Great location, lots of roaches :(

We were very excited to stay here. Great location, lots of space, washer/dryer, kitchen for cooking, etc. Unfortunately, after the 2nd day of seeing so many roaches roaming the kitchen and bathrooms, we just couldn’t prepare food there anymore. It was nasty! Hoping the property management does something about this infestation because it could be such a wonderful place to stay!

Roaches all over!

The location and property itself was great. We quickly realized when we got there that there was a roach problem in our condo! They were all over the place! At one point there were about 30 of them filled in the coffee filters...gross!! Everything from that point on had to be 100% sealed. I brought this up to the property manager and their solution was giving us more raid roach traps throughout the condo where we've seen them! Other than the roach infestation, it is in a great location-5 min walk to the beach and super close to many restaurants. The price was also amazing- but I'm guessing that is because of the bad roach problem!

Homey set up, close to beaches, easy walking to shops, stores. Location was close to another family member in Wailea for a business meeting. Construction on next property that had some activity before 0800 noticed.

Adorable and Cute Condo

The condo was very nice and in good location. Only issue was extremely noisy construction within yards of the property that began at 6am through out the entire day. Weekend as well. Nothing that the property manager had control of but would have liked to have been warned. Not able to make use of the pool there because of the extreme noise. Everything else was fine.

Amazing week in Kehei

This property was great, clean, nice beach stuff and plenty of room. Construction next door was clearly stated before hand so no complaints there. Our only issue was the Condo direclty above. They must have metal legs on all their chairs and it was extremely noisy every night. Not our condo's fault but would be nice if you have a property association to address this issue.

Not a bad spot in Kihei. ABC store nearby and a lot of food choices within walking distance. The beach is obviously nearby. The property itself was a bit pricey, but that seems standard for Hawai'i.

Inflexible management company

Our family was all set to come in November 16th. Up until then communication with the management company had been great. Unfortunately, our family suffered a suicide a few days before and I reached out to the management company and they were unable to return our funds or even hold those funds for us to use at a different date. I understand there are policies for late cancellations but this was an unexpected emergency situation, and I personally do not think that people should need to take out insurance on a trip for any possible unknown. While the communication was consistent, I was highly disappointed that the company could not be flexible during a time like this. For this reason, we will not stay here when back on island. I am particularly unhappy with this situation because we have family on the islands and sent a great deal of aid to Maui and its residents directly during the fire, which was also an unexpected emergency. I would have hoped for the same consideration in return.

Really small. No room for any bags in the room. Beds seemed smaller than advertised. Dishwasher didn't work. Dryer didn't work. Washing machine was so so. Best thing--great location. Next to beach. We forgot a couple of things when we left, but management company was unable to retrieve them.

My friends and I stayed here and had a blast. The location was perfect for us. We were super close to the water and within walking distance to lots of great places for food and dessert. There was construction going on while we were there but it didn’t bother us at all. We couldn’t even hear it from inside the apartment.

Great Hawaii Vacation

Condo is very well kept, clean and organized. Location is excellent and only a 5 minute walk to Charlie Young beach. The condo had all the amenities necessary and communication with Rentals Maui was A+!
