwimmen und Angeln. Kajaks und Boote stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt auf tausenden von ATV- und Schneemobilwegen mit vielen Parkplätzen für Lastwagen und Anhänger. Dies ist ein sehr privater Bereich, in dem nur wenige Menschen am See leben. Privatstrand, Dock, Feuerstelle und Boot können Sie auch in den Wintermonaten nutzen. Für ATV- oder Schneemobilfahrer ist das Anwesen im Hiawatha National Forest direkt an hunderten von Kilometern Wanderwegen gelegen. In der Nähe von Dutzenden von Wasserfällen und Pictured Rocks National Shoreline. Das Buckhorn Restaurant ist 1,6 km entfernt und Munising erreichen Sie in nur 20 Minuten. Dort finden Sie viele Restaurants, ein Café und Geschäfte.

Great view, gracious hosts

We had a lovely time at this beautiful, scenic, beautifully decorated apartment on the lake. Access to a dock, complete with small, sandy beach, and close to a variety of lakes allowed us to fish and simply enjoy the outdoors for two weeks. We weren't ready to leave! Our hosts were warm, friendly and answered all our questions beforehand and allowed us to enjoy the lower level of this lakefront home, super clean and just right for our anniversary!

Honeymoon getaway

Beautifully decorated, view was outstanding and the beds were so comfortable. Setting was tranquil, peaceful and quiet. Was greeted by Sobaca(dog) ,on our 2nd day. Terri was quick to get him. But we enjoyed meeting and spending a bit of time with the sweet boy. Wildlife slowly progressed the longer we stayed ! Very chill ; just what the doc ordered:} ! Jeff and Terri were quick to reply on anything we needed. Anything we needed Jeff was right on it.

Snowmobile weekend

Very comfortable accommodations. Felt very private as we came and went and did our own thing through separate entrance. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Nice fireplace to warm things up after a day on the trail. Nice big bathroom as well with great shower. Jeff and Terri were excellent hosts very responsive and overall nice people. We will certainly return. Thank you!

Our stay at Mirror Lake

Jeff and Terri are the best! They provide all the little touches to make it feel like home right away. The location on Mirror Lake was great for so many adventures nearby, and the place is absolutely rly gorgeous! Lots of wildlife too. If you want a quiet secluded place to stay in Hiawatha Forest, you’ll love it here! Bonus - the dark skies are spectacular for stargazing.

Perfect Getaway space

This is a walkout basement that makes you feel like you're in private cabin. Very beautiful location over the lake, owners wonderful people. Enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave.

Lake vacation

Very clean, accommodating, a nice place to stay. Loved the wildlife and the lake. The only downfall was that with the whole family upstairs we were unable to fully relax. It was a bit loud, and we felt intimadated and awkward. We have no kids. We needed a break from hustle and bustle, but had to hear very clearly the family and their everyday life. Which is not their fault, we should have realized this before we rented. Thank you for letting us stay, this is a great property with amazing acsess, a nice family--- bring your kids.

Great Spot to Sled

A really great and scenic spot right off trail 7. Great place to spend a weekend riding out off. Very close to the Buckhorn as well for fuel and food. Jeff and his family were great hosts. The space is incredibly clean and comfortable.

Nice stay and even some loons!

Everything was great. Loved hearing the loons at night. Far enough and close enough to town. Please note that this location is a remote property: having printed directions to the house is highly advised, as cell service was non-existent outside of town for us. Overall an enjoyable stay!

Perfect escape from the hustle & bustle.

Everything you need to relax and unwind is right here. Amenities are great as is privacy. This is the lower level of a home that has its own private entrance. Owners seem like good , genuine people. Beautiful off the beaten path

The minute we arrived Terri greeted us and showed us the place and gave suggestions of locations for dinners, entertainment, etc... The view is beautiful as it is on a lake with very few other residents. You have access to the kayaks, but we were too busy exploring the area to take advantage of what was offered. There is a grill (gas) and a fire pit for guest useage. Plenty of outdoor seating on the patio as well. Remember - you are renting a place that is part of their family home, so you will hear the day to day living going on above you. Bathroom is large and stocked full of towels. There is a shower - no tub. Bed is queen size with a firm mattress (very firm). There's a set of bunk beds also - both twin size. Extra blankets are provided if it gets too chilly at night. There is a small seating area infront of a gas fireplace and a drop leaf table with a couple of chairs for dining. Keep in mind, there is no "kitchen", so you are either cooking on a grill, warming up something in the microwave - or (my favorite) letting someone else do the cooking while in town! Terri and Jeff have set up a little coffee / tea station complete with everything you need. There are also cups (disposable) for hot and cold beverages, napkins, and a few utensils. Location - this was the only reason I gave fewer stars. You are trading the beauty of the setting for convenient location to town. It is definately about 15 - 20 minutes to get into Munising from here. Be prepared to eat some dust going in and out. Gravel roads turning into sandy dirt roads. This is a perfect location for anyone with an ATV looking to explore the trails! If you forget something in town it isn't like you are going to run back and just get it. Yes - there is a restraunt close by (The Buckhorn Resort), but we didn't stop except for a couple drinks and a game of pool. From here it is about an hour drive to Marquette. To the Tahquamenon Falls plan almost 2 hours. Kitch-iti-kipi Spring is also about an hour. They do offer wi-fi and the television has Netflix, Hulu and another option I can't remember. We also noticed a DVD player. There is a cabinet stocked full of games too. Kids would more than likely love it here jumping off the dock and catching tadpoles while playing on the little sandy beach.

My friends and I had an amazing time! Hosts were very helpful before and during the stay. Pictures are a little misleading.....because it was better than expended!! BRING YOUR BUG SPRAY! bug in and outside were the only complaint.
