Die kürzlich renovierte Laterra-Wohnung mit allem was dazu gehört, kann gemietet werden.
Master-Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Jack und Jill Badezimmer auf der anderen Seite. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Werkzeugen zum Kochen und Essen. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen 3 Pools, ein Whirlpool, ein Tennisplatz und ein brandneues, modernes Fitnessstudio in Gehweite.
Der Golfplatz King and Bear befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, Slammer und Squire sind 5 km entfernt.

Golf & Daytona

Place is very nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Unit was very clean and convenient to family located nearby. Highly recommend if in the area. Lots of stores & restaurants close to unit.

Nice place

The condo was very nice. We had wonderful time. The only thing I can say is that it it’s listed as 3 bedrooms. But the 3rd bedroom is a pull out sofa. Not the most comfortable place. We wish there was a real bed in the 3rd bedroom. An extra garbage bag or 2 would also be nice to have.

Lovely and roomy

Everything was as advertised/shown and check-in was very efficient. The view is really pretty and the unit is super quiet and private! Small point but the only thing I would add is a few large trays to put beverages on so the padded "coffee table" is more usable!

Golf and relax stay

We stayed for our sons golf tournament on the course next to the condo. We actually walked to the course both days. Super convenient. The rest of the family hung out by the pool and hot tub and one day they did a spa day on the first floor. Easy to get around. Property is clean and quiet. Youngest fished in the lagoon directly behind the condo. As a total bonus we we’re able to hear the lions roar in the morning from a local rescue a few miles away. Pretty awesome to drink coffee on the balcony and occasionally hear a distant lion roar. Had a great stay.

Unacceptable Rental Experience

The condo was filthy with visible mold on two of the three shower heads, mold on ceiling vent in bathroom, dust on one headboard and baseboards, stained pillows and kitchen grout, dirty windows, cobwebs, torn and pilled bedding sheets. We took pictures of everything including our CPAP filter after one week of breathing the air. The host called in a cleaning service for two hours when I complained, but there’s only so much scrubbing they could do to remedy the situation. New bathroom fixtures, bedding and a bucket of bleach and KILZ are in order before the unit is rented again. I can’t figure out why or how this property has such great reviews because that was not our experience.

My family and I had a great stay at Klara's property. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Have recommended it to family that is in the area if they have people visiting and need a place to stay. The property itself is very nice and well-maintained.

Relaxing

The property is well kept. The rooms are perfect in size. Pool was relaxing. This particular property has the best view of one of the lakes. Everything was conveniently located and we never had to eat at the same place twice as there are many restaurants located nearby, as well as a Publix for anything else. Would love to stay once again on our next trip to st Augustine, thank you to our host, Klara for a wonderful stay!

Lovely!

We usually stay at our time share close by but it was unavailable for the short window of time we had to get away. We found Klara’s place online and it was perfect! It’s a gorgeous place and lovely area. The only complaint I have is that the gym is only available when the spa is open so if you’re an early morning exerciser like me, that’s a bit of a bummer to not have access before 9 or on Sundays.just plan a different workout during those times! We will certainly be back!

Peaceful view and Fantastic Location

My husband and I stayed at Klara’s beautiful condo while visiting our daughter. The complex is beautifully landscaped and pleasant to walk around. The pool was a welcome respite for us after a few days of very busy schedule. The condo is so well appointed and has every amenity needed for a wonderful stay. We sat outside on the balcony every day as the weather was cooperative. I enjoyed having the laundry in the condo also. The instructions and communication for and with Klara were efficient and timely. The condo was immaculate and the furniture and bedding were up-to-date and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and will absolutely requested again on our next visit to the area.

St Augustine trip

Absolutely loved the accommodations and the proximity to Ponte Vedra Beach as we were at The Players Championship all week! The accommodations were clean and spacious! Visiting Family

We were in the area for the holiday to visit family. This was very convenient, quiet, and perfect for our needs. It was close enough to St. Augustine to do sightseeing but far enough to get out of the hustle and bustle of the town during Christmas. I highly recommend taking the free city shuttle when going downtown.

We booked the condo because we have family who lives within golf village. It was perfect - the condo is big, we had everything we needed and the playground and pool amenities were awesome. I’d stay here again!

Amazing!!!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The property was better than expected and Klara was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this property. I am hoping that we can come back again. Beds and linens were great, best mattresses I have ever experienced in a rental. The property was well stocked, clean and incredibly comfortable. Location was amazing especially for a golfer.

The most beautiful view with the quietest location at the end of the middle building. Unit was fully renovated with new flooring, lighting and comfortable sofa set in living room. Lots of light, beautiful views of wildlife, feels like home.
