Dies ist die perfekte Wohnung für Ihren perfekten Urlaub! Fernandina Cay ist die perfekte Lage - nur wenige Schritte vom Meer und einen kurzen Spaziergang von Putt Putt oder Fort Clinch entfernt. Fahren Sie nicht zum Abendessen und spazieren Sie ein paar Meter zum neuen Salt Life Restaurant. Die historische Innenstadt ist nur eine kurze Fahrt die Straße hinunter. Diese Wohnung ist so günstig gelegen.

Moderne Fliesen in allen Wohnbereichen der Wohnung und neuer Teppich in den Schlafzimmern! Diese Wohnung wurde gerade eingerichtet und alle Möbel sind neu und voller Komfort. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit Meerblick und die Aussicht auf das Innere der Einheit.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es bequeme Sofas (eines davon ist ein Queen-Schlafsofa) und einen großen Smart-TV.

Der Essbereich verfügt über einen großen Tisch, der sich ideal für Familienfeiern eignet, und es gibt Barhocker für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, den Außenbalkon zu genießen, können Sie im Freien speisen oder Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen TV und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer ist mit zwei Waschbecken, einer begehbaren Dusche und einer Gartenbadewanne ausgestattet.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Murphy-Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen TV und jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Alle Zimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren und sind aufgrund der hohen Decken sehr hell und luftig.

Diese Wohnung verfügt über 1 ausgewiesenen Platz in der geschlossenen und sicheren Garage. In der Garage befindet sich ein abgeschlossener Abstellraum für Liegestühle, die Ihnen zur Verfügung stehen. Der Aufzug von der Garage aus öffnet sich direkt zum Eingang dieser Einheit. Sehr privat.

Für diejenigen, die lieber am Pool entspannen (unbeheizt), haben wir das auch! Hinter der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner, privater Poolbereich mit geschlossenem Zugang. Nach einem Tag am Meer entspannen Sie sich am Pool und genießen Sie ein erfrischendes Bad.

Es gibt viel für die ganze Familie. Die schönen Strände, mehrere Golfplätze, Tennis, Petanque, Segeln, Surfen und Paddleboarding usw. Bitte kommen Sie und sehen Sie, was Amelia zu bieten hat. Du willst nicht gehen !!

Excellent location

The location of this condo was exactly where we wanted to be, with a view of the ocean and a short walk or car ride to the town. There are multiple hoops to jump through to get inside the condo, but we always felt secure. The condo is spacious and was perfect for our long weekend. Our only complaint was the STRONG smell of bleach when we entered the first time. Glad to know the space was disinfected, but the smell was so strong it burned our nasal passages and made our eyes water. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough that we could leave some doors and windows open to speed up the air circulation.

Great Stay!

Location was great for beach access, close access to food options. A quick ride into Fernandina. House was clean and very spacious. Loved the private access to the elevator for loading and unloading. NEVER heard a neighbor in the surrounding condo units. The porch was a great place to relax and hangout at the end of the day! Would Definitely stay again!

Nice, comfortable condo with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just across the street from the beach, and Fort Clinch a block away. In addition to hanging out on the beach, we enjoyed biking at Fort Clinch and to the downtown area.

Nice condo location access to the beach, needs a little care

We had a relatively nice stay here for 6 nights. Pros: location, size of the unit, living room sofas/chairs very comfortable. Pros: great location to walk to places to eat and the beach and park. 5 minutes from the downtown with great shops and restaurants Cons: very dirty dishes in the cabinets with baked on food, only 3 coffee mugs, no dust pan or way to clean or sweep the floors, fitted sheet in primary bedroom does not fit the bed and comes off all night long, Do not book this for the pool as it as the deck/chairs are in bad shape. Also note the 'starter' pack only includes 4 beach towels - should be more for a 3 bedroom unit. This condo could be VERY nice with a few amenities and cleaning.

Perfect!

Perfect location and accomodations. We really enjoyed our stay! Was very comfortable for 3 couples, well appointed kitchen. We had two cars, able to park one under the building- we weren't sure where the 'unmarked' parking spots were- but luckily in off season there was plenty of parking in front of the building. Easy walk to bars/restaurants , ocean view and fabulous people watching. Would go back in a heart beat!

Very nice Condo, walking distance to Restaurants and Beach

Needs a mat at doorway. 2nd parking space that was to accommodate 2nd car was unavailable ( only one spot) and the same car was there everyday. Found out it was a tenants 2nd car.They did have a handicap space and we had a sticker but was advised by maintenance it was for tenants living there only. Overall was a very nice place and we would come back☺️

Great Place

Just across the street from the beach. Eating places close by. Rode bikes to Fort Clinch just down the road. Atlantic drive takes you to the heart of the downtown area. Condo was clean and parking in a secured garage area with elevator to take you to your condo. No issues. Very pleasant stay and lovely view of the ocean and could see the sunrise.

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable

Please improve your check-in instructions. That you must walk around the back of the building to enter the unit first and retrieve the parking fob was unclear. Also, the paper taped on the elevator read for Unit 102, press 2N, which was wrong and caused much delay in starting our vacation. Other then the confusing check-in, and small spaced parking garage, the condo itself was lovely and convenient for beach sunrises and a short drive to downtown.

Recent stay

Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable set-up. Comfortable furniture. Con: Not enough plates/cups for a 3 bedroom condo, no place to hang towels in master bathroom so we ended up handing towels on doors which means that the towel never fully dried out, and lack of dish towels. There were two in the condo and they got pretty dirty.

New Year Get-away

This was a second visit to this property for our group. It is clean, well maintained and comfortably furnished with adequate kitchen provisions. All appliances are current and in working condition. There were a few light bulbs in the bathroom fixtures that need to be replaced. It would be helpful if the check-in process instructions would specifically say to enter through the condo door first to find the garage opener and then enter the garage for unloading. The one thing we would appreciate is an 11AM or noon check-out as 10 came in a hurry for us. We enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. Thank you.

Fantastic beach property!

Super clean! Very roomy! Great location! Totally comfortable stay for 6 adults. Huge, fully stocked kitchen. Great washer and dryer. Clean and private pool on the property. Not a heated pool but so comfortable. A two-minute walk to the beach and the two popular area restaurants. A convenience store one-minutes' walk away. Downtown was 8 minutes away. 5 minutes to a grocery and local restaurants. Best porch on the elevated first floor where we spent time watching the waves and passersby. The porch/balcony was a family favorite early in the morning and in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the unit was updated nicely and decorated appropriately for a beach property. Above our expectations.

Happy Together Again at Fernandina Cay

2022 marked our second visit to the Fernandina Cay condo. Everything about this unit as well as its location made our family gathering wonderful...again. This unit is so spacious & nicely decorated. The kitchen & laundry are fully stocked with everything to make cooking & laundering easy to do. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, & downtown historic Fernandina. We love being able to walk down to the beach & run back to our condo during the day as desired. We also enjoyed lunch breaks on the beach at the The Sandbar restaurant. And the Salt Life restaurant is just minutes away on foot. Love having a designated parking space in the garage. There is also plenty of additional free parking in front of & across the street from the condo. We love this condo & are looking forward to our third visit next summer.

The condo and location were wonderful. The elevator from the garage directly to the condo was great. Our key set did not have a key to man door in garage as some tenants but we made it work. We had trouble with one air conditioner unit and maintenance came right away and took care of it. One of our ladies talked about bringing her family back to that specific unit. Oh trash can foot pedal was broken and just setting there and we placed it in a drawer. Just a beautiful place. Thank you so much
