Willkommen bei Nani Kai, die "schöne Meer 'in Hawaii bedeutet. Wir befinden uns am beliebtesten befindet und begehrtesten Wohnkomplex auf Maui, Kamaole Sands.

Was macht Kamaole Sands Maui besten und beliebtesten Resort-Wohnkomplex sind die Annehmlichkeiten, die 15 Hektar großen tropischen Gärten, Brunnen, Wasserfälle, Koi-Teiche, Pools, Jacuzzi Whirlpools, Tennisplätze, Fitness-Center, Freizeitzentren, Gasgrills sind und kostenlose Parkplätze.

Es ist direkt vor Kamaole III Beach (einer der besten Strände auf Maui) und wenige Minuten vom Kamaole I, II Kamaole, Keawekapu, Elua und Wailea Strände. Wegen seiner Nähe zu Wailea ist es Schritte von erstklassigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gourmetküche, Resorts, Stränden und Golf.

Dieses geräumige 887 Quadratmeter Einheit im Gebäude 8, 3. Etage wurde komplett im August 2007 renoviert mit Fliesen durch-out einschließlich der Terrasse, neue, frische Farbe, neue Geräte, neue Lampen, neue Fans, neue Armaturen und Hardware.

Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in einem klassischen modernen Stil mit tropischem Flair eingerichtet. Die schlichte Eleganz des Geräts werden Sie sich entspannt, erfrischt und ausgeruht. Wir haben gerade gekauft einen neuen König Sealy Posturepedic für das Schlafzimmer, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie die meisten erholsamen Schlaf zu haben. Unsere Bettwäsche sind von höchster Qualität und unsere Handtücher sind Plüsch aus 100% Baumwolle. Wir bieten sogar extra große Badetücher, Liegestühle und Kühler. Alles was Sie benötigen ist nachdenklich vorgesehen, um das Gerät zu Hause weg von zu Hause aus machen.

Home Away From Home

First impression was we honestly weren't sure. But it didn't take long until we felt right at home. This place was the perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed....and more. It even had scotch tape!! Elly was a fantastic host...very approachable, pleasant, and accommodating. She customed our stay to meet our needs, which made our stay exceptionally pleasant right up until the end. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to re-visit Maui. Quick little Get-a-way

The Condo was perfect and located in our favorite Kamaole Sands Property! The owner was extremely responsive and communication was easy and helpful. The condo was clean & comfortable and we genuinely enjoyed our little escape. We would definitely rent this unit again. Great stay!

Elly's vacation home is a perfect location if you'd like to be a close distance to the beaches, local restaurants, and stores in Kihei and Wailea. It was a good home base for us as we explored the upcountry, Haleakala National Park, Paia, Maalea harbor, and West Maui. Instructions were very clear and communication is prompt. If you sleep more comfortably with the AC on at night, be mindful that the AC system runs for 6 hours max on one cycle, which you can turn on again.

Excellent accommodations

Staying at the Kamaole Sands was a great decision. It was clean and located very close to several beaches and several delightful restaurants. Being from Alaska, we dont have much beach gear, except for swimming suits. However, the owner of the condo that we stayed at had beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards, as well as a wagon to haul everything in. We had a wonderful time. Kamaole Sands was a lovely respite after a hard day of play.

Great place to come back to after activities

This condo is located a walking distance from the beach. It is spacious and very well equipped. Communication with the owner, Elly, was excellent. We had a lovely time there. We strongly recommend staying there.

Great location!!

Overall, our stay was great. We had a few issues...the outdoor furniture on the balcony was very uncomfortable and for the amount of time we spent on it, we would have loved something with cushions and more comfort. The floors were filthy from day one! We could smell it was cleaned when we walked in, but when walking on the floor our feet would be filthy. There was not enough seating in the livingroom. The couch is small and very lived in. Has room for larger comfortable furniture so an upgrade is needed. Other than those issues we had a great time in Hawaii. A big plus was the location. Within walking distace of so much.

Very nice 1 Bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms 👍(nice benefit). The facility is very clean and the furniture in good condition. Bed mattress seamed like new, very comfortable . Overall facility well maintained. The condo is where Wailea and Kihei cities joint. 2 minute walk to beach. Great location to drive around the island. Kameole Sands is a great property with easy beach access, pool, parking and very clean outdoor grills. Unit 8303 is tucked away and secluded. The photos accurately depict the interior of the condo. The kitchen is recently upgraded and amazingly - the knives are sharp (dull condo knives are a pet peeve of mine.). We had a glitch when we first arrived, and the owner Elly immediately remedied the issue to our great satisfaction. She is a contentious and gracious owner. Our trip highlights included sunsets watching sea turtles napping on the sand.

We are Sean and Elly Foley. We have lived on Maui for over 30 years. We just love our island paradise and can't imagine living anywhere else. Because of our intimate knowledge of Maui, we love to share the many secrets of Maui with our guests to make their visit extraordinary. Since we bought the condo, our boys are constantly pestering us to take them there to enjoy the pool, tennis courts and especially Kamaole III beach park. We just love spending time there and on the rare occassion when we could, it's hard to tear ourselves away to go back to reality.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It was a no brainer to purchase a unit at Kamaole Sands when we decided to invest in a vacation rental. We never even consider other condo complexes. Kamaole Sands is by far the BEST in South Maui. Because it was originally built as a hotel, Kam Sands has all the ammenities of a hotel including fitness center, pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, fountains, ponds, gardens, picnic tables, barbecues. Not only that, but the rooms are much larger than at other condo complexes.

It's a tie between the bed and the beach. The brand new King size bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than the bed we have at home. We have a hard time getting out of bed to walk down to one of the best beaches on Maui. Kamaole III beach park is great for snorkeling, diving, swimming, boogy boarding, surfing or just laying out on the warm soft sand.
