Wenn Sie den zweiten Stock betreten, werden Sie die Geräumigkeit mit den hohen Decken und dem offenen Grundriss spüren. Sie werden sofort einen Pool auf Decksebene direkt neben dem Wohn- und Essbereich bemerken. Das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer haben jeweils große Fenster und Schiebetüren, die den Poolbereich umgeben, sodass jeder von allen Poolaktivitäten getrennt sein kann, egal ob drinnen oder draußen. Das Hotel liegt nur 2 Blocks vom Strand und wenige Schritte von der Isle of Palms Marina entfernt. Freuen Sie sich auf den von Bäumen gesäumten Hinterhof. Dies ist ein prächtiges Zuhause mit erstaunlichen Freiflächen, es ist eine wunderbare Oase für Familien, um sich zu versammeln. Sechs Schlafzimmer und sechs Badezimmer, ein Aufzug, der alle Ebenen bedient; Von der Garage zum Dachdeck. Für zusätzliche Unterhaltung gibt es in der Garage (1. Etage Erdgeschoss) einen Tischtennisraum sowie einen Unterhaltungsraum im 3. Stock mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher und Wet. Neben einer großen Gourmetküche mit Küchengeräten auf Kochebene gibt es eine geräumige Kücheninsel mit Frühstückstheke. Ubers are a bit hard to come by if you want to go to Charleston, but the house is so gorgeous, you might not want to leave! We eat in the whole week so having a large kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, well equipped is wonderful. While the stove has 6 burners they are all on high, could not adjust so that was tricky. We have a disabled family member so need the elevator but he was unable to use his power chair because the the elevator was not deep enough; his manual chair barely fit. The pool is small but no one minded. Separate living area was great for the teenagers. Will definitely rent this home again.

The bedding in all rooms is very basic and not what you would expect for a house that rents for this price. The bathrooms were clean, but the house was not spotless. We had to clean ourselves a few days. The pool was great. The ping pong room was dirty and not useable in the Summer. The kitchen is beautiful, but lacks utensils, cookware and a blender, which is not what you would expect for the expense house. Great location, and a great space...needs updating and a thorough cleaning for the price.

Had to call maintenance for shower not drawing and toilet not flushing. Ran out of propane in the middle of grilling. Speaker system in house did not work, pool not clean when we arrived, trash was full. Garage was filthy had to sweep, so was the ping pong table room. Dead bug in bedroom. Paid a lot of money expected home to be clean, walls were dirty, shouldn’t have to tell cleaning to invest in magic erase. Feel like we should be refunded some money for the inconvenience, didn’t come on vacation to clean, ridiculous!

Wonderful place!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not do this house justice. It is much nicer and updated in person than the pictures portray. We stayed with 12 adults and had plenty of room. It was very close to the beach access. One toilet was not working upon arrival, and the maintenance staff was quick to resolve the issues. We would rent here again.

The owners had a nice wagon and beach chairs that came very handy. Island Realty was great to work. We would definitely recommend this home and utilizing Island Realty.
