Neu bei Myer Properties - Family Tides ist ein schönes 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer mit Bonus-Loft und 1 Autogarage direkt am Strand von Sugar Dunes in Seagrove Beach.

Sie werden diese wunderschöne, in der obersten Etage gelegene Ferienwohnung "Family Tides" im beliebten Sugar Dunes-Komplex lieben! Beim Betreten der Tür werden Sie zuerst von einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Flachbild-TV, Verdunkelungsvorhängen und einem eigenen Bad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination begrüßt. Das nächste Schlafzimmer, das Sie sehen, ist ein Gästezimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten, Flachbildfernseher und Verdunkelungsvorhängen. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat einen privaten Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsbad mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist nebenan mit einem Queensize-Bett, Blick auf den Strand, einem Flachbildfernseher, einem geräumigen Hauptbadezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, einem Schminktisch, einer Soaker-Badewanne und einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Im Flur befindet sich auch ein Wäscheschrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Am Ende des Flurs betreten Sie die offenen Wohnbereiche der Küche, der Höhle und der Essbereiche und Sie werden die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Strand von den deckenhohen Fenstern nicht verpassen! Der Wohnbereich ist komfortabel und geräumig mit einem Sofagarnitur und einem Flachbild-TV mit TIVO. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine und mehr. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 mit zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen an der Küchenarbeitsplatte. Gleich hinter der Treppe befindet sich das Bonus-Loft mit Schlafsofa und Flachbildfernseher.

Sie können den frühen Morgen Delphine, Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus genießen. Der Balkon ist groß und verfügt über einen Abstellraum, einen Tisch, Sitzgelegenheiten und Treppen, die direkt zum Sand führen und auf den schönen zuckerweißen Sand und das smaragdfarbene Wasser des Seagrove Beach blicken.

Sugar Dunes ist ein familienfreundlicher und ruhiger Komplex, etwa 1,5 km vom Highway 30A entfernt. Sie können Fahrräder mieten und den Timpoochee-Trail genießen oder die vielen Radwege in Seagrove und anderen umliegenden Gebieten erkunden. In zentraler Lage zwischen Seaside und The Hub gibt es eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurants, die nur wenige Kilometer entfernt sind.

Our stay was awesome. The view was perfect and easily to see the boys playing on the beach with their friends. It was easy to get to and the beach chair accommodations was great. Family enjoy it and look forward to our next visit!

Perfect Family Vacation At Family Tides

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay directly ON the beach! They had so many little things that made the stay so fun & safe for our toddler too! 4 Generations all together on vacation was an absolute dream! Can't wait to do it it again!

Perfect location!

We’ve stayed in countless places up and down 30A and, more broadly, the Florida panhandle and Alabama coast, and the location of this mid-rise condo is par none. It’s right on the beach, and the staircase down to the short boardwalk is accessible immediately out a door from the balcony. Well stocked and perfectly clean inside.

Location, location, location

If you are looking for a place right on the beach in the quiet end of Seagrove, look no further! We have been coming to this area of Seagrove for years but just discovered Sugar Dunes last year. This top floor unit is clean and comfortable with nobody stomping overhead at the wee hours of morning or night!

Great Family Vacation

We truly loved this property ... We were literally just steps from the beach and Ocean .. the view is spectacular. Each day we had 2 chairs and umbrella waiting for us. We watched dolphins swimming from the balcony. We also cooked seafood each night & truly enjoyed the family time. Well stocked kitchen & close proximity to anything we needed. Will defiantly return. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Perfect location

The condo is located in a very quiet location right on the beach. Gated complex with an elevator. Amazing views from the wall of windows in the living room. Balcony is nice with direct access to the private beach. Daily chair service was great! The three stars are for the lack of cleanliness in the unit. We found hairs in all of the beds and on the floor, mold in the showers, and dirty dishes. More than one trash bag and one roll of paper towels would have been nice. Balcony rails on the entire building are not terribly sturdy. They are not plastic, not wood. Not sure how long the balcony and stairs will remain intact. Flooring is weak and posts are pulling away from the building.

The proximity to the beach was incredible with a private beach access from the balcony, and the condo was stocked with just about everything you need in the kitchen, had tons of bath towels, extra pillows, blankets etc. It could use a little updating and maybe new grout to feel “fresh”, it was cleaned but definitely felt musty. We had an amazing trip and loved the privacy, the beach was not as crowded as it is closer to seagrove and seaside. Those beaches and amenities are still very close though! We had 4 adults, 2 pre teens and 2 teens and it worked out perfectly!

Outstanding Location

Our stay didn't start well since the unit hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. We called and they sent someone over to clean so a couple hours later everything was good. I can't imagine a better location, directly on a private section of beautiful beach. The unit is spacious but a little tired. The electric cooktop had a broken knob making the main cooking element unusable. I notified the management company early in our stay about that and some other items and though they promised someone would be out that day they hadn't come when we left 4 days later. Despite our issues I would consider staying here again strictly because of the beautiful beachfront.

You're paying for the location

The Sugar Dunes is on a beautiful stretch of the beach and the units are connected to the beach by a very short boardwalk, which makes getting to the water really easy. There were a lot of units in the complex getting updates so I am sure those will be premier spots to stay. This unit is very outdated, cluttered, and not super clean. It needs more than a fresh coat of paint. Metal parts like hinges, bath rails, etc were rusty and the toilet seats were so worn the color was rubbed off. The furniture, especially the couch, is so old it isn't comfortable. It could be such a great unit if given a little love. But the location can't be beat!

We have traveled to Seagrove during the October months for 3 decades and have never been bothered by a property maintenance and security person. He was in our apt twice during the week with babies and never once offered to wear a mask in anyone's presence. Just made himself at home in our space. Secondly, our son came into town for two nights and we received a very rude call about being towed. I was very polite during the entire exchange, he continued to be extremely rude. I even told him I'm not being confrontational, but just needed advice where to park our car. He recommended a sand lot where my son's car got stuck. We had to call a tow truck anyway to move the car. I would have preferred some grace and mercy here since there were plenty of parking spots in our lot. Fortunately, our neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Hancock offered us one of there spaces because there were so many spaces. I'm saddened that the ownership was much more accommodating than the hired help, who blamed his attitude on being a marine. that honestly gives marines a bad name since I've never met a rud marine. needless to say, he should not treat people as he does and made our week a downer.

Fantastic location, property needs improvement

First of all let me say the location of sugar dunes can’t be beat. Private beach in Seagrove. Walk right down to the water. However—pictures can’t show what poor condition this property is in and in need of a total overhaul. When we arrived, there was a terrible musty smell and we were coughing and sneezing (now we know because of fake plants literally everywhere). The refrigerator was 58 degrees, and the A/C wasn’t working properly at all. We had no WiFi. The property manager Ann was great to try to help us get these things resolved, although we believe for the amount we paid per week they should have already been taken care of before arrival. The owner of the management company called us to “resolve” things and told my husband the air was working fine. (I sweated all night long...) Turns out the AC was indeed broken and in need of repair which they did. They also finally got someone to fix the WiFi but on day 5 of our trip. Now back to the actual property itself—paper thin “carpet” with black stains everywhere; dust literally everywhere (they did send their fantastic cleaning crew back out but again—should have been rental ready); curtain rods bowing and about to fall out of walls; worn cushions on all seating that made it uncomfortable; huge bulky very outdated furniture; pocket door that was broken; vents dripping in master bathroom; cheap fixtures, furniture, everything. And so much stuff everywhere literally nowhere to put your own things. After reading the reviews of this place, it looks like we are the only ones that have posted something negative. However it was very real for our family. We won’t be returning to this property especially at that price unless drastic changes are made.

Right on the beach

The unit is nicely decorated and outfitted with seating and dining space for a large family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and the laundry a nice feature. The top floor provided great view of the ocean/beach and it was quiet. The elevator made getting our things up there easy. We had a great week.

Excellent beach front

It feels like sitting on the starboard deck of a cruise ship out on the deck! No better beach access than this. If I were to change anything it would be to have all hard surface flooring. Carpet does not hold up in this environment. I would also declutter the living space that has lots of dust collecting decor. Overall, a solid A!

July 4th beach week at Sugardunes #19

A good beach trip hinges on two key factors: accomadations and weather. For our weeklong trip to Seagrove Beach and stay at Sugardunes codos both were perfect. The condo is on a ideal spot of private beach and right off of 30A. You pay a little more to be right on the water but its worth it! Our family group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids 5-13 yrs old) slept very comforably in the unit at the end of our long days on the beach and loved the back deck overlooking the water listening to the waves roll in each night. The place was just as advertised and we would happily go back. While nothing is perfect, we had a glitchy washer and noisy fridge fan, managment responded quickly to our concerns when expressed and is making it right. Myer is a good company with good folks working there. I would rent from them again and do plan to next year! Highly reccommend this place for your next beach stay.

Right on beach, nice size top floor balcony directly overlooking the beach.

Very nice, exactly as posted. No luggage carts on property so plan on carrying your baggage to the elevator. No pool, but beach was beautiful and one umbrella and with two chairs seamlessly included, set up, identified and available each day.
