Great communication!

The owners were great throughout our trip with quick responses. Filled propane and helped with anything we needed for the house throughout our stay! Very good space for a large group.

We had a group for a baseball tournament and this was perfect. We loved so many bathrooms attached to the rooms. The house was stocked with tons of towels and linens. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent 10 day stay

The property was as described in the listing, there is some minor wear and tear damage thru out the house. Recommend more seating in the LR area. Overall a very good to excellent place to stay in Phoneix.

Amazing time!

Amazing time! Property was beautiful just as shown as in the pictures. Home was spacious and accommodate family gathering, especially during this time of quarantine. Never had to leave the house everything we needed to relax and have fun was right there in the home. Used the pool, games in the garage, and a lot of cooking in the kitchen. Great family visit.

This house was excellent. Kurt was very responsive when I had questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. This house had everything we needed from entertainment of the pool and games outside, game room in the garage, extra towels and linens for 18 people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for 18 people including cutlery and dishes & bowls. the property was clena and we felt safe. We will be returning in the future!

Great Place for Sport Team

We were looking for a house that can house 18 people. We are a traveling Soccer team and managing 16 teen players in a hotel can be a nightmare. Having a house makes it easier to keep an eye out and for meal plans. There were enough beds and bathrooms. Overall, it fitted on what we need.

Terrific place

My wife and I decided to get out of Illinois and go back to normality. We chose the Phoenix area as the state was opening up and we knew the weather would be great. My daughter and her four kids joined us. The house was terrific and we had a blast. The home was as advertised and the owner was excellent at communication. The pool, even though not being heated, was still perfect. I highly recommend this home for groups and families. Thank you for the much needed break!

Overall great house!

The size of this house and location were absolutely perfect! The house was about 15 minutes from any destination. We also were able to get anything delivered we needed. Additionally, the host were amazing. They were very responsive and accommodating. They let us check in early and even ordered a steamer for our use. Our favorite areas were the kitchen and the pool! I do agree with the other reviews in that the house definitely has been heavily used and can you see some of that but with just a little bit of upkeeping such as repainting and replacing cushions I would be adjust this review to 5 stars. Overall this was an excellent experience and we had a great time! Thank you!

good space, only 4 privacy controlled bedrooms

Great space and loved the kitchen in particular. Was surprised (dismayed) that the "5th bedroom" has glass in the doors, with no way to control for privacy or light from the public area. So beware if you want to use that room for an adult as a bedroom. Candidly, the condition of much of the home shows heavy use and wear, but it was clean. In fairness we did not contact the owners about some broken items, missing handles on the bathtub in the master bedroom, and the dishwasher also was not working correctly. Outside furniture cushions are quite worn and dirty. Otherwise we found the space and location to work well for our needs.

Great for families

We couldn't tell from the front of the house how huge and nicely appointed this place is! Great corner lot location, convenient to shopping and dining, with a nice neighborhood feel. The patio and pool are really nice. We didn't have a long enough stay to take full advantage of the kitchen and its commercial style appliances. We definitely appreciated the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that we put to use. Kurt was very responsive to any concerns we had, and was kind enough to let us mail a couple packages to ourselves ahead of our visit. This home is comfortable, not fussy. Our group was all adults, but we thought this property would be great for a couple families with kids. The only things that kept this from being a full 5 star review were some minor maintenance and repair issues, plus the fact that all the beach towels were still in the dryers upon our arrival (we folded them for the next guests). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this property for family reunions and similar gatherings.

Great home for extended family

We enjoyed the family time gathering for a wedding in Phoenix. The pool was a big hit and the kitchen and living areas were big enough to accommodate us and then some. Great rooms as well!

Amazing Family Home

I'm so late with this review but the week was a lot to process! 12 adults, 2 children and an infant. Wow. All together for my husband's 60th. An interesting choice, going to Phoenix... in June... and it happened to be the hottest week of the year. This house is pretty much perfect. I love a modern home. The kitchen is beautiful. We had two chefs with us and they managed to cook quite well in there. Check the nonsticks if you plan to use them though, you might want to grab new ones at the store. There is so much to do. We spent every day in the pool with half the family playing pool basketball and the other half in floats. I personally enjoyed the engagement ring float and claimed that as my own for the week. It was nice that there seemed to be things in the pantry left by other guests that came in really handy: red cups, paper plates. We had one issue with some lights that the cleaner seemed to have affected by blowing a fuse. Kurt was nice enough to come over same day and flip it back. Walgreens and Wal-Mart are less than a mile away so I made a few walking trips there. One for a strainer that we left behind, you're welcome! Big families need a pasta night! A couple of things I wished for the home: 1) cable TV. Unless you can all agree on what streaming show you want to watch, we couldn't put cable on. And the Warriors were playing in the finals :-) 2) There is also no water filler in/on the fridge, so we went through MANY 2 gallon dispensers of water in the fridge. I walked the neighborhood every morning and there are some truly beautiful new homes. I loved it. Would we come back? 100%. If they would have us. I'm a lot. ;-)

Fantastic house for larger group!!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay!! We were a family of 10 adults coming for an ASU graduation. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location close to everything! There were plenty of bedrooms and living areas to spread out and not be on top of each other! The outdoor space with the pool was perfect for relaxing! Kurt was fantastic to work with and answered messages immediately! I would highly recommend renting this home!!!!
