Jeder liebt Lucy's Cottage! Schönes neues Zuhause mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, ideal für Familienausflüge in Seagrove Beach. Diese private Gated Community befindet sich am 30A und Robert-Ellis Drive. Nur 400 Meter von der Haustür zum Strand mit großem Gemeinschaftspool, direkt in der Gemeinde.

Betreten Sie den großen Wohnraum mit hohen Decken und großem 60-Zoll-TV. Eine Gourmetküche mit Granitarbeitsplatten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Kühlschrank mit 2 Eismaschinen. Einfacher Zugang Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Vollbad.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der obersten Etage und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon und eine Master-Bad-Suite mit Regendusche. Kuscheln Sie sich im Kingsize-Bett und schauen Sie sich einen Film an oder lesen Sie ein Buch auf Ihrem privaten Balkon und hören Sie den Strand. Das dritte Queen-Schlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem Schlafraum für die Kinder. Der Schlafraum verfügt über ein volles Bett im unteren Bereich und ein Zweibettzimmer im oberen Bereich.
Verweilen Sie auf der hinteren Terrasse und grillen Sie oder entspannen Sie auf einer der beiden Veranden. Viel Platz zum Abhängen im Wohnzimmer oder in kleinen Gruppen auf den verschiedenen Terrassen und der Terrasse.
Lucy’s Cottage größte Attraktion ist die ausgezeichnete Lage. Schnappen Sie sich ein Stück Pizza auf dem Weg zum Strand. Oder gehen Sie morgens zum Krapfenloch, um Eiskaffee und mit Speck überzogenen Krapfen zu trinken - YUM. Der Fischmarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hier können Sie frische Meeresfrüchte und frisch zubereitete Garnelen bestellen. Fahrräder können an der Ecke gemietet werden. Jetzt können Sie hinunter nach Seaside, Grayton oder The HUB fahren. Lucy´s Cottage ist genau in der Mitte von allem, was 30A ist!

My family rented the house for my husbands 60th birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, clean and walking distant to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Location and comfortable

Jason was so nice with all of the questions that I had before arriving. The location was great to restaurants and beach. It was spring break for us so the beach was not crowded yet. However, the house and neighborhood were still secluded enough to not feel too overcrowded.

We had a great stay at Lucy’s Cottage! There were 7 adults and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The pizza place at the end of the street is great! We will definitely be back!

House was as listed. Well equipped!Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. House had beach towels and chairs so was very nice. Great location and access to the beach. Master bedroom balcony was well used for reading and yoga in the sunshine!The house needs some general maintenance, adjust soft close drawers, old skillets, master bathroom door handle not working and not smooth closure. Ice maker was missing. The rug and couch had stains, need replacement or cleaning. Overall good place and location. Would visit again!

Lucy’s was in a great location.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Lucy’s. Great location and quiet!! The house was very clean! we enjoyed using the grill. Check-in was great!!

Clean House and great location

This house is in an awesome location. It worked out well for my family who was staying for Thanksgiving especially because there was a bedroom and bath on the main floor so my 75 year old mom did not have to climb stairs. The size was great for our entire family. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. My only suggestion is the upgrade the cookware and pans in the kitchen. We were doing some cooking for Thanksgiving and many of the pots, pans, and skillets were very worn, some not really usable. This is an easy fix though. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

September Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Seagrove beach area. Location relative to the beach, Seaside town attractions, and Santa Rosa attractions, were perfect for us. Additionally, the property manager was easily accessible, and made sure to check in on us periodically throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very welcoming. We’ll be looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Very Enjoyable

The home was very clean and location to the beach was very nice, quiet community and enough ammenities with in walking distance to keep everyone happy. I would suggest adding TVs to all the bedrooms so everyone has there own space to go chill if needed, overall great experience

Lucy's Cottage was very accommodating for our group and having the bikes made it super easy for the kids to get around 30A for ice cream and shopping! Other than the community pool being a little small, the trip and the house were great!

Havin’ It All

Our week-long stay was met with an easy check-in and friendly communication with the host. This property exceeded our expectations with layout, decor and cleanliness. Familiar with the surroundings from a previous stay, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the Donut Hole, and pizza place nearby. The host anticipated kitchen items like spices, bags and soaps. We appreciated the outdoor shower provided for a quick rinse off!

Very good location. Nice home that sleeps 8 if in 2 bedrooms you share double beds. I think it would be helpful if the site mentioned things you would need to bring that are not found in the home. We have stayed at VRBO with shampoo, Kleenex, and beach towels. The home did have sand toys, games, appliances and other amenities.

Great location, close enough to the beach you can definitely walk but we rented a golf cart which made it easier. Just note there is no parking at the beach. House was great for small family. My 8mo old slept great in the crib and it was nice that there was a highchair there for him to use as well. Restaurants / coffee shops all very close - a 10 min or less golf cart ride. The neighborhood was quiet. House was easy to check in and out of. Host was easy to reach. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint is we felt like the home could have been cleaner. Some areas had tons of dust and the floors seemed like they were not properly cleaned. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family recently stayed at this property. The home was very clean when we arrived and was fully stocked. The walk to the beach was pleasant. We rented bikes and ordered pizza from Brozinni Pizzeria and Big Fish Bike Rental just walking distance from the house. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids, and all the rooms had very comfortable beds. The management was wonderful. We even left a "lovie" and the property manager found it and mailed it back to us. We all agreed, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location to enjoy Seagrove Beach

This property was very nice and located close/walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. House was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers to not get into each other's hair. Furnishings were very updated and modern. Only criticisms would be this being a new construction neighborhood, there was quite of bit of construction activity during our week which was likely due to the great weather we had. I would also ensure the cleaning crew mops the downstairs more frequently.

The Perfect Seaside Getaway

What a perfect home to enjoy a Seaside getaway in! The home is beautiful inside and out, with adorable decor and comfortable beds. The beach is just a quick walk across the street, but there’s a pool in the neighborhood too. It’s walking distance to Goatfeather’s seafood market, and the kitchen had everything I needed to make a feast. Btw If you don’t feel like cooking, Angelinas down the street has amazing Italian food. I rented a bike, also walking distance, and rode down to seaside just a few minutes away to enjoy some shopping and food trucks. (The lobster rolls over at the shrimp shack are to die for) Obviously I love and frequent 30A, but from now on I’ll be booking my upcoming trips at Lucy’s Cottage - everything exceeded my expectations!

we where supposed to be able to check in at 4:00 pm. we arived at 5;20 pm and the cleaning people wher still there cleaning.we waited outside for about 30 minutes for them to finish. when we went in the floors wre still dirty and there was no fitting sheet on the king bed. there was also only three was cloths in the whole house. we had to go to walmart and buy some wash cloths. we did find a fitted sheet in the closet that they left unlocked.other than that everything was good we enjoyed our stay there. i think most of the problem is with the cleaning crew.
