Die Crystal Shores Unit 1001 befindet sich direkt am Strand des West Beach Boulevard Gulf Shores AL. Die Einheit wurde im Winter 2018 renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist eine wunderbare Eckeinheit im 10. Stock des East End und bietet einen großen umlaufenden Balkon mit Zugang sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer. Die geräumige Wohnung bietet zwei Kingsize-Suiten mit jeweils eigenem Bad, neun Fußdecken und Zierleisten im gesamten Gebäude.

Dieser Komplex bietet einen eigenen Außenpool und einen Whirlpool, der zu einem saisonal beheizten Innenpool führt. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum, eine Sauna und ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Tischfußball für die Kinder! Holzkohlegrills stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung, Sie müssen jedoch Ihre eigene Holzkohle / Starter / Feuerzeug mitbringen. Leih-Liegen / Schirme sind von März bis Oktober (oder November, je nach Wetterlage) für 130 USD / Woche bei einem Drittanbieter erhältlich. In einem Abstellraum am Strand können Sie Ihre Liegestühle abstellen (wenn Sie Ihre eigenen mitbringen). Vielleicht möchten Sie ein Kabelschloss mitbringen, um sie zu sichern. Jede Einheit verfügt über einen eindeutigen Code, mit dem Sie Zugang zur Sauna, zum Whirlpool, zum Strand, zur Strandlagerung, zum Fitnessraum, zum Spielzimmer und zum Pool haben.

Die HOA erlaubt keine Wohnmobile oder Anhänger auf dem Grundstück.

Great Escape

This property was as advertised. This was a two couple get away and it was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The corner unit offered spectacular views of the white sandy beaches and Gulf of America. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio space and took advantage it our entire visit. However the common areas of the property such as the elevator and pool area were a little unkept, and could use some maintenance

Gorgeous Gulf Shores Getaway

This was our first stay in Gulf Shores and we picked the perfect place! I am extremely picky and I cannot say one negative thing about this condo! It was exactly as pictured, and better! Whoever cleans for you does an amazing job!! Beautiful beachy decor, comfortable beds, fantastic vows, fast elevators, convenient parking, great, quieter location…. I could go on and on! David and Angie are excellent hosts and communicate quickly. Don’t hesitate to book from them! Thank you, we had a perfect week!!

Pictures of the unit are spot on!

The views from this unit are fabulous, we loved it. Everything was as described. Living room comfortable for 4, beds comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with dishes, appliances, etc but no extras (salt, pepper etc). Patio furniture very comfortable. Fan in master bath very loud…. Would have been helpful to have a mirror somewhere other than the two bathrooms to assist everyone getting together at the same time. Close, easy parking with cart to help load/unload. While you could walk to some restaurants and bars, most of the ones we chose were driving. Weather wasn’t great for us, and we would have loved it if some cards/games were in the unit. But easy enough to find some at the souvenir store. (We left them, maybe they’ll be there for next guests.) We also would have enjoyed information in the room on what restaurants, etc. but that would not diminish our rating. We would definitely recommend this unit! Thanks!

Very nice condo

I think this condo is probably nicer than most in the building. Being on the corner lets light come in through the side windows and provides a larger laundry room. Everything in the condo was upscale. We were there for about 6 weeks so we purchased a Teflon skillet and a drip coffee maker. It would have been nice to have a floor vaccum as the only way to clean the floors was with a small broom. Owner was very helpful.

Golf trip

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this impeccably clean condo. The corner unit lets so much sunshine in, and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. My only disappointment was not being able to connect to the smart TV to watch our own Netflix and AmazonPrime shows. We found other shows on the cable network, but maybe a step by step tutorial on how to connect would be helpful. The location I great. We hope to be back in the future!

The property was immaculately maintained, the owners sending us letters about what all that was supplied and suggestions of what to bring. Relaxing

We spent 2 days here after 2 1/2 busy days in New Orleans. It was the fervent place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. The condo was just like the pictures. The views from the balcony were amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning from our balcony. The sunsets were just as beautiful. We watched those from the beach. We would definitely rent this condo aga. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time. #1001 is an absolutely beautiful condo with exceptional views of the beach. The 10th floor corner unit with the wrap around balcony allows truly unobstructed views of the beach and the waterway north of the beach. It is very well appointed and is just like a home away from home! No host fees make it economical too. The owners are easy to work with and try to make your stay a real pleasure!

Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores. When we sold our home we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) which is located 2/10 of one mile east of Seacrest 901. We have totally remodeled and updated Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351). Recently we purchased Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724) which is another 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom east end condo located at 921 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL. We manage and maintain Seacrest 901, Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Crystal Shores 1001. We occupy all these units during the year when not occupied by our guests. This enables us to keep all the properties updated and pristine as they are our residences as well as vacation rentals for our guests.
