The stay was AMAZING! Kathy, the property owner was attentive and easy to assess, (we didn’t have to call her for anything). She checked in throughout our five day stay to ensure everything was ok. Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in Destin! The beach is amazing and there are lots to do nearby and it's a short drive to Harbor walk where all the action is. The condo is just as described and shown in the pictures. The view of the balcony was amazing! We watched the sunrise and moonrise from the balcony during our stay there. The house came fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The rental is just as described in the website. Easy to access and no problems checking in; our Vaca started right away. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and great balcony view! Enjoyed cooking with a view and walking our meals off at the beach, just a few steps away. Ready to book again!

The condo was great. Impressive views. Parking was fantastic just a few steps from elevators. Property managers worked with us to make the stay memorable. Property was spacious and well maintained and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

This property has an amazing view of the beach. It was so relaxing sitting at the dinner table with family over Thanksgiving watching the waves. The property manager is amazing and answered all my questions. I will book this beautifully decorated unit for my next family vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation!

The condo is in a great location. The beach, pool, and several good restaurant’s are in walking distance. It’s also a short drive to the harbor where we rented a tiki boat and enjoyed good food. We enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning from the balcony which has a beautiful view of the gulf. Kathy and her husband were easy to work with and had several recommendations for restaurant’s, which we took them up on. My family and I really enjoyed are stay! We will be back!!

Home away from Home

Kathy is simply amazing! She gave us recommendations on places to try in the area and none of them disappointed! This was our first trip to Destin we came for our 10 year anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We will be staying again next year.

Very nice updated condo with the best views of the beach. Perfect location and close to everything. The owners, Lynn and Kathy are the most kindest people you will meet and will go out of their way to make sure everything is up to your standards and comfortable. Would 1000% recommend.
