Hi End Condo

The condo was very clean, updated appliances, furniture. The all the rooms were spacious for a condo with the master holding a King size bed. We were definitely pleased and would rent the same condo over & again.. The biggest plus was everything, restaurants, shopping and the ocean was all in walking distance.

Quick walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping

The condo had everything we needed for a great family beach vacation! We had plenty of room to park a car and a golf cart in the covered parking. Two-minute walk to beach and several restaurants.

Tybee vibe can't match it

This is a great condo and we would stay here again. One of your guests was limited in mobility so the elevator was extremely helpful. Quiet neighborhood and a nice location. The beds were comfortable. We were challenged by the technology of the TV. There were know real instructions however we didn't watch much anyway. The ramp into the parking garage is a little steep so we had trouble with hitting the bottom of our front bumper when we were backing out. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. While this condo would not be listed for its views, you are only a few blocks from the beach and the pier. The boardwalk is the next few blocks over. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our vacation. More details on check out and recycling would be helpful.

South Island

My wife and I visited Tybee for our 2nd Pirate Fest. This 2nd floor 2BR condo was the absolute perfect place to stay! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Some of extra amenities include: 6-8 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, rolling chest cooler, board games, beach toys, 2 beach bicycles, etc. The location is ideal for enjoying the beach or downtown night life. We highly recommend. TY

Awesome stay

First time to tybee. It was the perfect vacation. The condo was fantastic. Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location was so convenient to everything we could literally walk 20 steps and be at a oceanfront restaurant. And then a few more steps and be right on the beach. Toby is so laid-back, we absolutely loved it.

Great Stay

We had a great visit! The location was perfect and was so easy to walk to the beach and to all of the restaurants that we wanted to try. The house had everything we needed for the beach which was nice as well.

Much Needed Break

I grew up in Savannah and have since moved away. So coming back to Tybee which is my childhood beach was great. This condo is just a couple blocks over from all the shops, restaurants, and bars. Was easy walk to the beach, close to the handicap walkway that takes you further into the sand than other access ramps, which was great when dragging a wagon full of gear. Was in quiet area and couldn’t hear anyone from other units. Condo was very nice inside and had everything you need. All the furniture was very comfortable and great condition. Owner was easy to contact and promptly answered questions. A+ Unit totally rent again.

Always a great stay on Tybee

Our stay was wonderful. Cute condo with everything you could possibly need while at Tybee. Having beach gear, kitchen essentials, and washer and dryer is a game changer! We love this property and cantbwait to atay again!

Perfect Beach Stay

We stayed for one lovely week. They have everything you could need for a perfect beach trip and more. Amazing location, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious. We walked down to the 18th street board walk which was a tiny bit further but had less of a crowd on the beach. My favorite thing was that very nice chairs, umbrella and all terrain wagon are provided for all your beach needs. Love this place. Highly recommend.

Family Wedding Weekend

The condo was clean and provided all the essentials we needed. It was walking distance to the beach and fishing pier. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance. If we are back a Tybee with a small group, we would definitely try to book this condo.

Perfect stay for Tybee Island

Property description was accurate. Condo was clean comfy and had very easy access to the beach shops and dining. Host was extremely responsive. Beds were all very comfortable and the condo was well equiped for the perfect stay.

Great week!

We loved staying at Silver Seas. The place was easy to find and contactless checkin was nice. The Owner was very prompt and answered any questions that we had. It was in a great location to the beach, places to eat, and shopping. It was vey clean and well stocked with necessities. We would highly recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Nice Condo, Short Walk to Beach

Six family members were very comfortable staying here. The condo looks exactly like the photos and it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. I had a question about check-out and Julie responded quickly. As others have mentioned, be sure to take it slow entering the parking garage and enter at a angle. No problems parking 2 SUVs. We would definitely stay here again if we return to South Tybee

Enjoyable stay at this nicely decorated property! The beach is just a short block away, or you can walk a few blocks to the quiet back river side. Sunset views Are amazing over the river and all the beaches in Tybee are very well maintained! We greatly appreciated the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need, even cooking spices.

Oh my goodness! From our first visit, we knew this was the home for us! It's beautiful and you cannot beat the amenities all around us! The beach is a 2 minute walk away, you're a minute from The Strand & the Tybee Pavillion & Pier and the nightlife can't be beat!
