Beautiful Condo

We chose this condo based on the wonderful reviews and we were not disappointed. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. We used the pool and golf course which are both located on the property. This was our first trip to Delaware and we were very happy with the location. The beach is an easy drive and there are grocery stores and restaurants close by. We made sure to get to the beach by 9:00 AM and we didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot. We loved watching the sunsets from the back patio at the end of the day. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Nice place for a family of 5!

This condo is super clean, comfortable, bright, and nicely decorated. It was a sweet home away from home for our family of 5. 3 generations, all ages! It’s a great base and pretty central location to explore the other beach towns like Rehoboth beach, Fenwick Island, and Lewes. 4 nights was not enough because there are still plenty to do, like using the community pool more often and perhaps even going golfing right on the grounds! All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved exploring Delaware!

The perfect getaway. Elevated.

We've rented several condos at Bethany Bay over the last 12 or so years and they were all nice and the owners were welcoming and helpful. The best word I can use to describe this experience is elevated. Being an end unit, it's brighter with tons of natural light, and if I'm not mistaken, bigger than other two-bedroom layouts. The beach-themed decor is more upscale than the Margaritaville theme seen in most others and everything looks new. The front porch is as nice of a place to relax as the screened-in deck on the back. The owners were especially helpful in helping me arrange boat parking near the water tower and suggesting boat launches nearby. Overall, this was the best and easiest visit we've had to this charming community since we chose this as our vacation destination many years ago.

Bethany Bay Condo

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay! The unit was immaculate, very tastefully decorated, and super comfortable. The owners communicated with us throughout our stay and made sure all was well. We enjoyed beautiful sunset views and walks in the friendly community. It was about a 20 minute drive to the beach with traffic, but we were prepared for that. We would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

Clean Condo with beautiful view

We would definitely stay at this property again when we come to the area. The condo was immaculate and in excellent shape. The owner was very accommodating and kept in touch with us regarding any of our needs. The community has a nice pool and paths to walk and you can play golf.

Another Great Stay

Second stay at this perfect condo. Accommodations are super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of 4 ( 17 & 20 yr boys). The community is quiet, safe and great for walking and great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love this condo and the Bethany Beach area!!!

Great family spot

Nice and clean, good location, used the pool and basketball court several times between trips to the beach. Two bathrooms and laundry very convenient. Also nice sitting area on both the front and back porch. Great place!

Nice summer break

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at Glenn and Nancy’s condo! The unit itself was immaculate and super comfortable. We felt immediately at home and relaxed. We loved having a morning cup of coffee on the deck and watching the beautiful sunset at night. The beds/linens were super comfortable, unlike some other condos we’ve stayed at. The washer/dryer worked like a dream. The pool was busy during our stay (unsurprising considering it was July during a heat wave!) but we never felt crowded and we were always able to find a table with an umbrella. The pool is a little far from the unit so we mostly drove there, but it is definitely walkable. It took us about 10-15 minutes. The complex itself is very large but also very quiet and pleasant. It was a quick 15 minutes to Bethany beach and the boardwalk. The waves were a bit too big for us there though- so we drove to Lewes beach a few times which took about 45 minutes. We loved the area, with mini golf, an arcade, cute shops (definitely check out Turning Pages/Yesterday’s fun!) and good restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Perfect vacation stay

This was the perfect spot for me, my wife, and another couple to spend a week in. The unit was spotless and included anything you would need. Passes for the pool were included, which we used every day. The location was great, with supermarkets, restaurants and the beach all within a few minutes drive. If we ever visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again if it were available. Thanks for a great time!

The property was quite clean and nicely up-to-date. It was also well equipped. And the front and back decks made it especially attractive being on the end of the Unit. We love the community it's located in. The location of the property within the complex is a little further away from the pool, etc, but it makes for a nice little bike ride to and from. We would stay there again.

Our family’s fourth trip to Bethany Beach- and this was the best one yet. The accommodations were 5 Stars all the way around- beautifully decorated, immaculate and comfortable, with everything you need for the perfect vacation including a peaceful view! Beautiful condo

We loved the condo, immaculate, tastefully decorated and with comfortable furniture. Lovely view from balcony...all the comforts of home. The community is quiet, well groomed and maintained, located on the bay with 9 hole golf course, walking trails and beautiful community pool all conveniently located near Bethany and away from the hustle bustle of crowds. EXCEPTIONAL VACATION WITH FAMILY! AUGUST 2019

In all the years I have stayed in Bethany Beach and Oceanview this Condo by far was the best. From the decor to the views from the decks; this place is just beautiful. Clean and comfortable place to stay with lot's of amenities from linens, towels, beach towels, small appliances, washer and dryer to passes to the community pool. The owners Nancy and Glenn are easy to reach and they provide a place that makes you feel like you are home. We will definitely be back next year. John Varmon, Carolyn & Elena
