Etage bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, den Lake Padre und einen privaten Fischteich, den Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können. Diese schicke Küstenwohnung für bis zu vier Personen nach einem langen Tag am Strand, günstig gelegen, nur einen Block vom Whitecap Beach entfernt. Machen Sie neue Erinnerungen mit Freunden und Familie auf Ihrem privaten Balkon, blicken Sie über die Dünen zum Meer und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang. Entspannen Sie sich bei geöffneter Tür, lauschen Sie den Wellen und spüren Sie die Meeresbrise auf Ihrem Gesicht. Dieses Strandhaus in der Ferne verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, privates WLAN und einen reservierten Parkplatz.

KOMPLEX / GEMEINSCHAFT
Der Beach Club-Komplex bietet eine beeindruckende Liste an Annehmlichkeiten, darunter ein 800 Quadratmeter großes Fitnesscenter, eine Trockensauna, Picknickbereiche und Grillmöglichkeiten. Der kristallklare Pool ist zu jeder Jahreszeit großartig, da er beheizt ist. Der private Teich des Beach Clubs ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um mit den Kleinen ein paar Fische zu fangen. Der Komplex verfügt über ein eigenes WLAN im Businesscenter, im Pavillon und im Poolbereich. Es gibt günstig gelegene Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe und der brandneue Wasserpark Schlitterbahn ist eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Beach Club condo
The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to attend a wedding in Corpus Christi. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves throughout the day. The assigned parking spot was close to the building entrance for easy loading/unloading. Check in/out was easy as well. Only wish we could have stayed longer. My only disappointment was the low water pressure in the shower.

This unit is on the 3rd floor with amazing views. My condo was very clean. The ease of renting with Padre Escapes was great. The unit has a washer and dryer which I absolutely love so when I get home all I have to do is unpack my laundry was already done. The condos location is ultimately the best; walking distance to the beach, restaurants and convenient store. This was the first time using the hot tub and it was fantastic since the weather was a little cooler. This is my only destination when coming to Corpus Christi/ Padre Island.

It was quiet inside the condo. Never heard neighbors. Everything in the condo worked well. The AC kept us cool. Their was nothing I was unhappy about at all. The description of the property is just as it says. I would definitely stay there again.

Meeting Desired Expectations
We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, instructions left throughout the entire process. It was precisely what pictures, location and description stated. The beach was very close and accessible and the condo very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended another day. Only glitch was the door access code after that extension left me locked out, but rental team had me back in the unit quickly. Things travelers should know: 3rd floor steps will be physically demanding for some; mattress of master bedroom is very noisy; patio door very hard to open/close Huge Plus: very close to beach; very clean with provided linens and supplies to clean; very nice AC!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is beautifully decorated, it has a lovely balcony where you can see the ocean at a distance. The beach is walkable distance and several National Parks (and wonderful beaches) are within short driving distance (as well as nice restaurants and a great coffee shop). There is not real grocery store in North padre -only CVS and Stripes stores, I would recommend to either bring groceries and cleaning supplies (dishwasher and laundry detergent, trashcan bags etc.) with you or buy them in Corpus C (they will provide you with some supplies for the first days). The Management company was prompt at replying a question I had.

It was such a nice place to stay nothing bad about it but the fact that we booked it on the 3rd floor. Taking everything up and bringing everything down was the only bad thing and that was on us but the condo was in a great spot easy to get to pool access and we were even able to fish in the pond in the property. We will definitely be using this place again.

The only negative was the mattress itself was so noisy we found it hard to sleep. If one of us turned over or got up to use the bathroom, the other woke up! We loved the view! We also liked that we couldn't hear our neighbors inside the unit! There are a LOT of stairs and they're not for the weak! Carrying luggage and groceries up wasn't the easiest but it was doable. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo. Stayed for 2 months while working. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Bed in pull out couch was pretty comfortable for a couch bed. Air conditioning worked great, if a bit loud. Loved the balcony, nice breezes through the palm trees and blackbirds chirping while I worked all day. Wifi was good and fast. Full set of cable TV was nice too. Heated pool and hot tub were great and exercise room was quite nice too. Padres Escapes were really good, we needed to have a bunch of packages delivered and since we technically didn't have access to the mailbox we had them sent to Padres Escapes and they were always friendly and willing to accept. My only complaint is frankly, I didn't like Padre Island! I disliked the free for all driving on the beach and it was crazy on weekends on the beach. There's basically nowhere to go if you just want to walk out without your vehicle (the one area was usually under water). It's also crazy windy on the island.8th windiest place in the country apparently. These 2 things kinda ruined it for me. But I might be alone on this, everyone seems to love it here.I was pretty worried the condo would be loud but I was pleasantly surprised. During the week it was very quiet and on weekends when people came streaming in it was still pretty quiet. Never had any major noise issues.

Since it is literally just steps away from Whitecap Beach the location couldn't be better. The amenities of the resort were good, though the hot tub was popular, which made getting in a challenge. This particular condo was in good condition and comfortable, after climbing the 34 steps. It was a challenge to move in, but the 3rd floor view was worth it The kitchen was equipped better than I expected. It even had several decent nonstick skillets. It could use a few smaller dinner bowls. There were many varied types of glasses and coffee cups. It would have been nice to have more than 1 hand towel in the bathroom and possibly an extra set of bath towels. The bathroom was well lit, but too bright in the middle of the night. We purchased a cheap night light to solve that problem. The parking spot with this condo was close to the door, which was nice. Padre Escapes management was very helpful during our stay, though we really didn't have any issues during our stay. If God allows us to return to Padre Island we will definitely consider staying here again.

Great little get-away
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice little New Year’s get-away for my Boyfriend and I. Cute little condo with everything you need to feel at home.
