Einheit 174 ist ein Strandhaus im ersten Stock in der Wohnanlage von Hidden Dunes. Tolle Einheit für Familien oder Paare. Genießen Sie die wunderschönen weißen Sandstrände oder entspannen Sie auf der abgeschirmten Terrasse, während Sie den beruhigenden Klängen des nahe gelegenen Springbrunnens lauschen. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, ebenso wie die Tennisplätze, Grills und Pools. Die Community ist mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsüberwachung ausgestattet.

Das Anwesen verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, während das Gäste-Schlafzimmer über zwei Etagenbetten und ein Doppelbett verfügt. Voll ausgestattete Küche sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Hidden Dunes liegt nur 800 m östlich der Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlet Mall und nur wenige Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum Destin Commons sowie Baytowne Wharf und Village entfernt.

Nice appartment 5min from beach

Pros: The appartment was very nice, located approx. 5-7 min from the beach (private beach access). Hidden dunes is a gated community with very nice security at the gate. Spacious ground-leveled appartment. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Filtered water and ice cubes from the fridge. Enough parking lots in front of the appartment. Small patio with back-door access. Wlan and Tv was working fine. AC was running well. Pool area was 1 min. away and it was very clean. restaurants and stores are just a couple of minutes away. Cons: If you look closely... the appartment was a little bit dusty. Also the loads of decoration was covered in dust. No vacuum cleaner. Fountain outside was running on max. also during the night. So it was a little bit noisy. all in all we had a great stay in the hidden dunes appartment

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was so nice and very spacious! Love go close it was to the pool and just a short walk to the beach! Shea was a great host and highly recommend booking this unit for your stay!

Close to the border ocean and clean

We have stayed at the Hidden Dunes Resort before and have loved it every time and this was no exception! The condo was clean and very spacious for all 4 guests. The proximity to the beach was great, we would stay again!

Relaxing and enjoyable

The property was exactly as advertised. It looks as though an interior designer coordinated everything. Beautiful, spacious and clean. The property also had a vast amount of kitchen essentials including lots of Tupperware and a variety of pots and pans; I’ve been staying at beach homes since I was a kid and never seen such a well stocked kitchen. The master bath and bedroom are so nice. It truly felt like home away from home. Shea was responsive and so kind in messages, too. We enjoyed our time. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Will absolutely be back!

I spent spring break in this condo with my 3 children (my husband will be joining next year!). It was absolutely amazing. We immediately felt at home. My 12 year old daughter would have never left, I swear! Shea was always quick to respond, and even gave restaurant recommendations! The entire property is beautiful, and SO family friendly!! Cannot wait to be back!

Lovely space

This is one of several units we have rented over the years in Hidden Dunes. This was one of the smaller units but we enjoyed it just as much. It is adorable, nicely updated and well maintained. The location was an easy walk to a pool or the beach. The unit contains everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Newly Renovated - Great Location Cottage at Hidden Dunes

Cottage is in great location. Recent renovations to unit are very nice & make very "beachy". Unit patio looks out to fountains and good access to pool. Plenty of space for family with children with the two bedrooms. White Diamond Beach Service as once again very good at getting us beach chairs & umbrellas to meet our desires.

Loved our stay

We had a great stay and loved the condo. It was clean, a beautiful location by a fountain that made for very relaxing morning breakfasts with the family, and the owner was easy to communicate with. The condo had a smart thermostat, but the owner was not adjusting it, which was AMAZING! We’ve stayed in a condo before with a smart thermostat and the owner kept adjusting it to 75 at night. Very thankful for that from this owner! The only thing that was a negative for us was that the pantry was locked (which I understand that the owner needed private things locked up), however, we had to use the counter space for all of our food. That was a slight inconvenience. Overall, an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Dunes condo

Great location, nice grounds, serene wooded walk to the pools and great access to the beach. Not crowded in this area of Destin / Sandestin. Condo was very "beachy" and practical, just what we wanted! Nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf was a lot of fun, too.

Worth a second trip

Great location and easy walk to the beach!! Security at gate was very nice and helpful! My two sons and their loves stayed with us! Plenty of room for us to hang out!! Will definitely come back!!

Great Vacation

This rental was perfect for our family getaway! It was beautifully decorated and much larger than I was expecting! We especially loved having lunch on the screened in back porch. The walk to the beach was pleasant. And just a short distance away. The pool was close by and our afternoon swim was great after leaving te Beach each day. The owner, Shea was so nice and helpful! She was even able to work it out for us to come a day early! We would for sure rent again! Already can't wait to return!

Summer getaway

Property was beautiful except for dated bathrooms. Both showers were less than ideal. One hard to adjust water temp, either scalding or cold. The other shower slow to drain. Owner made aware and stated next on their list. Would definitely stay again at this site if bathrooms repaired. Loved the location in the complex. The screen porch was a plus and received alot of use.

Nice condo

This was a really nice place, close to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Plenty of room to stretch out. Secure condo community. There is beach chair service at the private beach-it runs about $45/day for two chairs and an umbrella. The beach is within walking distance from the condo. There’s also a nice walk out screened in patio close to an outdoor fountain. The fountain was a bit loud. Wish list-I wish the host provided beach towels like other places we’ve stayed in town. Also wish that there were blackout curtains in the bedroom to block out lights at night. Overall, positive experience and would consider renting again

Great place! Would stay again

The unit was bigger than we expected. The screened-in porch came in handy for rainy days. The kids loved the sliding window into the kitchen and played ‘restaurant’ for an hour. The convenience to the two pools was great and the beach was a 5 minute walk. We loved walking the lush grounds in the morning. Would be a great place to stay if you liked to play tennis.
