Das Garden Cottage ist ein modernes, offen geschnittenes Cottage in der wohlhabenden und begehrenswerten Gegend von Branksome Park, Poole. Es wurde von TripAdvisor mit dem Zertifikat für Exzellenz ausgezeichnet. Das Cottage bietet alle erwarteten Annehmlichkeiten und luxuriöse Details eines Boutique-Rückzugs. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und flexibler Schlafanordnung bietet es eine ausgezeichnete familien- oder freundeorientierte Unterkunft.

Das Haus ist entlang einer ruhigen und abgelegenen Wohnstraße angefahren. In der Auffahrt können 2 Autos geparkt werden. Auf der Straße stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Beim Betreten des Grundstücks werden Sie mit einem außergewöhnlich hellen, gewölbten offenen Wohnraum begrüßt. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich verfügt über ein großes bequemes Sofa mit Flachbildfernseher, Hi-Fi, WIFI und Holzofen. Bei Bedarf kann das Sofa zum Doppelbett geöffnet werden. Die Küche enthält alle neuen, modernen Geräte, darunter einen Backofen, ein Kochfeld, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Nespresso-Maschine und eine Mikrowelle. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie ein Begrüßungsset. Viel Stauraum ist vorhanden und verfügt über einen integrierten Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Große Terrassentüren bieten Zugang zum abgeschiedenen und ruhigen Garten. Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und gastronomische Einrichtungen finden Sie auf der Hauptterrasse und im Deckbereich.

Wenn Sie ein paar Stufen hinaufsteigen, gelangen Sie zum Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einem zweiten Schlafzimmer neben der Familientoilette, dem Duschbad und der separaten Wäscherei. Das helle und luftige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, Stauräume und einen Flachbildfernseher. Angeschlossen ist das Ensuite mit Bad / Dusche, WC und Waschbecken mit Kosmetikspiegel. Das zweite Schlafzimmer enthält ein Doppelbett, das je nach Bedarf in 2 Einzelbetten aufgeteilt werden kann. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden alle 7 Tage gewechselt.

Das Cottage liegt nur 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Westbourne und all den angesagten Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants entfernt, die es zu bieten hat. Der Zugang zum Strand erfolgt über Branksome Chine. Etwas weiter entfernt gibt es eine gute Anbindung an die A35 oder A338, die Sie zum Poole Quay bzw. ins Stadtzentrum von Bournemouth bringen.

Great Cottage 15min walk to the beach

We had a pleasant stay at the Garden Cottage! Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only 10-15min walk to the Beach or next Pub. Very much recommended!

Tolles Cottage, sehr gut gelegen!

Das Cottage ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Zum Strand kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten durch den Park laufen. Der Garten/ Terrasse laden zu netten Abenden draußen ein. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastic find

The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

Fewell Wedding Weekend

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

Location Location Location

The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation. Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb. We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

Very comfortable stay in a nice location.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends. Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

A very enjoyable stay

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table. The location is good for the beach and the promenade. We'd stay again

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth. The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too. Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

Excellent Property & Location

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property. My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage. Lovely accommodation- just disappointed in the second bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but there is no surface for products so had to use the windowsill and floor. The bedding was also inferior. Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost. Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls.. The steep front steps are not mentioned in the description which may be an issue for some people. Our overall experience of the accommodation was very good but hope the above would help to improve the marketing of the property for the hosts.

Wonderful time

We had a marvellous stay with my son, the house is somewhat magical, we loved the little attention left for us such as croissant and candies. The location is quiet and sunny, the huge windows are amazing for that. Very close to the beach we walked there every times. A great property for a self catering stay.

The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.

Luxury property in glorious location

September break in sunny Bournemouth

Bright, comfortable open plan property with everything we needed plus a lovely outdoor sitting and eating area. Pleasant 15 minute walk to a great beach in one direction and Westbourne with its shops and restaurants in the other, couldn’t fault it .

Amazing property

Anyone thinking of booking this property will not be disappointed, We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August and fell in love with the place. The open plan living area is stunning and the bedrooms are comfortable with a luxurious feel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the complementary croissants were a lovely welcome. Although the property is in a residential area it’s well located for everything you need, Tesco is a quick drive away & so it Bournemouth & sandbanks. The beach is about a 15 min walk but we tended to drive and park in an adjacent street. I would rate this property 10/10 & can honestly say this is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in (and we go away about 3/4 times a year) so we will definitely book again! 😀
