Broken promises and Hot Tub

Overall we had fun and enjoyed the property but the Hot tub was cold and the house is a 80s Vibe, it literally hasnt been updated since the 80s.... we were extremely disappointed about the Hot Tub and Pool. Renter be aware....

Excellent place to stay in FLL

We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and it’s a pleasant neighborhood! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Great house

Came with a group of 13 for a long weekend. The house fit us all comfortably. The pool and common spaces were great for games and hanging out. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was responsive throughout. Would stay here again when in Fort Lauderdale.

Great stay, great home layout

This home has the perfect layout for our large group; plenty of bedrooms, large dining/living area, large entertainment sunroom area, and tons of patio space and seating outside. The only bummer was that the heater for the pool and hot tub was not working, but the owner even came out and tried to fix it the next day after i informed him that it wasn't working.

Spring Break 23

House was perfect for our group of 11. House is located in very upscale neighborhood with plenty of space inside as well as outside around the pool. Ping pong / Pool Table was a huge hit. You could walk to beach but it is 1.25 miles away. Fort Lauderdale beach is about 5.5 to 6 miles. Goran responded quickly to questions and was easy to work with.

College Friends get away

Comfortable beds - ample enough for 8 adults to sleep & have privacy. 2 Jack & Jill bathrooms upstairs were great with the 4 bedrooms upstairs. King size master & bath on first floor as described. Host was responsive and prompt with questions & Requests. Appreciated that. Decor kind of dated and funky. “Sunken” family room /TB space. Just need to be prepared if you have older people or little ones in your group. Was not an issue for us. Living room for gathering was great - comfortable & spacious. Pool area super nice.

It was disapponting

When we arrived we could not access the property as VRBO had sent us the Key in an email.we assumed to be correct, however owner also sent different keys in email.After several phone calls we got in. Clearly VRBO and owner are not communicating. Before leaving we were told to put linens in hampers in bedrooms, there are no hampers. The pool heater and disposer did not work when we arrived. Several days later, it was Xmas, repairs were made. Communication with the liaison was great and very responsive, even came over Xmas day to try to fix it. But we had young children and pool was too cold to swim. That being said, house needs some care. No toilet paper holder in master bath, one towel per person and only one face towel. My towel was from Marriott , this is not classy. There are no amenities, like extra towels, hairdryer, had to request some dishwasher pods. There are beach towels and chairs which is really great. Screens are off across the back, rug on stairs is filthy. House needs a refresh. It has a great layout and works great for a group.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Goran’s home was a terrific space for my family. It’s more spacious than I’d expected which made it easy for me to work and for three children to virtually attend school without distraction. The location is central and close to all of the amenities we needed. It’s only a 20 minute walk into Lauderdale by the Sea. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the washing machine and dryer are practically new. We spent most of our time in and around the incredible pool area. The pool is clean, has a perfect shallow area for toddlers, lights up in different colors at night (a big hit with my kids) and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Goran is a thoughtful and responsive host and we wouldn’t think twice about staying again.

Weekend Away

This residence is a great stay with plenty of space! I stayed here with 9 others and we all had an amazing time. The location is also great, with restuarants and bars seconds away. Would definitely recommend to stay here for a family vacation or if you have quite a few members in your party.
