Wir erlauben einen frĂŒhen Check-in bis 11:00 Uhr am Anreisetag, wenn am vorherigen Tag keine Buchungen vorgenommen wurden. Check-out bis 14.00 Uhr, wenn keine angrenzenden Tage Buchungen. Ansonsten ist es 15 Uhr Check-In und 10 Uhr Check-Out.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in der geschlossenen Wohnanlage La Valencia an der Front Beach Road. Es ist eine sichere und ruhige Gemeinde mit beleuchtetem Tennisplatz. Das La Valencia bietet einen eigenen privaten Zugang zum Strand und einen Pool direkt am Strand, der ausschließlich den GĂ€sten von La Valencia vorbehalten ist. Zugang zum Strand und zum Pool sind nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.

The house was perfect for our family of six. There were extra fans, blankets, towels and even a baby gate. We were spoiled and won’t want to go anywhere else. Everyone had their own space and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Fall Break

Everything from the communication before arriving to helpful tips for the stay was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this convenient location. We absolutely loved this home. It was close enough to PCB but not too close. It’s in a quite neighborhood and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. We look forward to booking this home again for our next PCB trip!

This is the second stay at this location for us. It is a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, and a beautiful place to rest and hang out. We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a place that had the space we needed and able to drive up to the front door for the grandparents. I wish the bunk room was upstairs so the grandparents didn't have to go up the stairs but it wasn't that bad.

We had an excellent stay at Matt & Stacey’s property. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so close to private beach access. Little details including portable crib made for easy bedtime with a little one who is used to routine. We will definitely return next time we come to Florida. Host had great communication as well.

Wonderful place to enjoy the beach!

This was a great rental for my family! Five of us (three adults and two kids) stayed and were very comfortable. The house is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The neighborhood is well-maintained with lots of friendly people. The short walk to the beach was no problem and the pool overlooks the beach - it was so nice and not crowded. We had no trouble finding a place on the beach each day we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property

Everything was absolutely perfect with our stay. I highly recommend this property! Communication wasn't necessarily during our stay as everything was perfect, but the owner checked in with us and responded promptly to our questions. The beach chair setup being included is a super bonus. Would definitely stay at this property again, the house is very up to date and plenty of room. This is our second time staying in La Valencia Circle and this is our favorite beach vacation spot.

One of the best!

My family and I stayed during the week of the 4th of July, so PCB was insanely busy but not here! This location is about 15 minutes west of the PCB pier and craziness, a very quiet neighborhood. The pictures of this townhome don't do it justice, its much bigger in person. Starters of everything, beds were super comfy, amazing water pressure and having the 4 chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach every day was icing on the cake. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and can honestly say this is one of the best we've ever stayed in!

Spring Break 2024

This home is beautiful! The owners are very friendly & make you feel like they really care wether you are having a nice time or not. They checked in on us and even offered to let us use their personal beach items! They were always available & ready with any suggestions. Their home is fully equipped and feels like a home not just another place to stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We bought this home in 2018 after much debate on where to buy. This is one of the best neighborhoods in PCB. We love this neighborhood since it is very quiet with a lot of privacy. It is close to 30A but without the crowds. We both work full time and live in Winchester, TN. So this is our home away from home that we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
