Das 1925 erbaute, 2-stöckige Haus im mediterranen Revival befindet sich im historischen Viertel Whitfield Estates Lantana Avenue. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder im Haupthaus. Die originalen Holzfußböden wurden in der Küche, ab Juni 2017, mit mehreren original schmiedeeisernen Wandleuchten aus Granit in ihrer Küche wieder hergestellt. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist eine große in Veranda abgeschirmt. Dieses Haus ist nah an alles. Das Hotel liegt weniger als 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Sarasota entfernt. Siesta Key Beach und Lido Beach sind 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Sarabay Country Club befindet sich 1 Block vom Haus entfernt. Der Flughafen SRQ und das Ringling Museum sind weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Anna Maria 20 Minuten.

Great Stay Away from the Crowds

My family was looking for lodging that could accommodate our family for a lacrosse trip, and Whitfield Estates did not disappoint. Nader was on point with all communications before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Unique home

Our stay at this home was very comfortable and in a location that was very close to many things we wanted to see and do. It has the basics we needed for our stay but more important to us it was clean. The owner, Nader, could not have been more responsive and accommodating !

Comfy Old Florida hOuse with Contemporary Kitchen

Nader was an exemplary landlord for our two-week stay. When we asked for extra hangers, then a tea kettle he arrived right away. A very pleasant fellow who wanted to make sure we had what we needed. The house is very interesting as part of a 1920s Sarasota community of Spanish style homes, convenient to shopping, restaurants, Ringling Museum, etc.

Lantana House

Lantana House is an amazing part of Sarasota history. Like most great vacation homes, it is convenient to many of Sarasota’s cultural and tourist attractions. It is also a place full of history. We came for a Christmas holiday and to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook an amazing birthday dinner. There was plenty of space and the hosts provided so many amenities for a good stay. Despite the fact that the house is almost 100 years old (a fact that makes it so wonderful) it was spotless , tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Nader the host was very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this rental. I hope to return again.

Charming Old Florida House In Need of TLC

My husband and I spent two weeks at this house in a historic development of Spanish Colonial Revival houses built during the Roaring Twenties. On VRBO it looked charming - a piece of Old Florida with tile roof, pecky cypress front doors, and a new paving stone courtyard. While all these exterior details were true, our visions of our quaint Florida getaway were only partially met. Close to Tamiami Trail, the house is an easy drive to Sarasota attractions but also very close to the airport and is in the flyway so there is some airport noise. The house is roomy with nine-foot ceilings and large public spaces and bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, the two-zoned HVAC appears new, there are three large smart TVs, high-speed internet, and the ability to sign in to your streaming accounts. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is hot water on demand, and there is easy parking. The house is clean for the most part. However, the interior is drab with only a perfunctory attempt at décor. There is chipping paint throughout, and the kitchen cabinets’ vinyl coating is peeling. The screened-in porch has no comfortable chairs and the view from the porch is of a dilapidated garage next door. The washer and dryer are in the garage which is also used as a workshop with lots of paraphernalia. This is all a shame because the house has such potential. With repairs, painting, and staging it could be a five-star rental.

Beautiful House and GREAT location!

From start to finish Nader was more than accommodating! I was not familiar with the area and had a work conference to attend by the airport. Prior to booking Nader answered all my questions promptly and helped make my decision that the property was perfect for location to work conference AND great restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood was great, the house was VERY clean and had a great historic feel to it. Everything was comfortable and very spacious! Bradenton beach was beautiful and had a great tiki bar restaurant on the beach for a beautiful sunset dinner with drinks. (20 min drive) Anna Marie Oyster bar was minutes down the road and AMAZING! There was tons of shops around to get anything you needed. It was a great relaxing stay and I would definitely book again!!

Beautiful 1925 Home

We had an amazing stay at Nader‘s lovely, Mediterranean Revival style, 1925 home. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of common space to spread out. The location was convenient to restaurants and not too far from the beach. He was very responsive and generous with us. Highly recommended!

Elegant house in one of the best neighborhoods.

Lots of space, comfortable and well equipped rooms, large and convenient kitchen, super efficient and pleasant to deal with manager. The house is old and full of character. Not everything is shiny new, renovation has not been done in a while. But we really enjoyed the hard to find ambiance of a place decorated with taste and love. Not your fixed to rent units that are so common on VRBO. Highly recommend, we had a wonderful time there.

Quick trip to visit friends

We rented this property due to its proximity to our friends house that live down the street. The house was perfect for what my husband, teenage son and myself needed. The property is very charming and well maintained. Check in/out was very easy and communication with Nader was excellent. I will definitely consider this property in the future.

Absolutely lovely

My sisters and I spent the weekend at Nader's home and truly enjoyed our visit. The home gives you that old Spanish Villa feel. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 4 and an easy and quick check-in and check-out process. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to Siesta Key beach (20 minutes) and downtown Sarasota. Nader was the ideal VRBO host and was quick to respond to messages and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Nader!!!

NCAA National rowing Finals and 40th Wedding Anniversary

This was a great location to everything, airport, beaches and food places!! We were their for the NCAA Rowing tournament! Oklahoma took the Championship in Class 2 college Finals and Texas won in class 1. And we celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary!! Was a great time by All!!! Used this location as home base for an extended work trip and also had my college daughter come visit. Really cool house, tons of character and great vibes. Tarpon tiki in the Ramada down the street a colorful spot to walk to. I will return
