Brandneue Konstruktion für 2019 in Nags Head (Semi-Oceanfront). Fünf Schlafzimmer, darunter zwei Meister, vier volle und zwei halbe Bäder mit privatem Pool und Aufzug. Vom Boden aus Zugang zum Aufzug vom Carport und im gesamten Haus. Dieses Haus ist mit einem anderen unserer neuen Gebäude mit fünf weiteren Schlafzimmern (VRBO 1289427) ausgestattet. Mieten Sie beide für insgesamt 10 Schlafzimmer!

Privater 13x26 Pool mit viel Deckfläche und Außendusche. Erster Stock hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bad, eines mit direktem Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit halbem Bad und Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Soundviews sowie die Waschküche.

Der zweite Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, eines mit direktem Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, ein eigenes Bad mit Fliesendusche. Zweites Hauptschlafzimmer mit Hauptbadezimmer / eigener Dusche mit Regendusche und Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Jeanette Pier. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen eigenen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher.

Umgekehrter Grundriss auf oberster Ebene enthält eine schöne Küche mit Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und Sitzgelegenheiten für sechs Personen an der Bartheke, Edelstahlgeräte, ein sehr geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für weitere zehn Personen. Sehr geräumige überdachte Veranda mit Essbereich im Freien auf der Meerseite. Plus eine weitere überdachte Veranda auf der Soundseite, auf der Sie sich entspannen können und die weitläufige Aussicht genießen und den privaten Pool überblicken können.

Dieses Haus ist weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strandzugang, Jeanettes Pier, Sam and Omie's Restaurant, Cahoon's Market, Dune Burger, Fatboyz, Owens Restaurant und Whalebone Seafood entfernt. Gehen Sie auch zur Tanger Outlet Mall, die Sie über die Fußgängerbrücke erreichen.

Family Fall Break

This place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It’s well set up and maintained and the elevator was a big plus. The pier was just across from us and we could view it and the ocean. Perfect for our fishermen. This place was close to great restaurants and shopping.

We had no issues that needed to be resolved. The house is beautiful, clean, furniture is nice. The backyard was updated from last year, with covered bar area, grassy volleyball area, and new loungers by the pool. The property has amazing views of both the sound and the ocean, and multiple balconies with furniture, to enjoy the views. We love the location of this property, as it's directly across to beach access, Jennette's Pier, Cahoons Market, and Fatboyz Ice cream is two doors down.

Great Vacation in Nags Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family-group of 11 (5 adults, 5 teens, and 1 child). We all enjoyed ourselves at this property. The location is great for teens. Our group ventured to the beach, ice cream, and were able to ride their bikes to other activities nearby.The description of this property is spot-on. The only thing we noticed is that there were multiple leaks from the roof on the top floor. It didn't impact our stay, but it was something that probably should be remediated. The management were also professional and informative; we didn't have any problems, issues during our stay, so contact was limited. This home is on a busy road that has cars on it 24/7, and there is a public parking lot across the street (where lots of cars meet up at night to rev their engines and drag race). This didn't bother us, because we're a loud bunch and the location outweighed the noise. If you like it super-quiet, this is not the location for you.While the house is not ADA compliant, it worked well for our group, which included a teenager who uses a wheelchair for mobility and is legally blind. Most of the doorways were wide enough for her chair and there was a tub available for her to bathe in. The elevator was key to us being able to stay and it worked great. She was able to navigate the home on her own.Beach access at Jennette's Pier is directly across the street. Shopping is close by and there is plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. We made many trips to nearby Fat Boyz and Cahoon's Market. We would definitely stay again!

Small Family Vacay/100% Perfect Place, No complaints

The property was what would be considered absolutely perfect. The location is perfect: right between the ocean and the sound. The property itself was beautiful, clean, modern and perfect. The yard and pool and hot tub were all perfect, and communication with the property manager was fantastic! There is a little market across the street that has anything you might need. Would absolutely recommend for a perfect OBX vacation!

Best House We Have Rented in OBX!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically stay one street back and have had a lot of bad luck over the past few years with run down houses. We tried a different approach this year and skipped the standard real estate agencies. Although this was the top of our budget we were so thrilled with it! Every detail is thoughtful- fridge in the basement for water, sodas and other drinks so we could pack our coolers for the beach with low effort. Area just inside to put beach items so they don’t blow around, elevator was amazing for getting groceries upstairs. Very comfortable seating and beautiful decor. The kitchen is so well appointed and every drawer organized with tons of tools. The bunk is so cool with built-in bunks, all with power and lights. We just kept remarking how happy we were although I am sad to share so others may take our week! Thank you for a memorable trip! (Forgot to mention the VIEW!!!)

Family time.

My two sons and their families stayed for one week. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware settings. The house was very clean and the host checked in through text messages to make sure we didn’t need anything. We hope to be back.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Our 1st time with this property and will likely make this our frequent property. Zero complaints,. And would definitely recommend. We took some executive clients and family/friends off shore fishing and they were extremely satisfied. This will be our next family trip and my next client trip destination.

Amazing Home!

The house was beautiful and well stocked! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Jeanette's Pier was right across the street. The hot tub was everyone's favorite while there. The elevator was also a huge plus. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well. We would definitely rent this property again!

Spacious, modern, and clean - great stay!

Beautiful house with getting your steps in which I enjoyed - centrally located. Great communication with Rebecca who provided a lot of information to plan our visit. The house was very clean, new, and the beds/pillows, and couches were extremely comfortable. Loved the care taken in the kitchen with everything needed and organized - Calphalon pans so cooking was a breeze and the Keurig is a plus! Pool with heat and hot tub are great options. Thanks for a great stay!

It was perfect for two families - you could get a 3rd family in but it was just right for two. Good location, cleanest and nicest house we've stayed in at OBX, very responsive to any questions/issues we had through the week. Would highly recommend!

Location and lovely home!

We vacationed last week of Aug 2021 - adult family of 6. Absolutely loved the pedestrian friendly location of this house - steps to Fat Boyz ice cream, shopping, beach, Sam & Omie’s, pier, Cahoon’s Mkt, Owen’s Restaurant. House is newly built and gorgeous. Elevator is high quality and worked great for all floors. Kitchen is huge and it has a Kuerig & regular coffee maker - both high quality. We rented chair/umbrella setup on the beach everyday (highly recommend) so we didn’t spend much time at the pool but it is nicely furnished with chairs. It’s like having oceanfront bc you have a clear view of the water over the top of Cahoon’s which is a low roof top. We watched many sunrises from the top deck. And even saw an end to end rainbow! Would love to have the same Polywood deck furniture on back deck so you could enjoy the sunsets and dinner as well. Communication with the owners/managers was over the top great. For those concerned about the noisy street, it really isn’t bad bc the traffic is 25mph (unlike homes in northern beaches on rt12 where it’s 45mph). Besides, it’s the beach - get up and see the sunrise! You can always nap. :)
