Unsere Wohnung ist perfekt in der 21. Etage gelegen, direkt am Lazy River am Phoenix Orange Beach mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Türschloss, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln mithalten müssen! Vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 1.750 m² ist die Einheit sehr geräumig, neu eingerichtet und neu auf dem Mietmarkt !!

Die Annehmlichkeiten dieser Unterkunft in Phoenix Orange Beach sind reichlich vorhanden: Die Unterkunft ist mit Full-Size-Geräten, einer Wet-Bar, einem 65-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Master sowie einem 55-Zoll-Smart-TV ausgestattet Im 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master und zwei Queensize-Betten im 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer für bis zu 10 Personen.

Amazing property with beautiful views

This was our children’s first beach vacation, and this was the perfect property for it! So much to do and a balcony overlooking the ocean. There was not a second of boredom the entire trip! We will definitely be back! The beds were also super comfy and everyone actually slept!!!!

Great location

We came to Orange Beach for a quick trip before everyone headed back to school. This condo had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. Being right on the beach was great.

Annual Beach Reunion 2024

This is a beautiful setting with all kinds of places within walking distance! Updated and clean! We stayed in the 21st floor and hardly ever waited long for the elevator! Easy walk to beach-no long stairs going down either. Our teens like the pickle ball court but not really lazy River. Too many little kids but all in all it was super clean and hot tubs are large!! Our unit was a little outdated but still nice! Easy checkin and checkout! We were able to buy 3 parking passes Memorial Day week!

Orange beach family vacation 9/23

As always, Orange Beach was amazing. The condo was nice, shows some wear. Is in a good location central to alot of things and there is a lot of stuff in walking distance. Building was nice, any staff i encountered were pleasant, mostly. Beach in front of condo was nice and clean. Overall i would recommend!

Love the area of condo and all went with it but the bathrooms were not clean hair in the showers on wall and drain. Master bath dusty toothpaste or lotion on cabinets. Food wrappers behind night stand in 2 of the bedrooms.

Excellent Orange Beach Family Condo

This was the perfect Family Condo. Short distance to the beach. Views were magnificent. The lazy river was never crowded. Elevator wait times were practically none. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Things we really liked include: 1) Elevators were very fast, 2) being able to change the keycode on the door, 3) having grocery stores and restaurants right across the street, 4) the luggage carts and for-purchase ice machine in the building, 5) lazy river and slide were awesome for the kids, 6) parking garage was clean and convenient, and 7) security guard and staff were very friendly.A few minor improvements to make the property even better include: 1) adding a built-in ice maker or mini fridge in the wet bar (ice machine in fridge worked, but was very slow), 2) adding a few more dish and hand towels in the kitchen, and 3) patio door does not lock properly.

Perfect Family Getaway

This unit was perfect for our family of 5. With direct access to the beach, shopping, and sights, this property was perfect. We enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. The hidden gem was the ice machine downstairs by the pool. No need to raid you refrigerator or pay crazy prices for ice when it's so easily and cheaply accessible!

Amazing View, Convenient Location!

This home did not disappoint! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, with a breathtaking view and spacious floor plan. We had: myself and my husband; grandma and grandpa; and our 2 small children; and we always felt like we had plenty of privacy and space to spread out. We used the washer dryer and the stovetop during our stay, and both worked great. The location is unbeatable. Across the street are 3 grocery stores, Starbucks, CVS, a liquor store, and a variety of restaurants. Not to mention having instant access to the beach! I’ll also say, I was incredibly impressed by the maintenance and upkeep of the building overall. My kids swam in the indoor pool every morning, and every morning I saw them come take samples of the water to check the pH levels. Very reassuring! There was also one morning the gate to the beach was broken (by the storm or someone?) and within minutes of my noticing it, a security guard was going over to fix it. I would absolutely rent this property again and recommend anyone considering it to take the leap!

The condo was very nice if it had been clean. One of the bedrooms the comforters were awful, one looked as though it had blood drops on it and one bed looked as though it had been slept in for a month. The floors were very dirty. The coffee pot had old grounds as well as burnt coffee in it. There was a huge dragon fly dead in the kitchen light. Talking to the owner he told me he would have someone come and spruce up the place. A man came to the door with a clean comforter but, no one came to clean.
