Beautiful property

we loved the property. We did have a problem with the AC leaking into the upstairs room but they were quick to have someone come fix it. The only problem i had was the steps. I am handicapped and the only entrances had steps. I knew about the steps but the main entrance didn't have a handrail so I had to enter through the screen porch.

The people at the check in were very nice and informative since we had never been there before. It was very clean and well kept and our grandkids had a ball. We didn’t have a boat but that was no problem. We played at the dock on this house and we went to the area with the water amenities couple of times. Overall this is a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the water.

The company and the owner are very responsive if there is a problem or a question. We had an issue with the TV cable through no fault of their own and they made it right and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy during our stay. You will love this house and the beautiful views of the water. Buddies in Kingsland is great for chicken and breakfast. Angels pizza place was quick and had salads and other options. Of course, we love Storm's drive in located in Burnet.

From the moment you step in the door you're captivated by the view from all of the windows. The kitchen was fully equipped and the air conditioner was cool. Upstairs was another escape. We always look forward to it and consider the sunroom overlooking the Colorado River the perfect place to have our morning coffee. This year we hit the payload with a stay at Riverside ahold Lake House on the Colorado River. This two story house was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, comfort beds, and a wonderful kitchen where I made breakfast every morning. We loved visiting on the screened in porch, in the sunroom, as well as in the living room. But we also loved being on the dock whether under the top deck or on top of the deck. It was the perfect venue and conducive to catching up after missing out the last three years because of Covid quarantine. We all felt so grateful to have such a wonderful place to gather and hope to return next year. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff who had to let me in due to the lockbox wouldn’t cooperate. Then that sweet girl helped me carry in my bags, and a ton of food and waffle maker and electric skillet. But, I didn’t need all the stuff I brought because it was already in the house. We all fell in love with this house. We all gave it 5 stars on cleanliness, well stocked, beautiful, comfortable, customer service. We ate out one meal at the River City Restaurant in Marble Falls by the lake and everyone raves about their food.
