Dieses beliebte Urlaubsziel ist geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über ein elegantes Dekor an der Küste von Florida. Genießen Sie morgens einen Kaffee auf Ihrer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golf oder Ihren privaten Balkon vor dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett (ideal für Kinder), während das Gäste-Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene über eine Königin verfügt. Am Ende eines sonnenverwöhnten Strandtages gibt es in jedem Zimmer Unterhaltung mit Flachbildfernseher. Neuer Gasgrill ab 1. März 2019. Great place for family stay
Three generations enjoyed this lovely home right on the ocean. The decks both had a great view of the ocean, the rooms were big and each had a private bath. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and the location was ideal...quiet and a few blocks away from all the action. Really enjoyed this little gem hidden near the entrance to Fort Pickens.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Portside Villas #5--it was a great location and fit for our family with the space and views and access to the beach. A few things to mention though that could have improved our stay. We found several pots and pans that were dirty and greasy with food stuck to them that had to be cleaned before using--clearly previous renters had put away dirty in that condition but still not great to discover. The rug in the main area had food crumbs visibly in a lot of spots when we arrived. Our sheets were sandy the first night we got in them and we had not gone to the beach or anywhere outside as we arrived late so the sand was not from us. Also, there was only one set of towels per person in the bathrooms. Management should oversee quality of cleaning and amenities a little more closely before check in. In spite of these issues we really enjoyed our stay and space. Staff was responsive to deal with AC and elevator problems swiftly and offered great recommendation when we got a flat tire during our stay. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Our family had the BEST week here. The location is perfect, we didn’t even have to put our shoes on to go to the beach. We had our three daughters with us, ages 11, 10, and 3. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Perfect Location
Beautiful property at a perfect location. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children. Only issue we had was someone before us had seemingly placed a fresh catch from the ocean in the fridge and the fridge smelled terribly the whole week we were there. Not much a cleaning crew can do to fix that with a short turnaround each Saturday though. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

It was a home away from home
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spacious, comfortable, close to everything, and the beach views and access were fantastic! The elevator was very nice to use with unloading our luggage and groceries upon arrival and loading luggage to head home. The house was equipped with our needs. Thank you for the use of the beach towels and beach chairs. They made the beach very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again. The house is close to everything we like to do and the places we like to eat. So the location is wonderful and perfect, which worked out well for our family. A favorite spot was the table behind the couch. It's a wonderful place to eat breakfast and drink coffee or tea in the morning. We could sit and take in the views. We did this on a rainy morning and thought the table was a wonderful furniture placement. The checking in process was different than what we have used with other rentals. We were used to the code box on the doors. But picking the keys up at the 24 hour office and dropping off in the key box worked out well. We were glad the 24 hour pick up office and the drop off key box was an option. With our 13 hour drive, we would not be able to do the regular hours. I think the only problem we had, there were only 3 cereal bowls and there were 4 of us. Those were the only bowls in the cabinet. So maybe add a few more. But that's the biggest complaint, which isn't much at all. Thank you for the use of the home. We look forward to staying again.

So close to the beach!
Very nice unit! Amazing views and the walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes over the boardwalk. They had a few items in the garage to use at the beach, chairs, umbrella, floaties etc. Far enough out of town to feel calm but still so close it was only a few minutes drive. Fort Pickens farther down is completely worth going to and walking around. Would stay here again!

The location, views, 3 levels of outdoor living space, very expensive fine quality outdoor furniture (we Googled it!) garage parking, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc…just can’t be beat!! There was an issue with cleanliness due to a hurricane evacuee that was allowed to stay there with a canine family member, and thus we encountered a lot of dog hairs all over and pet urine on the couch, pillows, living area rug, and tons of hair in and around the washer & dryer. My mom and sister are allergic to pet hairs. We reported that to the rental agency and I’m sure that the owners will be taking care of it. We will definitely stay here again. The beach is literally 30 seconds out the door. The best restaurants are a five minute drive.Airport is 30 minutes away.

We have stayed in other condos in Pensacola over the years, and this was definitely a great set up for our trip. My biggest complaint was the lack of basic cleaning supplies that weren't provided, like a broom, hand soap, Windex for cleaning the glass topped tables, etc. Basic supplies that a renter shouldn't need to purchase for staying a week at the beach. We try to keep the condos we rent clean throughout the week, but were unable to do so without investing in our own supplies.

You can read my review - should be just previous to this one - to get an idea of how much we are enjoying being here!!! To add to that - Our favorite things, other than a beautiful place that’s well equipped and has the most comfortable of beds (always important!) are having the Gulf right out the front door, watching amazing sunrises and sunsets from inside the family room and sitting outside on the decks upstairs and down and the convenience of having so many restaurants with great seafood so close at hand, right here on the beach. This is THE BEST vacation rental we have ever had. By the way, the photos are good but this place is actually larger than the photos make it look. We love it here!

We’ve been here a month, renting off season while our house is being completed, and we feel as if we are on a lovely vacation every day. The views of the Gulf from their several outside decks, and from inside, are fabulous, there is everything one needs for day to day living, the furnishings are upscale and the beds are amazing - great mattresses and every comfort thought of. It really lives so well and can accommodate lots of people comfortably because of the way it is set up. The three bedrooms and three baths work really well. Everything is spotless and they even have something you seldom find in a rental and that is professional type knives for meal prep. What a joy! The owners are absolutely wonderful and have obviously put a lot of thought into making this such a fabulous rental. They and Paradise Beach Homes are so pleasant to work with. We used to own a beach rental here so I have dealt with PBH for over a decade and wouldn’t rent through any other beach group. Everyone is so responsive and goes out of their way to make things easy! This rental is PERFECT!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely hate the check-in time. However; this place was awesome. Very clean and everything we needed was in place. Enjoyed the views and the comfort of this condo.
