Great location

Best location in Naples. 1 block from beach. Clean studio condo. Susie (owner) was quick to respond to questions and went out of her way to assist us. Definitely will book this condo again when we return to Naples.

Delightful!

Has all the amenities you need - kitchen, pool access less than five steps away, restaurants and beaches near seconds away. Quiet and peaceful enough area. Very kind and communicative hosts! Would be more than happy to return.

Perfect get away

Very nice studio condo for being close to a great area in Naples. Love the location and this condo was very comfortable and the owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a couple. I loved the pool as well and it’s right outside the door. Just wish the weather would have been better. Will have to come again.

Great unit - fabulous location

I have stayed at the Mariner Hotel for many years the location is fabulous across the street from Naples pier and directly behind third Avenue The unit 127 was an oversized studio with a king size bed and full size futon couch ( the mattress was full size and not a “futon” matress). The room was immaculately clean the accessories and the essentials that were left for my use your very thoughtful and well planned for a traveller I was able to contact owner in minutes via email!! Would stay again😎😎👍☀️☀️

Perfect location! Clean, comfortable studio.

My wife and I stayed four nights in Old Naples. This studio unit was clean, comfortable with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The location is perfect. Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Third Street shopping and dining is two blocks to the east. My wife and I walked to 5th Avenue on two nights (nice 15-20 minute walk). The unit has two beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach bag. Also has full size refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The unit is a studio so space is a little tight in the kitchen and bathroom, but much nicer than a hotel room. The pool on property is very nice and clean. Really enjoyed the keypad entry. No need to carry a key. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Excellent stay

This was perfect for what we needed, a place close to the beach (one block, easy walk) and close to restaurants and shops (one block), comfortable bed and attentive hosts. Kimberly and Susie communicated thoroughly before and during our stay. We had a very minor issue that could have been left to address until after were gone but they showed up in a short time. Wine and chocolates for us upon arrival made us feel very welcome! Did I mention it was very clean? It was. Highly recommended.

A beach house paradise

We have wanted to experience historic Old Naples for some time. Near the beach

This is my second time staying at this property. The location is perfect, one block off the beach and shops and restaurants are walking distance. Owners we’re quick to respond to my needs or questions. The property is clean, the bed very comfortable!! I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent rental!

This was our first visit to Naples and We loved staying here! The property was 1 block from the beach, the bed was extremely comfortable, AC unit kept our place nice and cool on the very humid/hot days and a very short walk (or car ride) to restaurants and shops. Kimberly and Susie were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions- great hosts! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naples Mariner! Closeness to beach, 3rd st. and 5th Ave can't be beat! Unit was clean and was what we wanted. It could have used some more hand towels and wash cloths. The TV was not centered on the wall, so it made it difficult to watch. But those things were minor. We are coming back next year!!

Cute, clean and great location

Loved our three day stay at this perfectly located studio condo in Old Naples. The owners have really done a lovely job making this space a true home away from home with a super comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen and bright linens. We enjoyed the quiet at night and the warm pool for morning laps right outside the door. We walked to the beach/pier and 3rd Street South every day and even came across the awesome farmers market on Saturday morning. Would definitely stay with Kimberly and Susie again in the future.

Perfect retreat

I loved everything about this adorable studio! Tastefully updated in all the right ways, luxurious king bed, kitchenette, soothing beachy decor. It is 1 block from the ocean and 1 block from restaurants, shops. So much better than a hotel or resort !

Just Perfect!

Place was clean, bright, and so adorable! Location is amazing, the ocean and city are at your doorstep. Hosts were wonderful, always quick to reply and had lots of local recommendations for food and sights. We didn’t use the pool, but it was sparkling and clean. We loved everything about it!! Spring Break

We loved our stay there. Just a few suggestions: 1. Need a toaster 2. Leave instructions for the TV 3. Need to delete users that have signed on to the WIFI. Only 20 users are allowed. Thanks for your hospitality! We will be back, possibly Labor Day weekend. What are the rates for that weeknd?

Hi there! We are Kimberly & Sue, happy Naples FL residents!
When the opportunity to own a little piece of paradise right next to the beach came up, we were so excited! We spent several weeks redoing the 1966 condo, until we both felt it was time to share our hard work with you.
Kimberly, a Naples business owner, was originally from Massachusetts. She traded in her snow boots for flip flops 18 years ago. And never looked back. She enjoys real estate, yoga, and meeting new friends.
Sue, a Chicago native, also came to Naples 18 years ago and fell in love at first sight.
She loves the beach, working out, and making people smile.
She has a great husband, wonderful daughter, and a hilarious boxer dog. She loves spending time with them all.
