Girls trip

The unit was great. The entire property was very clean! Only downfall was the elevator and beach chairs. To get second row beach chairs, you need to be in line by 7:30, unless you paid for them out of pocket for the week. The umbrellas were not able to be used when it was windy and they would not allow us to put up a shabumi shade over our chairs- you can go to the left or the right of the chair rows with your own gear but it fills up super early.

We couldn’t check in because we were told the place was trashed from the people before us the lamps were broken and it had blood on it the sheets also had blood stain we showed the lady there the AC didn’t start working till two days after we checked in thanks to the lady working there she called some to check it out it was just not satisfactory and all they did was sorry well extend your checkout smh

Beautiful and cozy!

Room was better than described! We felt like we had plenty of room, beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from near by that were very good. Only negative thing was the elevator. There were plenty to choose from but over half were broke down while we were there. Of course that is no fault of the owners. Thanks for allowing us to visit the beach and stay in your wonderful condo!

Fun for the entire family

We love it!! There is fun for the entire family. Condo was clean…. The only negative to the stay was the elevator wait. If you need to get somewhere in a hurry, you have to plan ahead. The middle elevators seem to be quicker. We plan to stay again! The view is amazing and the location is great. Super close to Pier Park, and that’s a plus if you have a teen!

Very nice. Outside pools were very cold. Should be heated. Condo needed more trash bags for kitchen trash can, paper towels, and dish soap for kitchen sink.

Lots of space

Check-in was horrible because everyone checks in and out at the same time, so it was really crowded. The condo was lovely and just like the pictures. My family had plenty of room to spread out and everyone was comfortable. We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly. We'd love to come back, but would ne nice if check in could be staggered.

Never Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had several broken bar stools, ceiling leaked in kitchen, pantry door broken, elevators were horrible. We were threatened by an extremely aggressive and rude female security person. She claimed we were stomping on floor and 3 units complained about the noise. I subsequently spoke with surrounding neighbors and no one heard anything from our unit. She claimed she stood outside our door for 5-10 minutes. My daughter was outside our condo 3 minutes before her arrival packing for the beach and no one was there. In front of my 4 grand children (1,2,5,7) she threatened to call the police and evict us. We tried to explain that our balcony door was causing the noise but she refused to listen. My son n law tried to call the children away from the conversation and she thought he was talking back to her. She jutted her chest out and stepped towards me in an aggressive manner like she was going to hit me. We were all extremely upset and worried that we would be evicted. The only thing we did different following her visit was not open and close the balcony door. We did not receive another complaint. That shows that it WAS the balcony door and she lied about the other units complaining. We were in unit 3002. We will NEVER stay at TIDEWATER again.

Large condo, lots of room for a larger family.

The items such as ice maker was beyond repair but we just bought ice. The only issue I had was the comfort of the beds, they were hard. O felt like I was sleep on a board. I’d recommend upgrading mattresses or buy some nice mattresses toppers. If I stayed any longer, I would have to purchase an eggshell to get me through. I recommend bringing your own pillows, the pillows were flat!! Other than that, it was a nice condo.
