Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Bicycles:  4 adult and 2 children's cruiser bicycles
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Beach Villas A2 is located on the ground floor of the A Building. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great location

This condo was a perfect. We enjoyed the pool close by, Queen marketplace shops across the street, and accessibility to a good walking loop in the morning. The management team was great at helping us when we got locked out of the garage. Facility was wonderful.Beautiful condo. We will rent again.

Steps away from community pool

We loved how close the unit was to the pool and queens marketplace. The AC in the bedrooms seemed to shutoff at night and we woke up sweating. The thermostat couldn’t go lower than 75. Also, the unit above us made a lot of noise during the night. But overall, our stay went well.

Crash Pad for Diving Trip

Convenient, easy in and easy out property that is perfect for a visit to go diving the Kohala coast. Property is quiet and well maintained and unit is clean and functional. Not as nicely appointed as other units on same property. Would stay here again.

Great Amenities

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to great shopping center and restaurants. What makes this house perfect is ALL amenities provided. Bikes, beach gears, snorkel gears and anything you need to have enjoyable outing. Thank you for making our stay one of the best.

This was a perfect spot for me and my spouse to stay during the weekend. Stayed closed to work as I was scheduled to do many hours of preparation for food events. It just didn’t make sense to commute 2 hours to work everyday on top of 15hr shifts.

Great stay, great location. Exactly as advertised. Minus: - AC in the master bedroom needs to be as good as in the living room/kitchen. The master bedroom was too warm, the AC was not cooling the master bedroom. - Please invest in blinds and curtains. They are old and needs to be upgraded.

Perfect family location!

All and all, we enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa beach villas. The condo provided everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the location very much because we were a couple minutes away from a beautiful beach, restaurants and stores. As well as having a swimming pool with a spa and fitness center 50 ft away from the back porch was awesome. Also having an open area for my 5 and 9 year old to run around just outside the back sliding door was a huge plus. Another huge plus was having an abundance of snorkeling gear, bicycles, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards was super awesome. As a father, those supplies saved us a ton of money on all the thing’s every family needs or at least wants at a beautiful beach let alone the beautiful beaches of Hawaii! We had a great time and will definitely come back again. Thanks for having us.

Loved this spot

We loved this location! Last year we stayed in Waikaloa Village so this was fun being close to beach and shops- all in walking distance! Beautiful condo, had everything we needed. Only down side was the grill on the patio was so smokey we ended up going to the pool grill instead. I’m not sure if this was due to the high winds or the hood vent not working great or what exactly, but not a huge deal. Also, not any issue with this condo (we loved the condo) but the hot tub at our pool had a lot of mosquitos and little flies that were biting us- we haven’t had that in past trips here so not sure if it was this location or what. Besides that it was perfect, LOVED the condo itself! We had a great time. Thank u!

Have stayed in this resort quite a few times. This was our least liked experience/condo. I realize there are rules, but we had a pool “guard” who didn’t allow kids to play (no foam football, no toys, no “horseplay”, no floaties- even when pool was empty). She made us feel watched, everytime we turned around there she was! Condo AC was broke so we had no AC for the entire stay. Took 4 days to get a portable which was ancient and didn’t work. Got an 2nd one - shortly before we left. All the light light bulbs were “operating room” cool toned LEDs. Toilet was broke. Condo was just overall more run down than the others we have stayed in within the same complex. It was well stocked with supplies such as beach towels, coolers, etc so that was nice. Landscaping is nice.

First, my credentials: we have been visiting Hawaii for about 25 years having stayed at either Waikoloa or Mauna Lani at least 18 times. So, I consider myself a professor emeritus on the subject. So, I’ll do the GOOD, BAD and UGLY approach. GOOD: All in all, it’s a pretty good value We were 2 couples with a teen on the couch. While not spacious it was roomy enough. The air conditioning is excellent with a thermostat settable to 72 reinforced with ceiling fans. Beware, many condos at Waikoloa have thermostats that keep the unit too warm and some turn off when you leave and are in the mid 80’s or more upon your return. The beds are quite comfortable and we almost never heard the neighbors. The pool is far enough away so the sound of kids yelling and splashing is muted but close enough to walk over in a minute. Lots and lots of beach towels as well as a well-stocked garage of snorkeling and other beach stuff. Five or six bicycles as well. We loved the outside barbeque. It’s advertised as electric but it’s gas. I believe The Big Island is the only island that allows patio stoves and they add a lot of fun. Lastly, you will be a few feet from black lava environment it is so well landscaped one never notices. BAD: This is NOT a luxury unit.The unit, while well cleaned well upon our arrival, overall, after about 25 years of service is weathered and never been updated. We needed to call maintenance several times. The smoke kept going off in the evening was a bit annoying. However, the company was quite good fixing issues in short order. The kitchen is poorly stocked with plates and silverware. We needed to run the dishwasher all the time. The cutting knives were very dull even having trouble cutting through the skin of a tomato. I strongly advise visitors to pack a couple knives as this is a common problem. Otherwise the kitchen is quite good. However, the living space furniture and window treatments are rough and in need of replacement. UGLY: You will enjoy your condo much better if you find one with windows on three sides. They feel more spacious and not so dark. Not much of an ugly but actually based upon many years of experience this place was ok. Lastly, the BI is the most fun, diverse, and honest of all islands in Hawaii. I hope I have been fair.

Sunrise in Hawaii

Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and drinking coffee! The condo was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed. Great location to walk to many amenities and a good starting point to explore the island. The bikes were nice to have and used often. Overall, lovely stay. I’d definitely agree with a previous review regarding needing new blinds that keep the sun out, noise overhead from upstairs is quite annoying and it is way too hot to sleep comfortably at night…not able to adjust thermostat:(

Lovely Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our condo. It was quiet and close to walkable services. Only note is that is is a little more remote from activities in Kona and Hilo, so things close earlier and there are fewer restaurant options. But, it is much less crowded and close to other places like Hapuna Beach, which we loved!
