Unsere Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und gestrichen, um Ihnen einen ruhigen, ruhigen Aufenthalt bei Seawind Condominiums zu ermöglichen. Dieses Gerät hat alles, um Ihren Aufenthalt in Gulf Shores so fantastisch zu gestalten. Von dem Moment an, an dem Sie unsere östliche Eckwohnung betreten, werden Sie begeistert sein.

Ihre Sicht ist der Golf von Mexiko aus allen Fenstern, und der Bonus und die dynamische Sicht ist die der Gulf State Park Lakes - Lake Shelby und der Feuchtgebiete im State Park. Es ist einfach atemberaubend. Wenn Sie die Aussicht und das helle Licht sehen, das Ihnen eine Eckwohnung bietet, werden Sie nie wieder andere Arten von Eigentumswohnungen mieten. Unsere Ansichten sind auch ungehindert - was bei einer Eckwohnung nicht immer der Fall ist. Unsere fühlen Sie sich wie Sie über alles schweben!

Unser Set ist wie folgt: König im Master (mit kundenspezifischer Bettwäsche und neuer Matratzenauflage); König in BR 2; Voll über Vollbetten in BR 3. (150 lb Gewichtsgrenze für oberste Koje) Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa. Unsere Wohnung für 8 Personen. Wir haben Fernseher in allen Zimmern und einen schönen Flachbildschirm im Wohnzimmer.

Unsere Küche ist für einen tollen Koch geeignet! Gefiltertes Wasser. Dicker Granit Geräte aus Edelstahl. Gute Töpfe und Pfannen und viele tolle Dinge machen die Küche großartig, wenn Sie kochen möchten oder einfach nur den Golf betrachten und einen Cocktail trinken möchten.

Zur Ausstattung gehören: Beheiztes Hallen- / Freibad * Zero Entry Kiddie-Pool mit lustigen Wasserspielen * Whirlpool * Fitnesscenter mit Aussicht * Aufenthaltsraum.

Es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen auf der anderen Straßenseite und eines der wenigen Restaurants am Wasser befindet sich vor Ihrer Tür. Viele andere Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, 0,5 km vom Hang Out.

Great stay, great location. We have stayed at Seawinds 2x before this stay & hestitated to stay again due to the elevators poor working conditions. Granted, Gulf Shores got the snow of a century which knocked out the elevators. We were stuck in our condo (19th) floor for a day & a half. Finaly walked down on the 3rd day. Hostess were very gracious & understanding.

Great location and condo very clean. We had a few issues while staying (air went out), but Dana responded very quickly and had someone there the day after thanksgiving to get it working again! Would stay here again and also anywhere else she manages!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

This condo was just as advertised! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Breathtaking views of the ocean with very comfortable patio furniture! We went off season so it wasn’t over crowded and we didn’t have to wait a long time for the elevator even though we stayed on the 19th floor. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was very well kept and clean. Easily walkable to lots of restaurants. Our only issue was the amount of toilet paper and trash bags they provided. It was not enough for a group of 7 people.

Great condo and location but pool was a little deceiving.

Overall, the condo and stay was great. For a 20 floor condo unit, the two elevators inside of a tiny room was a bit underwhelming and inconvenient. The condo itself was very clean. It’s a little more narrow than it looks in the photos but it was a great space for our crew of 7. The master was very spacious. The views were great. I love that we could just walk out to the beach but I didn’t clearly read the description because I thought the “kiddie” pool was a full size and it was not. Again, for as large as the condo unit was, the tiny indoor/ outdoor pool was VERY disappointing to say the least. But overall- it was a great spot otherwise.

Perfect family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Seawind Condominiums. They view was absolutely breathtaking! I was impressed by the cleanliness, there were TONS of extra blankets & pillows - I cannot have enough pillows when i sleep, lol! Dana was fabulous & was prompt at answering any questions we had. If i had to complain about anything it would be the elevators (which is completely understandable during this time of year) Also, there was one night when the entire parking garage was filled to the rim and no parking so we had to park across the street by Island Market - not a huge deal. Overall, it was a wonderful stay & none of us wanted to leave. :)

Perfect family get away

We arrived to a beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. The owner goes above and beyond to make her guest comfortable. The only down was the parking garage….very TIGHT parking, especially for larger vehicles. There is however open parking that can accommodate. I will recommend this condo to family and friends and will use again myself when we go back to the gulf!

Beautiful views

The property has excellent views of the gulf. High up on 19th floor, property could use better housekeeping. All closets are locked except one. Cannot use for belongings. Property grounds do not keep fountains at pools running. Unit is a smaller condominium and built narrow. Ire’s are spectacular but I probably won’t stay at this particular one again.

Brockman"s Stay

The only thing about our stay that we didn't like was the pool and hottub. Never got to use the hottub because it was filled with little kids everyday and night, same with pool. We love the beach anyway and great access to beach. It was a beautiful condo and we would like to come back. It had everything we needed in it. Beautifully decorated and loved the deck and furniture with an exceptional view of ocean and bay. Loved that the host checked in with us to make sure we had no problems with access or needed anything.

Great stay!

Everything about this place was great! It’s nicely furnished, well-stocked with all comforts of home. Dana was quick to respond to questions. The location was close, even walking distance to several restaurants. After reading other reviews we were concerned about the elevator and parking. We went off-season, so didn’t have long waits for the elevator. However, the elevators are a little sketchy and we might have taken the stairs if we weren’t on the 19th floor! There’s a parking garage, which is nice unless you have an SUV. Again, off-season, so plenty of places to park, but, tight.

Nice condo but poor experience at property

My family and I stayed at the property over spring break. The complex itself is located in a very busy area of Gulf Shores (which we were aware of). Overall, the actual condo itself was nice. Well appointed and clean. However, the actual Sea Winds condo complex left much to be desired. The biggest issues for us were the noise and how inefficient the elevators were. This unit is on the 19th floor and it took (in some cases) close to 10 minutes to go down to the ground level. They only have two elevators and they are slow. This is incredibly irritating when you have small kids who want to get to the beach! Going back and forth from the beach to use the bathroom, get snacks/drinks, etc. was also a huge pain. The noise level was also high. We expected there to be noise into the night. Especially since we stayed over spring break. However, the noise from the beach until 2am (and sometimes later) really surprised us. Finally, the fire alarm went off one morning around 5:45am. It only rang for a few seconds but obviously startled us. Being on the 19th floor, we wanted to make sure everything was ok. Well, there is no one on-site that we could speak with. I called the property owner and she advised me to “call 911”. That’s what I ended up doing. Thankfully, this was just a false alarm. I understand someone probably pulled the alarm as a prank. Overall, the condo was nice. With that said, I probably wouldn’t stay again with kids.

Nice clean well appointed condo with a great view of the ocean. The side window at the kitchen table was an added bonus. Management was very prompt and courteous. We would recommend this unit.

We loved the property. We had all the items needed. Love the binder with helpful information. The storage of beach items and flashlights were a hit with my children. We even went crabbing for the first time. We played the games available and even watched the Goonies movie . We will book again.
