Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and the beach was about 2 to 3 blocks of a walk. Trolly stop was nearby and made for a fun, free, trip around HH and access to other beaches and parks. Everything in the condo met our expectation. Be sure to bring your cooking supplies (oil, coffee & filters, mayo etc).

It could be walkable distance to a great brewery called The Bank. Our teens could walk to Coligny plaza. We had a great experience with the property manager and easy parking. Very close to the pool. The master bed was very creaky which made sleep challenging. Overall good experience.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly, we were disappointed with our stay. The garbage disposal didn't work and smelled the whole week. The TV in the guest room didn't work and even after calling wasn't fixed. We were told to watch tv in the living room. The plug in by the dining room table sparked when I tried to plug my laptop in. The bathrooms also clearly needed updated as there was rust and grime around the drains. The back sliding glass door was almost impossible to open, especially for my Mom who has bad arthritis. We will not be staying in this unit again. I also found a huge hair ball under the comforter the first night, I did take a picture of it. It had obviously not been cleaned well before we arrived.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had several things that need to be repaired and or replaced. The toilet leaked onto the floor. I called maintenance, they came right out but for some reason it was never repaired during the last few days we were there. Both beds in the 2nd bedroom squeak so loud that the person in the other bed wakes up, eventually returning the favor to you. The fan in the master bathroom doesn’t work. No working tv in the 2nd bedroom. Maintenance installed a Firestick but it quit working after 20 minutes. The place just needs a good going over along with some TLC.This was our 7th stay at Courtside and I would definitely not recommend this condo.

Don't look behind the bed!

This was our first time at Courtside and we will definitely be back. Very nice accommodations. The property is well appointed and spacious. Highly recommended.
