Seit 2015 liebevoll restauriert und von unserer eigenen Familie und Freunden sehr genossen, haben wir uns kürzlich entschlossen, diese SEHR SPEZIELLE Vintage-Hütte mit anderen Rocky Mountain-liebevollen Familien zu teilen.

Drehen Sie die Uhr zurück und genießen Sie diese 1906 Estes Park Hütte auf 1,5 Hektar. Tolles Zimmer mit alten gewellten Glas geteilten hellen Fenstern, gemütlichem Holzkamin. Drei Schlafzimmer, ein aktualisiertes Bad, eine neue Waschküche und eine neu renovierte Scheunenholzküche. Dies ist eine einzigartige Eigenschaft!

Fantastischer Platz im Freien mit viel Ruhe und Frieden, tollem Waldgrundstück und Blick auf die kontinentale Wasserscheide! Das Stadtzentrum von Estes Park ist zu Fuß erreichbar! Urige, charmante, "alte Estes" Sommerhütte liebevoll restauriert!

Amazing home

One of our best experiences with a VRBO. The home was so charming, updated and had everything we needed. Location was beautiful with amazing views, wildlife and peacefulness. Close to RMNP and town. Hosts were so helpful and gracious. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here. I would highly recommend this home, we loved it!

Amazing cabin

The cabin was amazing! Very much like the description. This cabin was the perfect place to stay for an experience in the mountains. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated. The landscaping was wonderful. The kids absolutely loved the property. Everything was just wonderful!

NP/Elk Rut

Very quiet and peaceful, perfect after full days in the NP. Close to NP and downtown Estes Park, but not around high traffic roads. Very comfortable home with desired amenities. We will return here before going back to a resort we have frequented when visiting Estes/NP. Hostesses are very easy to contact and speak to. We had a wonderful stay; thank you!!

Lovely cabin in Estes Park

There were so many wonderful things that we liked when it came to this rental. First of all the communication from the owner was great! She text to check on us, gave us advice on things to do nearby, and when we had one tiny thing that needed attention they were there within just a few minutes! The home has that older cabin homey feel, which we loved. And you are only a few minutes away from RMNP.

The best place to stay when visiting RMNP

My family of 5 enjoyed this home while visiting RMNP. We had plenty of room to rest and relax after hiking and the kids loved all the areas outside to play and explore. Views of wildlife around the house were plentiful. The cabin is super clean and had everything that we need to prepare a few meals at home. The first few nights were a little chilly outside and we made great use of the the wood burning fire place inside, which the kids loved. I can't wait to return. Our kids have not stopped talking about this place since we left. Super easy to access the park as well! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We'll be back!

Wonderful cabin in Estes Park!

My family and I stayed in the Prospector cabin for 5 days and had a great experience. The cabin is close to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP, which was a huge plus for us getting into the park quickly. The cabin itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay (even a bag of ground, local coffee)! We saw deer, and elk and her baby, and lots of chipmunks on the property and it was a very quiet spot to rest after a long day of hiking. Sue was a great host with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

An Amazing Cabin in the Perfect Location

This cabin was PERFECT for my family of 5 visiting Estes Park and RMNP. It's located just minutes from both the Beaver Meadows entrance and downtown Estes. At the same time it felt like we were away from the crowd. Even though the cabin looks amazing in the pictures online, they don't do it justice. It has the look and feel of an old rustic cabin, but with every modern amenity you could want. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee in the cool mountain air, or for unwinding after a day hiking the trails. The gas grill came in very handy for grilling up a quick meal. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. You won't have to bring anything but the food. Measuring cups, untensils, bowls, spices, snapware, griddle, crock pot, coffee maker, Kurig... everything was there ready for us to use. The washer and dryer were great so we didn't have to go into town and waste a day doing laundry. The wood burning fireplace just adds to the charm. Check-in and out instructions were easy. The owner (Sue) was very responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. Not only with questions about the cabin, but questions about where to go to eat and things to in town or in the park. The wifi was fast and stable. We loved our stay here, and memories were made that will last a lifetime! My boys are already asking when we can go back! We couldn't have asked for a better place to call "home" during our stay in the Rocky Mountains!

If you’re looking for a true Estes Park, RMNP experience, this is a must stay. Modern amenities with rustic charm make this the perfect place for a relaxing in the mountains. Close to down town, yet secluded in the trees. Very quiet, very clean, perfect hosts! What more could you ask for!!

Clean and homey cabin in Estes Park

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and well maintained for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to sit outside and we saw elk and turkeys come right by the property. Convenient for anyone heading up to Estes and RMNP! We loved the traditional Colorado mountain decor throughout the home.

Perfect cozy cabin

Impeccable, quaint cabin in the woods. Loved the real fires we made each night, spending time on the porch watching wildlife, and the property itself. Close to town. Awesome hosts, and loved the fresh coffee from a local coffee shop. Will be returning for sure.

Perfect getaway

We loved our time here. Clean and comfortable spaces to relax and read a book, take a nap or watch the sunset on the porch. It’s close to everything but secluded enough to feel very private. Early one morning there were more than a dozen mule deer just lying in the grass. We will definitely return. Hosts were very attentive and communication was always quick and friendly.

Charming cabin, great location, lovely hosts

We booked this for a get-together of three (adult) sisters, and we had a terrific stay. It's a very charming cabin, and not too close to others (I think we saw one neighbor the whole time). The location is great--it's a short drive to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Our hosts were lovely, very responsive, and excellent communicators. Highly recommended! (PS: Don't forget to reserve your timed entry to the park if you are going during the peak season.)

Fantastic Stay in the Mountains!

Book this one! The location was perfect! Close to town, but felt a nice sense of privacy. The house had everything we needed (including delicious local coffee) and we were even able to do laundry before leaving! Outdoor area was our favorite! Plenty of wildlife to watch while enjoying family time (even a young black bear)! Thank you for a fantastic memorable week!

Prospect Mountain Cabin

This cabin does not disappoint! It is roomy, furnished quite comfortably, and has newer appliances/fixtures in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, which is quite large. It has a very nice outdoor area to enjoy, and is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, while still being very close to town. The hosts are very accommodating, and contacted me prior to arrival to offer a pack 'n play (which I did not need). This property offers plenty of convenient parking and is only a short walk to the (free) seasonal bus route.

Disappointed

We are very disappointed in the owners attitude and response to us when there was an issue with the refrigerator. We are a repeat customer who are always respectful and polite. We arrived and the refrigerator was at an unsafe temperature >60 degrees. We put water in the freezer which did not freeze overnight and notified owners the next day. Mark kindly offered to replace it. That evening we arrived home after hiking and grocery shopping and the new refrigerator was still >60 degrees. I contacted owner and simply asked if there was a setting I needed to change. This is when Sue the owner sent multiple rude text messages telling us the trouble it was to replace the refrigerator & asking why we would buy food so soon (>24hrs post arrival) and ranting on how it was somehow our fault the fridge . I think it is typical on the first day of vacation to stock the fridge for the week so as to not waste time at the grocery store. The expectation was that a VRBO is fully functional. The response could have simply said “ there is no settng, it will just take at least 12 hours to cool, I apologize for your inconvenience. What can I do to compensate for your troubles “ Instead the owner sent multiple text messages putting the blame on us. Mark agreed it wasn’t functional and took it upon himself to get a new fridge saying it should be ready almost immediately. Sue the other owner continued to say we are in the wrong for asking refrig to be at a safe temperature. 2 years ago when we drove over 12 hours with multiple dishes prepared ahead due to Covid, we planned to freeze the meals we spent days preparing. When we arrived, refrigerator and freezer was not the temperature. We gave the owners a 2nd chance. This 2022 visit, one of the owners-Sue-acted angry at us because-of the fridge. We have never had a problem at any other VRBO nor have I had anyone speak to me with such disrespect making the renter feel terrible. It was a completely immature , non - Christian, poor service response. These owners should not be in the service business if they don’t know how to deal with issues. We are very disappointed and saddened by their replies. We will never rent from them again and highly discourage anyone from renting from this couple. They are unable to address conflict. We are appreciative to Mark for his efforts with the refrigerator. However, we are appalled with how Sue the other owner deals with conflict.

Perfect mountain getaway

3 generation guys trip to enjoy some outdoor time before my son heads off to college this summer. Fly fishing was awesome and also spent some time in RMNP. Enjoyed the cabin, location, and especially the various outdoor seating spaces. Manager was great with communication…will return!

If you are looking for a true old-time Estes Park experiece our cabin cannot be beat (our opinion!)!! The exterior space is exceptional and peaceful, we walk to Town, wildlife abounds, we have sought to maintain the original charm while adding all of the modern conveniences. This cabin is truly special!!
