Diese schöne, elegante Villa in der Gegend von Tamarindo / Langosta befindet sich in einer intimen Umgebung mit 5 Villen namens Casablanca, die einen wunderschönen Pool mit einer herrlichen tropischen Vegetation umgeben. Auf der anderen Straßen ist die schönste sicheren Sandstrand, der ideal zum Schwimmen, Wandern, Joggen und ideal für Kinder ist. Es gibt eine große private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool sowie ein zweites Gartenterrasse, wo Sie die Ruhe genießen und die Geräusche der vielen tropischen Vögeln und beobachten Sie die ansässigen Leguan. Die Klänge und Anblick der Brüllaffen ist eine unglaubliche Erfahrung.
Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die hohen, gewölbten Decke Teak schafft eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Es gibt jeweils drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage sowie Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer.
Es gibt eine moderne voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit. Es gibt einen Grill im Freien rund um den Pool-Bereich.

Enthalten ist, wöchentlicher Reinigungsservice und tägliche Reinigung ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Es gibt Internetzugang und Kabel-TV und es gibt einen privaten bewachten Parkplatz neben der Villa.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines schönen Ferienhauses. Die Untermieter hörten wir nie. Die Anlage ist bewacht und liegt 200m vom Strand entfernt. Wie aßen jeden Abend in der Stadt, oft im Patagonia. Tags leihen wir Surfbretter aus und brachten uns dies selbst bei. Pro Brett und Tag für 10 Dollar. Ausflüge machten wir zum Rincon de ja Veja, Arenal, Monteverde und in die Umgebung, wobei sich Liberia nicht lohnte. Vor der Abreise bestiegen wir noch den Poas und - schöner noch- den La Paz Waterfall Garden. Uns gefiel es mit unseren 4 Kindern sehr gut in Costa Rica. Alles ist sehr gut erschlossen und die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank Syd!

Perfect family vacation in beautiful Tamarindo

We’re just back from an amazing week in Tamarindo, having enjoyed a lovely family vacation staying at Syd and Lynne’s beautiful place in Tamarindo. The location was ideal, with the beach just a quick walk across the street and shops and restaurants a nearby walk away. It was easy to get around by Uber for those in our group that couldn’t walk as far. We spent a lot of time lounging by the lovely pool, when we weren’t at the beach. We also arranged a couple of tours with the help of Willy, the property manager, and really enjoyed Our outings. The unit where we stayed was perfect for our family of 6 (3kids plus grandma) - comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed and when we had questions or an unexpected need, Willy was super responsive to our texts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. It was perfect!

We are 5 adults an a 3 yr old. Pool and beach proximity perfect for our needs. Host had excellent recommendations for restaurants and services I likes that it was a little beyond but a short walk to the busier centre.

Beautiful villa in Tamarindo

The villa is located ideally…easy to access the beach and all amenities in Tamarindo. We didn’t rent a vehicle and found it easy to walk where we wanted to go. The villa itself is spectacular- the perfect space for our family. Willy, the property manager arranged for pick up from the airport and then met us when we arrived. He was thorough in his explanation of the property. Additionally, dealing with Syd, the owner of the property went smoothly- very accommodating of our travel changes. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous property and location

Across the street from the beach, next door to a fabulous new bakery and restaurant (Sofia Mediterranean), great pool on site and the layout of the villa was perfect. Our bedroom was connected via French door to another bedroom that our small children stayed in. It gave us privacy while also giving me the chance to check on the kids whenever I wanted. Great property with a great location!

We had a wonderful time at the villa, only issue we had was the power went out on the last night which was not any fault of the owners. We emailed Willie the next day and he was getting it fixed but we had already checked out . Great location and great host.

We had a fantastic stay, the unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the pool area was perfect. Amazing stay!

We just spent 2 weeks at Casa Blanca 5 and it was an incredible time. The place was clean, well stocked with small appliances and utensils, and in the most ideal location in Tamarindo! We loved that it was a bit outside the busy town but close enough for daily walks to grab groceries, etc. It was about a 2-3 minute walk to Tamarindo beach in an area that was perfect for swimming and beginner surfing. The grounds were well maintained and attracted many birds which we all enjoyed watching from our patio. The howler monkeys were also frequently nearby! Willy (property manager), Syd and Lyn (hosts) were incredibly responsive prior to and during our trip. We are already planning our return to Casa Blanca 5 as we can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!

Great stay for a week

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Well located, lots of restaurants nearby, especially next door for breakfast. Villa very well appointed, particularly if you wish to self cater. Great laundry facilities which were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Incredible location- clean, comfortable and beautiful

This was our first time to Tamarindo and the location of this villa can’t be beat for those who want to enjoy Tamarindo day/ night then retreat back to the peace and quiet. Just a 5-10 minute walk depending on where you are going. Willie arranged transportation for us from the airport and we did not rent a golf cart but we were the only ones so you may want to consider that. Favorite spots we discovered are Tabu for breakfast and happy hour, Tropic Tamarindo for a quiet but incredible Costa Rican dinner(presentation was insane as was the food but fairly priced). El Sapo pizza is great. Pool is nice and cleaned daily. The smallest room bed is softer but we found the other two beds to be extra, extra firm. Over all this condo was very much as advertised. Only suggestions to owners is to add some oven mitts, and some plastic or pool safe beverage containers so you can take beverages by the pool. Willie was great and can schedule whatever you need. Grocery stores are close especially with car or golf cart so I wouldn’t recommend the concierge grocery service just for cost and making sure you get what you want. Thank you to Willy and the owners for a fantastic family vacation. Again, phenomenal location and good value.

Amazing family vacation

The owners were easy to reach and helped out with all the questions we had. The apartment and grounds were gorgeous cool and quiet. Town was maybe a 5 min walk with lots of bustle, shopping and restaurants to explore. The beach was right across the street and the chairs and umbrella that our hosts provided were so great to have. Willy (our local host) was super helpful for reliable, comfortable transportion and suggestions and contacts for all excursions. We would absolutely stay here next time we visit the beautiful country of Costa Rica!

Great Spot - Total Comfort

Loved our stay here. This place is steps from a safe mellow surf break and short walk to downtown and lots of dining options and shops. Very short drive to other surf breaks nearby. Hidden Gem in Costa Rica

We cannot say enough positive things about this place! Here are the highlights: 1) the entire gated community is beautiful with lush plants and trees; a serene pool to cool off in 2) there are only 6 units in the complex so it’s private and quiet - away from the nightlife but close enough that you can walk to restaurants, bars and shops; it’s also across from the entrance to the beach which was amazing for our family who visited the beach almost daily. 3) the unit was clean and the perfect size for 1 child, 2 teens and 2 adults. 4) The kitchen had everything we needed; there was plenty of space to hang out in (including a nice size deck) and the beds were soft and cozy. 5) The mini split a/c units kept the condo nice and cool! It was hot in CR! 6) last but not least Willy - our concierge - was amazing! He was super helpful from the moment we booked. He answered my questions and made great recommendations. He also went to the grocery for us so we didn’t have to rush there when we arrived. All in all, this spot is a hidden gem in Tamarindo!

We had a great visit. The owners were super nice and even allowed us an extra day after our flight was cancelled and we couldn't arrive until 2 days later. The property manager Willie and his assistant Justin were amazing as well. The property is in a great location and the grounds are beautiful and kept up. The beach is a 2 minute walk and you can walk in to town easily. Our excursions (ATV tour and Catamaran trip) locations were within walking distance as well. I would definitely stay again.

Delightful Tamarindo Gated Property

Our group consisting of two parents, two children (7 and 4), and their grandmother stayed for two weeks in April 2023. This villa is in a walled compound with 4 other rental homes. First, the property is stunning with meticulously curated gardens, eating areas and a spacious pool with a deep end for diving and a shallower end for families. At the deeper end of the pool sit a lovely covered seating area and bathroom. The property’s private location is ideal, moments from the beach and a short stroll from great amenities: restaurants, coffee shops, beach clubs, food trucks, and groceries. We did not have a car rental for the majority of our stay and were able to walk to all the nearby amenities. The owners and their property managers were friendly, communicative and went well out of their way to ensure that our stay was exceptional. The property managers offered to obtain groceries for us in advance, for a small fee, which was very thoughtful. We had questions for the property managers occasionally during our stay and they were very responsive and helpful. Inside the home, there are two adjoining bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, which was nice for our small children. A separate bedroom is located off of the kitchen with a full bathroom adjacent. The home is nicely renovated and the open kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area and living room are spacious and well laid out. The kitchen itself is spacious and great for cooking with modern appliances and a full range of utensils. A large wrap around deck, accessible both via the front door and a side door off the living room, has great views and a clean and new propane BBQ. Each room has independently-controlled air conditioning and fans which made for a very comfortable stay. The in-suite laundry came in handy many times to launder towels and personal clothing items. Given the compound includes 4 other rental homes, our family met a range of families and enjoyed time in the common spaces around the pool with them, which was an unexpected bonus. Playa Tamarindo is a unique soft sand beach with very little elevation change. This makes for dramatic tidal changes and waves ideal for beginner surfers or moderately adventurous boogie boarders. A lockable closet on the wrap-around patio contains a variety of useful beach items. A dedicated parking space with easy automatic gate access is near to the home. We would not hesitate to stay in this accommodation again.

Missed a few basics.

Could have used some extra blankets…only 3 were supplied including the coverlets on the beds. The knives were so dull, as to be useless for cutting fruits and vegs.
