Unser geräumiges und gemütliches Familienferienhaus wurde 2012 erbaut und befindet sich im beliebten NW-Viertel von Bend. Makellos ausgestattet mit zwei Wohnzimmern und allem, was Sie für einen perfekten Kurzurlaub für Ihre Familie oder eine große Gruppe benötigen. Das Haus ist zu fabelhaften Restaurants, lustigen Brauereien, dem Gourmetmarkt Newport Ave, dem Drake Park und verschiedenen Wanderwegen zu Fuß erreichbar. Bachelor Skifahren.

Unser Haus verfügt über einen großzügigen Grundriss, in dem sich unsere Gäste in mehreren Bereichen entspannen können. Sie genießen die Offenheit des Hauptwohnzimmers mit eingebautem Fernseher und Gaskamin sowie ein Esszimmer mit großem Tisch, der sich zur Terrasse öffnet. Die geschlossene / private Terrasse bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Wasserfall im Freien, einen großen Sundance-Spa für 6 Personen und einen schönen Grillplatz zum Grillen!

Die gut ausgestattete Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Utensilien / Kochgeschirr und Kochoptionen wie einem Konvektionsofen, einem Kochfeld, einem Toaster, einer Kaffeekanne und einer Mikrowelle. Es gibt viele Teller, Besteck usw., um ein schönes Abendessen zu kreieren.

Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, ein Bonuszimmer und drei Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Über eines dieser Schlafzimmer gelangen Sie zu einem weiteren Wohnbereich mit Ausziehcouch sowie einem Smart-TV und einem Gaskamin, einem kompletten Bad und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer. ** Bitte ** Beachten Sie, dass es vier Schlafzimmer gibt: eines der Schlafzimmer hat die Zugangstür zum Bonusbereich und das vierte Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit hübscher Bettwäsche ausgestattet, um optimalen Komfort zu bieten.

Great location, great hot tub

First time in Bend - love it. Neighborhood great, house great, hot tub great. Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants, easy drive to Mt Bachelor.

Great place, close to activities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is close to many establishments, and also a great home base for spending a weekend on the mountain. About 1/4 mile walk to nearby restaurants, and 1 mile to downtown. Both easily walkable.

Perfect for a family wedding

Awesome, Clean Space

What a great stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and inviting. The location was close to downtown Bend and alot of other activities and eateries. We were visiting Bend for my son’s wedding and it was great to have such a relaxing home to stay in. Thank you very much!!

Great place to stay with family and friends. The house is well supplied, roomy and comfortable. Great location, downtown Bend and parks all within walking distance. My only suggestion is to improve the front and back yards by removing weeds.

Great location and house layout

We ran into a couple of issues upon check in, but the host was really communicative and understanding. The house was awesome for a group of people. All bed rooms are upstairs which made it nice for noise management. Plenty of parking and good location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

This Bend home is cozy, well-equipped and a fabulous location. You are walking distance to great markets, restaurants, and parks. Great house in wonderful location!

We were in town for a pickleball tournament and this house was perfect for our large group of adults. The location is very convenient and the home is extremely well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils and pans and all the basics needed for cooking. Two car garage was great given the heat. Fans and central air kept us cool. A++! Thank you!

Convenient location

Great home within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and park. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Especially enjoyed use of large garage to keep golf clubs and bikes in.

Great location and space to spread out

Our first time in Bend. The property location was great. Close to the market, restaurants, and Drake Park. Some construction is going on in the area which actually helped eliminate any road noise. The home had plenty of space to spread out for our family gathering of 9. We liked that the number of bathrooms was plentiful and one even had enough space for a makeshift office for virtual work meetings. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have the garage to store our gear. We enjoyed our time in Bend and appreciated Annie's responsiveness. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay

Our family converges in Bend every summer. This rental had a great location and management was very responsive. The house was large and spacious to accommodate our family. I appreciated the kitchen appliances and extra bedding, towels, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay

The house was great. Well equipped kitchen. Way more equipment and appliances than any other rental house I've stayed in. Nice bathrooms. Hot tub was broken when we got there but the host was able to get someone out to fix it so we got to enjoy it for 1 day. Communication was great and they made up for the hot tub issue. Only a few negatives. The listing says it sleeps 10 but I think that's only if couples share a bed. There are 4 bedrooms with 1 bed in each. 1 pull out couch. The other couch doesn't pull out. 2 people had to sleep on the sectional couch. So I wouldn't say it sleeps 10. Landscaping could use some attention. It doesn't really matter for a rental but there were massive weeds trying to over grow the steps to the hot tub. Front yard could use some attention. The fridge took a very long time to cool down.

Beautiful Bend Home

We had a wonderful time staying in this stunning Bend home! The location is amazing, with so many fantastic restaurants within a short walk. The house is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and was well stocked with everything we needed. There is so much to do in Bend, and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. We had the perfect vacation and would highly recommend staying in this rental.

Awesome Weekend!

The house is great and the location is perfect. Short walk to Drake Park across the bridge and you are downtown. Lots of good food within walking distance. Newport Avenue Market is awesome. Breakfast is a must from Nancy P’s. It’s a great basecamp for all the things to do in Bend. The owners thought of everything. If we forgot it, it was probably in the cupboards. We would definitely stay there again.

beautiful home close to everything!

we absolutely loved our stay. bend is one of our favorite places to visit and this trip did not disappoint. this home was perfect for our family of four, including our two teenage boys. they loved the bonus room and hot tub! the home was incredibly comfortable. beautiful linens, towels and pillows. and a fully stocked kitchen. we certainly felt home. anne added so many sweet touches around the house. a super gracious gift upon our arrival, convenient charging stations around the house, internet boosters and super cozy blankets to snuggle up with. this home is well located to everything! the newport market, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, downtown bend, first street rapids park, drake park, the list goes on. we can’t wait to come back! thank you for opening up your home to our family.

A Wonderful Introduction to Bend

This vacation rental provided a wonderful introduction for my family and our close friends to Bend, OR. It was very comfortable with excellent furnishings and all of the homey appointments we could need. The location was perfect for us - walkable to a collection of shops including a neighborhood market, a coffee shop and bakery, and some excellent lunch and dinner dining. It was also a short (incredibly easy) drive into old downtown Bend for additional shopping and dining. The hosts were highly responsive and helpful prior to the trip, so much so that we had all of the answers by the time we arrived - the posted information around the house was helpful as well. The only real wrinkle to the house is that the master bedroom is also a passthrough room to access the accessary unit - not a big deal for us, as we communicated among our guests well and there is a side entrance to the accessary unit. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon. Bend is a real treat.
