Nice but the management is awful
The management is extremely strict and rude. We couldn't even bring friends over during the day because they didn't have a wristband. I have never heard of a place making it where you can't bring your friends over. The place and spot is nice, but awful, rude management.

The door does not open to the balcony from the master suite. The shower leaked the entire time in the guest bathroom. There were roaches. The location on first floor was nice because the elevators are bad at this property. The couch was very uncomfortable, and the pantry had little to no storage. The beds did not have fitted sheets.

Great place to stay
The condo was very nice. Great location - corner unit on first floor. Rooms were great. Everything was clean. Only issue was one of the toilets overflowed. Call and reported it. No one ever came to fix it. We finally got it to work ourselves. Other than that, it was a wonderful trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Family NYE trip
My family and I stayed over NYE and the unit itself was great! We did have a issue with roaches our first day, but after using the spray that was left there we had no more issues. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The view was amazing!! The parking spot in the garage wasn’t the best as there was a oversized truck in the spot next to us. Made it hard to park in the spot assigned to this unit. We ended having to park in a yellow visitor spot. Overall we had a great trip and would stay again!

The location was absolutely beautiful! Close to the pool and right on the beach. However, we were booked to stay for 4 weeks and left after 2 weeks. Two of the Five people in our group tested positive for covid and had to quarantine in our bedroom for five days. During that quarantine we discovered black mold on the inside of the bedroom window. The floors were not clean. Your feet or socks were black after walking across the floor. One of the tvs did not work and the toaster burnt one side of your toast and the other side was not toasted at all The parking situation at the resort was horrible! We did not report the situation until we left because we did not want expose anyone to covid.

Shores of Panama 103 is terrible
We arrived to SOP unit 103 and were greeted with a horrendous smell. After calling customer service, inspectors were sent out and discovered the HVAC unit was covered in mold. The couches were disgustingly dirty. The cushions had been turned so the zippers were out to hide the stains. We were moved to another room, but that room was smaller and had a broken dryer. This room also had much older appliances and not as many beds. We were then allowed to use different empty rooms to do our laundry each day. We did not plan on having to use a laundry mat everyday. Overall…great location….terrible rooms.

Amazing views
This condo had the greatest location for us. Parking was very close by, and the entrance for the pool and beach access was right there as you walk out of the condo. There was a great little coffee shop on site that serves donuts and even ice cream. As well as a snack shack and tiki bar next to the pool. Pineapple Willy’s is right next door and a Super Walmart right across the street, so everything the would need is close by.

Best location in Shores of Panama!
Fabulous stay, absolutely the best location in the resort. Spacious room. We stayed late in the summer, so you could tell the room was heavily booked throughout the season, and might need a little sprucing up innthe off season. Overall great time. Very glad we booked this room!

This didn't work for us, we rented a unit with reserved parking because of our 3 children, 2 of which have special needs. Our unit wasn't available due to damage and parking for the other unit was across a busy street in front of the condo. It was so bad we left early, the day before we were supposed to.

Great experience!
My family and I really enjoyed our experience in this condo. It was a great location! It was clean and the layout of the unit worked for us. My husband and I had our kids and grandkids (2 & 3 years old) with us. It was very convenient to be so close to the pool and the beach. The beach views from the unit were lovely. Because we were on the ground floor, we never had to worry about waiting for an elevator. For people with mobility issues, there are no steps but there is a bit of a walk from the garage to the unit. But, the views and location in the condo makes it worth it. Additionally, the onsite restaurant and bar closes earlier than I would expect. The check-in process was confusing and the parking garage has very small spaces. We were able to navigate those issues and enjoyed our vacation. Overall, we had a great vacation here and it worked great for us.

Renter BEWARE!! Housekeeping FAIL, filthy furniture, shower that constantly runs and COCKROACHES!!!!
This rental was a disaster from Day 1. Check in time is 4, we arrived shortly after. Parking garage is a mess with traffic. Oversized vehicle? Good luck finding a spot. We stood in line for over 30 minutes to get our parking passes and wristbands. Once we finally arrived at our condo, it wasn't even cleaned!! Looked like someone had been in to strip the beds, but that was it. Dirty laundry, garbage, dirt piles EVERYWHERE!! Called customer service, they said they would check into it. A different housekeeping crew eventually arrived, but it was approx. 8:30pm by the time cleaning was completed...a whole 4.5 hours after check in! Furniture is filthy and don't expect to be comfortable on the bunk beds...3-4 inch "mattresses" and the kids could feel the wood poking through to their backs. As bad as this sounds, it only get worse. The second night at bedtime the cockroaches came out! We immediately called/texted customer service with no reply, went to the front desk who couldn't help us and sent us talk to security all with no help other than security telling us they were probably Palmetto bugs. A quick Google search tells you what a Palmetto bug is...IT'S A COCKROACH!!! On our second attempt to talk to security he did contact the owner, who said to call customer service! What a joke!!! We went back to the room and packed our clothes and stayed in a hotel for the night, HOPING they would make it right the next day. We finally heard back from customer service at 9 am the next morning. She said pest control would be down to spray, I informed her we didn't stay in the condo the previous night and we still had food in the fridge, etc. and that we wanted to meet with a manager. Manager was in Monday morning meetings and finally called us around 11am. She reiterated, they are Palmetto bugs...COCKROACHES!! We told her under no terms would we be staying in that condo for the rest of the week. We don't live with cockroaches at home, we surely weren't paying money to live with them on vacation. Anything short of a refund would be unacceptable. She needed to talk to the owner to see how he wanted to handle the situation. An hour later she called back and said we could go back and gather what we had left in the condo, and that she would check us out, the only way we would get a refund is if the condo was re-rented for the days we had remaining. Everyday bugs are one thing, cockroaches are a sign of unsanitary conditions. There's more, but space limit...

Great Location
Wonderful location for a family! We could watch our teens on the beach or splash in the pool with the youngsters. The location is by far the best attribute of this condo. The bed linens and towels were crisp and clean, as well as the kitchen. The upholstered furniture in the living area is badly stained and cobwebs in the corners were a detractor to the lovely views outside. We wouldn't recommend sleeping on the sofa since it's very uncomfortable! The window sills and air vents are were very dirty - important if a guest is concerned about sanitation. Our teens and younger children didn't notice anything out of order, and our overall stay was enjoyable.

No WiFi for 1 week
Hello, we are heading home from our stay.. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing stay with very poor responsiveness from Vacation Life Properties. My family of 5 planned to utilize the WiFi during our stay as advertised. Unfortunately, our WiFi password was not accurate. We called, texted, emailed Vacation Life Properties promptly and frequently with no resolution. My teen children were unable to participate in remote schooling as we planned. We were unable to watch family movies, listen to music, etc. No accountability from owner, property manager, maintenance . We were being redirected and getting no help!

My family and I stayed in this condo for my sons baseball trip. When we booked the listing said sleep ten. It does in fact SLEEP ten but does not have the room to accommodate 10. There is only two closets, 6 stools ( no table, you use the counter top). So I would say it would be ideal for 6 people. When we checked in we did a walk through to make sure it was clean. We found left over food from a restaurant in the fridge (shrimp that made the whole fridge smell), the amount of dust built up in the dressers, empty water/pop bottles under the bed. Definitely wasn't cleaned how it should be. Next, you have to pay a $60.00 resort fee for staying. Fine, but everything on the "resort" was closed. Store, cafe, bar, everything that made it a resort was closed. Not sure if it is closed in the off seasons or because of Covid, either way we should of not been charged that fee. Lastly, I reached out to owner with the problems I came across on day one and here I am 10 days later and no reply. Some positives I will give is the view is amazing and the location is perfect.

Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from Late May - Early August . We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.
