Unsere Wohnung liegt perfekt an der beliebten Ostecke, 3. Etage, direkt am Lazy River am Phoenix Orange Beach mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf !! Vermeiden Sie die Aufzüge und parken Sie auf derselben Etage wie die Wohnung! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Türschloss, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln mithalten müssen! Vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster der Unterkunft genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 1.980 m² ist das Objekt sehr geräumig, neu eingerichtet und neu auf dem Mietmarkt !!



Die Annehmlichkeiten dieser Unterkunft in Phoenix Orange Beach sind reichlich vorhanden: Das Gerät ist mit Full-Size-Geräten, einer Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine, einem 65-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer und im 2. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 of us including kids and grand kids and it was our first time staying in a condo. We had a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and we really could have used one more bedroom and bath. I’ll go for a bigger one next time since there are so many of us. There were a few things that came up while staying there but nothing that would keep us from coming again. Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen could have used some additional items like plastic bowls with lids for our watermelon and cantaloupe. There was only one hand towel for the kitchen and 2 dish rags and no pot holders. Our shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as there was soap left on the shelf inset. We appreciated the parking garage. Honestly it was a good week with family and other than a few things noted we would stay again.

The condo is beautiful. The AC works great. The condo could have used more utensils and pots/pans but overall had basics. The ice maker was great! The washer and dryer were not the best, it took a bit of time to figure out the washer and the dryer could have been better. It took three tries to dry towels. Overall it was a great stay! I would book it again.

Wonderful trip!! Wonderful condo!! We’ve rented many condos throughout the US and this was one of the nicest we’ve had. Only complaint would be how loud the washer was. Other than that…amazing view…loved the lazy river and the condo was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

Washing machine doesn’t handle multiple beach towels but worked well otherwise! Grills outdoors (smelled great)! Fitness center was nice too! Our group parasailed with / and loved the experience & the crew was great! Highly recommend! Coastal restaurant & Zeke’s & Moe’s original BBQ across the street were great places to eat! We are ready to go back soon! FloraBama has great entertainment too!

3rd annual family trip to Orange Beach
The Phoenix Orange Beach building and facilities are wonderful. We would strongly recommend. This was the third year we stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach. Everyone loves the beach, lazy river and pool. It is conveniently located to shopping and activities. On the day it was cloudy and rainy we went to an escape room. Kids loved it. Mobile is close and offers Top Golf and the USS Alabama. The Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola is definitely worth seeing. Parasailing and dolphin watching are also near by. I loved walking the beach and sitting on the deck at sunrise and sunset. We ranged in age 14 to 72 and all of us enjoyed our stay.

Food under couches and under furniture. Toilet paper roll broken in one of the bathrooms. Several broken slats on outdoor furniture. Floors sticky and very dirty. Hairs in showers. Pots and Pans are very old, and not enough utensils for 12 people. No mixing bowls - I ended up leaving mine for the next guests. Also too much decor/clutter on tables but that is minor. Honestly, it's a beautiful view from balcony and the kids loved the lazy river and slide. We have stayed at several phoenix locations for years and this is by far an older property and not well maintained. I would not stay at this location again. But we made the best of it and had a great time on the beach and by the pool. I feel like the owners need to go in an do a revamp on furniture and kitchen needs.

Excellent property for families
We fully enjoyed the beach location and the views from every room. Also important is the fact the condo is right across from 3 supermarkets and most of the restaurants in the area. You can walk over. Lazy river and two large hot tubs were great after the beach. Nice dishes and pans for cooking ok but no condiments. I wish I’d brought more basics with me-toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc.

Every unit that we have stayed in through Phoenix Vacation Properties has been awesome.

Everyone in our 8 person party was impressed and loved all the space this condo provided. As two combined families, we needed plenty of space. This corner unit had amazing views and the balcony was so nice to sit and eat breakfast or sip a glass of wine. SOOOO convenient to have a parking spot on the third floor. Would love to come back again!

The office was closed when we arrived so we didn’t meet the property manager, but he was responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. The condo itself is roomy and easily accommodated six women. It would have been nice to have more starter supplies — toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, salt and pepper, etc. We arrived late and tired! But, all in all, we had a great stay and I would recommend this unit! Thank you!

The indoor pool, hot tub, and lazy river were perfect for the younger kids to play in for a change of scenery from the beach. The only constructive criticism we can offer the owners is that the floors should be deep cleaned between each stay and some of the nic-naks could be removed from the tables to provide a calmer setting. The stunning views and the artwork are plenty decor! Overall it was the perfect place for our large family!

It seems we broke a lot of "rules" while we were there. We tried to get a parking decal when we arrived but no one was at the desk. The next day around lunch, one of my daughters was stopped at the gate coming in from the beach and was told she needed an armband. First we had heard of that. So she went to the room to get her money for the parking pass and then was told she needed her ID. Another trip to the room. Then my other daughter was stopped and she went to the desk to purchase both of our parking passes and was told she couldn't purchase mine because she didn't have my ID. The next morning we heard a knock at the door and we were asked by the guard to move two small beach wagons from the hallway. The hallway is huge and there was only one other couple on the entire floor. We also put our tent up too close to the water, but that's not on you guys I know. We just had a few laughs about being such rebels, when we are the most boring people in the world. It would be easier to swallow it all if our condo had been clean. The doors on the cabinets, especially in the bathroom were very dirty. The corners in the rooms and baseboards were dirty. The sofa was uncomfortable as were the beds. After folding back the quilt on the bed, which I'm sure isn't washed between visitors, there was only a sheet on the bed. Hard to know when the blankets in the closet were washed last. There are too many choices down there, and I paid a LOT for this condo and I need to be really impressed with the cleanliness, the bedding, and the staff.

Cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job: Dryer lint trap was full , master shower had mold/mildew. Door to balcony was VERY VERY hard to open. A work order had been submitted to building but they haven’t fixed it. Frig was missing a shelf and drawers fell off guide. Won’t rent this one again.

Fun trip, but condo needs a few repairs.
The condo is nice , but needs some repairs. Torn bedskirt, linens did not smell fresh, (especially pillows and the ones in my bedroom were flat), paint issues and some of the upholstery needs repairs, one of the commodes doesn't flush. We liked the amount of seating in the den area and the decor was nice. The children enjoyed the lazy river and pool slide. Chairs around the pool were adequate and we liked the close access to the beach.

Nice condo at a good 3rd floor level. Liked the seamless no check in or out. Charlie was good to work with and we added an extra day which is an advantage in OB vs Destin we've found.

Review of Phoenix Orange Beach Condo #306
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was easy and headache free, and we didn’t have to deal with a lot of people or paperwork! Everything was done online! We were disappointed with the lack of accommodations for small children (no high chair, or sleep crib)! The condo needed some TLC! There were two broken lamps in the bedroom, broken glass underneath both beds in the same room, a shelf pulled off the wall, electric outlets that you could only use the bottom plug, so you couldn’t plug lamps in if you were using bottom plug for something else! The floors had not been mopped, and the baby crawling around on floor had black knees and feet five minutes after we got there! One bed seemed to have not had clean linens on it! When they tell you the cupboards, cabinets, under sinks , etc., are bare, trust me, they were! We enjoyed being on the third floor with parking on same floor! Beautiful views in this condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in spite of everything that was wrong! Glass sliding doors were very hard to open, but at least the little one’s couldn’t get out! We loved the built in ice maker! It really kept up with our needs! We loved the poly wood patio furniture! Very nice! We felt the price, just under $10,000 for a weeks stay was astronomical, and we will not do that again! We have been coming to Orange Beach for over 8 years, and have always stayed in the same condo year after year, but we waited too late to book for this year, and it was booked, as was the rest of the units, forcing us to go elsewhere! Having said all of this, we would stay here again if our other place was booked! Condos location to restaurants and entertainment is excellent!
