Dieses schöne Keys-Haus wurde gerade komplett renoviert, mit neuer Küche, Badezimmern, Fliesen und den Arbeiten. Alle neuen Möbel und Geräte. Eine der besten Straßen in Key Colony Beach, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Captain Jacks Restaurant und dem Glunz Hotel entfernt.

Das schöne Haus bietet kostenlosen Zugang zum nur wenige Schritte entfernten Cabana Club. Freuen Sie sich auf einen Pool in olympischer Größe, einen Whirlpool, einen schönen Sandstrand, Speisen und Getränke mit Blick auf den Ozean.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Fernseher und ein begehbares Badezimmer. Das Master-Badezimmer ist geräumig mit ebenerdiger Dusche und eigenem Eingang nach außen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Tagesbett. Hall Badezimmer hat eine Dusche / Badewanne.

Schöne neue Küche mit allen neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl. Bartresenplätze 5. Großer Wohnbereich mit Sofa und Stühlen mit großem neuen Fernseher. Hinterhof hat eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kanal und den Einlass. Es sind nur 2 Häuser vom Ende des Kanals entfernt.

Vor dem Haus bietet Platz für zwei Autos mit Platz an der Seite für Bootsanhänger. 30-Fuß-Dock kann die meisten Boote leicht passen.

Nice and Comfortable

Nice and comfortable place. Key Colony has some rules that you want to be aware of prior to staying here. Nothing significant, just small stuff such as there is no mail or FedEx/UPS/Etc. But that’s ok or you can order the items and then pick them up from USPS/FedEx/UPS office. Other than that, fitting a 28’ boat is tight and you can’t lift your engine as the dock is barely 30’ Outside of those two items; place was clean, well stocked, back yard was nice, Cabana Club was a bit tacky yet still nice. We enjoyed our almost three weeks here and would come back again!

Great 4th of July week!!!

Great property and location. For either 2 couples or small family, this is a perfect vacation home. This home also accommodates a small boat if you choose to bring yours. This home also provides club access at the beach side which is a great perk. Home has all necessities for the cook and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. A great stay- thank you. Oh and one more very important detail....it’s pet friendly. Our four legged family member had a blast.

Paradise

The place looked exactly like in the pictures, beautifully decorated and had everything you need. I was surprised to see the paddle board as I knew about the kayak. Always great to have the toys 😉The location is great with the Key Colony Club up the street which had music poolside on Sunday. I also liked that is was only four units away from the inlet so we sat on the deck in the morning watching the boats go out. I definitely would recommended it. Sandy was a doll to work with, always answered any questions. Thanks Sandy

Great month of sunshine with family!

Everything was new and sparkling clean. Our needs were met expediently by the landlord and property-manager. The location was convenient to the Cabana Club pool and restaurants we enjoyed. I would recommend this spot for a small family to gather to experience lovely amenities and weather.

Trip of a Lifetime

A trip of a life time! We stayed at the KCB Angler retreat for 4 nights and it was truly a fishing paradise. We were able to catch many Cobia and Wahoo the days we were there. My boyfriend and I were able to dock our 20 foot MAKO behind the house with no problems. Each morning, before we would head out for our day of spearfishing, we would enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio and watch the sun come up over the canal. Once back from a long hot day, we were able to relax in the clean and comfortable home that the wonderful hosts provided. When it came to dinner we were able to use the newly renovated kitchen too cook our catch of the day. I would definitely recommend staying this beautiful home. It was truly a paradise.

Great property

WONDERFUL STAY & WONDERFUL HOSTS!!! The communication was fabulous along with the accommodations. The space is wonderful for a family Lots of room to move around with ample comfortable places to sleep. Home is well stocked with every-day items one would use. The evenings are fabulous with the views over the canal. Home is in a great neighborhood where you can feel safe leaving something outside. I would highly recommend this property and these generous and wonderful hosts.

Amazing and Beautiful Home!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this house for a few days. Key Colony Beach is the single best location in all of the Florida Keys and this house was amazing. The house was completely renovated in 2018 with new kitchen, appliances, including a new washer and dryer. The kitchen was also well stocked which is very important to us. We brought our 20' boat since the house has an ample dock. Every night we enjoyed a cold beverage and watched the sunset over the canal. We are definitely going to be coming back.
