Needs some attention

We were disappointed with this Vrbo. Positives were super easy check in and communication with the property management was quick and attentive. The location was great as well with the bus stop being very close for getting to the ski mountain. Negative were dishes were dirty but I think that was from the dishwasher not cleaning well. The whole unit just needs attention. With the exception of one bathroom that has been completely updated and was very nice the rest of the unit is extremely outdated. Bedding needs to be replaced – pillowcases that are too small for the pillows is not OK. Extra pillows with clean pillowcases thrown on the floor is not OK as well. A bed skirt to hide the box springs is an easy purchase! And the access cover in the master bathroom shower completely fell out of the ceiling one night. This isn't a cheap rental- we felt like what we paid did not line up with what we got out of this Vrbo.

We had a great stay! This property had everything we needed and was in a convenient location for Sundance screenings and festivities. The place was clean and spacious for three of us. The property management team was responsive and flexible with requests. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good place for small group

Place is nice inside-relatively modern, good quality kitchen ware (if you plan to cook). Master bath is small-have to either step into the tub or straddle the toilet in order to shut the door. Bit of a long walk to get to downtown, we typically opted to Uber up, and walk back home at night. Had some minor issues with washer and dryer, and received very prompt response from rental agency.

It was clean and well located, we could walk to park city mountain fir skiing. The day we arrived, they weren't sheets for one bed, we contacted the renters and they didn't bring them until next day. The was a pull bed under the bunk bed that we weren't aware of, until contacted the renters company. Overall, our stay was good, we recomed this property!

Great location and nice fireplace but condo was not clean

There were some things that we liked about condo including the location, fireplace, washer and dryer and the updated kitchen. But the condo was dirty especially the bathrooms. There was garbage on the floor between the sink and the door to the bathroom in the main bedroom. The carpets and floor mats in the bathroom and kitchen were not at all clean. Also the bathrooms were very small. We made the best of it and focused on enjoying skiing but we were disappointed in the condo.

Spring ski

The property was clean and roomy enough for a family of 4 (2 adults, 16 and 18 year old). The kitchen was well equiped with plenty of utensils and dishes, drip and K cup coffee makers. It was a short, but uphill, walk to the "First Time" lift at Park City base. There is a city bus stop near the property that can take you to town or the lifts. If you are a light sleeper the master bedroom can be a little loud due to street traffic late evening/early in the morning. Ski/ride more... sleep better. The covered parking at ground level for 1 car was a nice perk. We would stay there again.

Ski stay

The check in process and communication with the property manager was very good but the condo was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The property was clean but definitely needs updating. The sinks were slow to drain and all of the plumbing fixtures need to be adjusted and tightened. The appliances were relatively new and everything worked as advertised. The condo is conveniently located for access to Park City ski resort and Main Street but it is on a very busy intersection and the traffic noise was significant. You could hear passing cars and buses starting at 6am and going until midnight. It was very loud. Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable, but definitely needs a facelift. We enjoyed our stay, but we would not stay there again because it was just too small and loud and needs to be updated.

5 day ski trip

This location was excellent. Apartment was as expected and more. We had 6 friends total, plenty of space for all of our ski equipment, cozy fire place, and quick response when our Wi-Fi cut out. 5min walk to Park city ski lift, walking distance/free shuttles to Main Street amazing restaurants and bars. Hot tub was a surprise. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Such a Great Place

I can't say enough great things about this apartment/condo. I had already booked it when it got a fairly harsh review by another renter that had me worried. But I learned it could not be further from the truth. We loved the location of it and being walking distance to ski stores, the mountain, Starbucks, 7-11. I actually enjoyed being able to see people walking by and how good or bad the roads were b/c of its location. Also so much snow for the kids to play in right outside. It was one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. And it was beautifully decorated and so so comfortable. Yes it is small but we wanted a clean and comfortable place to crash and rest so it was perfect for our family of 4. We spent most of our time on the mountain or outside so size wasn't terribly important to us. One other huge positive was TVs in both bedrooms. Since we have kids, we all needed some space after being together and it was nice for them to be able to break-off in their space and do their thing. Overall, this was a great rental and I'd highly recommend it.

Great location to get on the trails or walk to downtown. Truck wouldn't fit in underground garage too tall so consider that if you have a truck. All in all its a nice condo for 4-5 people and location is great. Beds were comfortable!

Great condo near Park City village

Property management was wonderful all around and easy to get in touch with. We had an issue right when we arrived that they remedied promptly. Condo was a bit smaller than we hoped, but nicely decorated and comfortable. Community hot tub isn’t open currently, which was a bummer for the kids. Beds were very comfy and plenty of clean towels. Washer/dryer in the unit was very nice to have! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic items needed for cooking. Wood burning fireplace was wonderful and condo had plenty of dry firewood. Road noise only bothered us one night, but otherwise wasn’t an issue overall. Convenient to bus stop was awesome, especially for skiing with children. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Major disappointment

As owners who rent out our own condo on VRBO, we are extremely disappointed when we ourselves rent from someone who we feel is misleading, careless, and indifferent. So this review will not pull any punches. This unit is 'professionally' managed; the true owner may want to rethink that. Starting with the misleading- there is no hot tub; it has been closed. A basic inquiry by the management company to the owner would have made this clear and then properly communicated to potential guests. Representations about a hot tub, which were part of our search criteria and in this listing's headline description, should have been deleted. We told them of our disappointment that there was no hot tub and yet the hot tub claim is still on the website. General conditions at this unit are extremely poor. Massive drafts come out of every opening - front door, sliding door to deck, and windows - and create cold air for 5-8 feet around each opening. Noise - the walls are extremely thin, and you will hear everything going on in any unit that is contiguous: upstairs, downstairs, left and right. The Park City bus runs from early in the morning to late in the evening and creates a lot of noise as this unit sits right at the street intersection. Both the hardwood and carpet flooring are in terrible condition. The building's wood walkways are decayed, are both slippery and unsafe, and are extremely loud from anyone walking around at any time of day. All bedding including bed coverings, pillowcases and sheets are worn out. Master bathroom is so small and cramped with less than 6 inches on either side of the toilet, it is physically impossible for a normal-sized human body to reach the toilet paper while seated. The condo is TINY. The representation that 7 people could fit here is absurd. Suggesting that 7 people can occupy this unit indicates it has ample room. There are not enough hooks/pegs/boot areas for 4 people to stay here let alone more than 4. The kitchen is so small only one individual at a time can fit in it. When we reached out via email to the management company about issues, they did not respond. When we called, they responded, but our attempts at follow-up have been ignored. We felt mistreated by an unprofessional operation that has fees for all sorts of services it claims to provide. The management company misrepresents the unit and is nonresponsive to concerns. We would never stand for this as owners ourselves.

Lovely place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless, cozy and very nicely decorated. We loved that it had a real woodburning fireplace. The hot tub was a great temperature and we had it to ourselves every day after hitting the slopes. The bus stop is right outside the door and the location is very convenient to everything (grocery store, bus to downtown, restaurants, mountain). It is a bit of a walk with your snowboard and ski equipment so I would recommend valeting your equipment or taking the bus. The bus system is awesome. The beds were comfortable and the condo is very well stocked. The management is also very nice and easy to get ahold of. It also included a parking spot. The building itself is fairly basic and we could hear the people above us sometimes but we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

AMAZING condo in great location!!!!

Awesome location!! So close - steps to Park City skiing, Starbucks and everything we needed. The snow was great! Coles and Jans are across the street so easy to pick up extra ski gear if needed. If we didn’t walk, we took the free bus to town and had great dinners at Prime and Shabu. The property was very clean, cute, and well-decorated with brand new stainless appliances and all the supplies we needed. I would recommend this property.
