Die Villa befindet sich 10 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen (SJO) entfernt in einer gehobenen Golfgemeinschaft außerhalb von San Jose. Nahe dem Marriott Hotel in Heredia, dem Hotel DoubleTree und dem Hotel Wyndham. Alle Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, Pflegeprodukte, einen eigenen Schlüssel, Kabel-TV, eine Klimaanlage und einen Schreibtisch. Die Villa verfügt über Highspeed-Internet im gesamten Gebäude. Es verfügt über einen großen Garten und Terrassenbereiche mit einem erfrischenden Pool. Zehn Minuten vom Flughafen und 20 Minuten nach San Jose und Escazu. Dream Vacation

The property was beautiful, it felt like something out of a movie. Lily was easy to contact as was the groundskeeper Nery who was friendly and available at a moments notice. I would stay here again and I recommend to anyone looking for clean and upscale accommodations. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! 10/10 we left very happy.

Family vacation

We stayed in the villa for a week for a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The place is beautiful- very elegant and spacious. Multiple places to gather and chat or play. Rooms are comfortable and big. The pool and hot tub were a great hit. The caretaker is next door- easily accessible and duper helpful. The location is great for exploring the Central Valley. We loved the place.

San Jose Rental

It's a very nice and large space. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nicely located. There is a convenient retail area that has a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend this place if you have a larger group and want to be located near San Jose.

We loved this property, and can't wait to plan our next trip to Costa Rica

This property was perfect for our family. We had 9 adults and 3 kids under 3; we had more than enough room. The place is beautiful; we especially loved the pool and eating outside in the covered patio area as much as possible. Perfect place after landing in San Jose

Great house!

We had a group of 9, 3 generations traveling and stayed a few days at Lily’s. The house was absolutely fabulous, lots of space, clean, and secure. The pool was nice for the kids and Lily’s husband prepared a traditional Costa Rican breakfast for us on our first morning, it was delicious. There’s no air conditioning in the kitchen and dining room but the air flow was great and it didn’t get too hot, the bedrooms stayed nice and cool!

Beautiful house/ relaxing vacation

We had a great stay at the house. The Caribbean is a lovely and laid back. The house was very clean and the pool perfect for the kids (and grandparents). The grounds are meticulously kept and Erinn was so welcoming and very helpful. We also saw lots of wildlife (sloths, lots of birds, agoutis), as it is right next to Manzanillo preserve and a short walk to the beach. Just a great time and very relaxing.

AMAZING

We were in a group in 10, 5 couples and this was the IDEAL property, each of the bedrooms had it's own bathroom. Lily, the owner was AWESOME, she helped us with excursion plans, she drove us around, her husband's cooking was great. Whatever we asked for Lily made sure we had it. Lily was the ULTIMATE hostess!!!

Nice house, great location

The house is a solid choice for a large group. It is a lovely neighborhood and convenient to places of interest. The owner was away due to a family emergency, so the house was not as clean as one might expect. Some minor maintenance issues need addressing. We assume that these concerns will be addressed. The house is lovely.

The house was warm and welcoming!

Our large family was very impressed by the warm welcome we received! We showed up with hungry children and our hosts helped us to have food ordered for us! They were kind enough to run us to the store and get the things we needed. The home was very clean and everything we needed. We didn’t know to ask ahead of time for the pool to be heated; we were hoping the kids would swim until supper arrived but the water was to cold. So ask ahead! Lily was accommodating to our every need! Thank you!

Pleasant Overnight Stay near SJO

This was the ideal place to stay overnight after our late arrival at SJO.(about a 20 min drive) My adult daughter and her boyfriend arrived earlier in the day and ate at a wonderful restaurant that was within walking distance. Lily, the host, was extremely helpful with recommendations. Grocery nearby as well. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family of 8 adults were very comfortable for our overnight stay. The home is gated which provided an extra level of security. Lily, the host, was very welcoming and prepared us a delicious breakfast the next morning at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended service and a great way to start the day! Even though we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool it appeared well kept and looked inviting. Beautiful flowers and plants on the grounds.

Wonderful home for family and friends

Lily has done a terrific job of maintaining her home, Casa Primo, in San Jose. We spent several days here and the accommodations were really good. The home is situated close to shops, the grocery store, and in a quiet charming neighborhood. Lily is on hand if you need any special requests or advice on places to go and she is good about ensuring her guests are comfortable. She speaks good English so communications are pretty seamless and she is very detailed oriented in her communications with you. Lily lives on property (to one side) but is not intrusive at all. She is a phone call away if you need her :-)! Really a great place as you explore this beautiful country and friendly people. Our entire family (native Costa Ricans included) were very impressed with this beautiful home and lovely hostess.

Casa Primo

My family and friends had a great stay at Casa Primo. It was easy to communicate with Lily in English and Spanish. She was responsive about my family’s needs throughout our stay and Ronaldo, who provides transportation as needed for guests staying at the property, is excellent for accomodating any transportation needs. The property is gated and in an upper middle class residential area that is safe. It great to use as home base when taking tours near or outside of the San Jose area. The home is spacious and accomodated our group of 5, comfortably despite not using the spacious bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The only feedback would be that the jacuzzi does not warm up enough to go beyond lukewarm and it takes about 3-4 hrs to warm up. Other than that, this property was pefect for our stay. Will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Primo is a great location,clean, spacious, terrific owner, great WiFi, peaceful traditional home

We came for our daughters wedding and could not be more please. Family came from all over the US and everyone had their own room and bathroom, large kitchen, plenty of living space in door and on the patio and around the pool. The owner lives in the attached apartment and is easily available but not intrusive. She cooked a great lunch for family and the bridal party the day of the wedding and helped us with transportation issues. The location is in a safe neighborhood around the golf course. We had numerous friends stay in the many hotels that were within walking distance as well as a grocery store and restaurants. We did have a rental car and found it very easy to get around. I would highly recommend this home for a big family gathering or even renting s room since each room has it’s own lock and safe, which we did not need to use since we had the whole house. Great place to base out of,if you plan to see Costa Rica from the San Jose area!!!

My Costa Rican Wedding Villa

I was impressed with the property and the host. The house is bigger and prettier in person. We had the entire house and stayed about a week after my wedding. We were able to fit 18 people comfortably.The pool and hot tub was a welcome relief.Anyone staying here should definitely pay extra for the heating of the hot tub. Lily and her staff provided excellent support and much needed information about supermarkets, Uber & San Jose in general. Lily made the entire experience a breeze with her sweet accommodating nature and was readily available. The only drawback was most Uber kept trying to drop us off one block over instead of at the house ,but that helped you learn San Jose better. If in San Jose, I would definitely stay here again. My family and I have a wonderful time. Thank you again Lily :) #puravidasanjose

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts

Perfect for our group of 10

We had 10 people share the Casa Primo house for a friend and family trip to Costa Rica for a week. The space was perfect. We only used 5 bed rooms, but had 7 available. All the rooms were spacious and had private bathrooms. The kitchen was large enough for our large groups to eat and the patio and pool area was great for the group to hangout and spend time. The night we arrived we had Lily, the owner and our excellent host, prepare us a traditional Costa Rican meal and it was excellent- we would highly recommend it. She even threw in a bottle of wine as an anniversary present. The maid came daily for towels and bedding and the house was clean and beautiful. There was a driver available to transport our whole group to events and the airport, which was very helpful. We also were able to Uber to the city easily. There is a market and shopping center with restaurants in walking distance from the house. Lily went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. She was easy to contact prior to the trip and answered each and every question. While in Costa Rica, she was available to assist with whatever was needed. Overall we would highly recommend and would absolutely stay at Casa Primo again if we travel back to Costa Rica.
