Die Villa Daniso ist eine komfortable, geräumige Villa, die sich perfekt für einen Familienurlaub eignet. Die Villa verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer und 6 Bäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer im viktorianischen Stil mit einer viktorianischen Badewanne mit Messingfüßen. Es gibt auch ein geräumiges Ankleidezimmer mit Bad.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer (ohne Bad) verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zur überdachten Naya und zum Poolbereich. Die Schlafzimmer 3 und 4 sind miteinander verbundene Zimmer mit einem eigenen Bad. Eines dieser beiden Zimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Das andere Zimmer hat ein großes Etagenbett. Das fünfte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer en suite. Über eine Innentreppe erreichen Sie das sechste Schlafzimmer (sehr geräumig) im zweiten Stock. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist in der Tat ein kleines Studio mit einem Arbeitsplatz (Schreibtisch), einem kleinen Platz zum Sitzen und einem Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad sowie einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse im 2. Stock. Die Terrasse im zweiten Stock bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge und kann bei Bedarf überdacht werden. Diese Terrasse ist auch über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit separatem Eingang und zwei Einzelbetten.

Die Küche ist geräumig und komplett ausgestattet mit einem neuen Geschirrspüler und einer Mikrowelle, einem großen Kühlschrank und einem angrenzenden Raum mit Waschmaschine und Bügelset. Alle Utensilien sind vorhanden und ein Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher usw.

Der Esstisch hat 10 Plätze und der Essbereich befindet sich neben der Küche. Im selben Bereich hängt ein Flachbildfernseher (inkl. DVD-Player und Karaoke), der an die Satellitenschüsseln angeschlossen ist.

Alle Zimmer im Haus verfügen über Klimaanlage warm / kalt und Gaszentralheizung. Die Villa verfügt über einen zusätzlichen Wasserspeicher, der im Hochsommer sehr nützlich ist, wenn der Wasserdruck in Moraira niedrig sein kann.

Außerhalb des Hauses befinden sich mehrere (überdachte) Terrassen mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenliegen in der Nähe des Pools. Auf einer Terrasse neben der Sommerküche steht ein großer Esstisch. Die Sommerküche ist überdacht und die Terrasse mit Esstisch kann bei Bedarf überdacht werden.

Es gibt viel Platz, um Tischtennis und Minifußball zu spielen. Der gesamte Bereich rund um das Haus ist eingezäunt.

Neben dem Pool befindet sich eine zusätzliche Dusche und im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Gebäude mit einem weiteren Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette).

Zwei Autos können innerhalb des Geländes geparkt werden.

In der direkten Nachbarschaft der Villa Daniso gibt es viele Kiefern und Eukalyptusbäume und es weht immer eine leichte Meeresbrise.

Autumn vacation

We had a very nice family stay with 9 persons in october. Everything is in very good shape, landowner is personally taking care of the place and the equipments (kitchen, mosquito nets on doors and windows, ...). Good layout for small children and elderly (if parking outside the property which works well). We appreciated good beds and paid extra for pool heating. View is limited, but as on the photos. Hallo an Alle, die Ihr Euch das Objekt anschaut! Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sauber und tip top in Ordnung. Der Vermieter Ruud Molhoek ist sehr freundlich und macht alles, um seine Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Der Pool ist super und wurde alle 2-3 Tage gesäubert. Es ist ein absolutes Wohlfühlhaus ! Danke Ruud, es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht, bei Euch zu wohnen. Hasta la vista !

We highly recommend this villa for large groups

Our group of 14 people, including three infants and children of different ages, stayed at Villa Daniso for 12 days. We were very happy with the house, the surrounding terrace and pool area and had great communication with the friendly and helpful owners of the house from the day we placed our order until we left. The cleanliness of the house was as good as possible and a lot of activities outside the house so that we ended up spending a lot of time there (pool, table tennis, fuseball). We ordered pool heating to get the temperature of the pool up to 29 degrees Celcius, which was a good decision since that temperature showed to be excellent for the kids to play in the pool for extended periods of time. As an example of the positive and helpful communication with the owners, they provided us beds and children seats for all three infants as well as two trolleys. We got some helpful suggestions for the transport between the Alicante airport and the house and also about stores and restaurants in Moraira. And when the owners of the house got to know that we would be arriving after midnight at their house, they even offered us to send them a list of things from the grocery store we would like to have at the house at our arrival, and earlier that day they went shopping for us. Moraira is a nice place with a few sand beaches and decent restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. However, there is no grocery store close to the house and there are almost no sidewalks in the Pinar del Advocat residential area. We would recommend having a rental car during the stay at the house (using taxis to get to the store and back might be enough for those who don't think they need to go often to the store). We are very happy with our stay at Villa Daniso and highly recommend selecting this house when planning a vacation.

Fantastic Villa

Had an amazing time at this villa with two families, it was very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The communication from Ruud & Nina was excellent. Just a 25 min walk down to Moraira and the Paella evening prepared by Nick was fantastic. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely like to return to this villa.

Perfect family villa.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are fantastic. The family never left the villa. There was 13 of us and we had more than enough space in and out of the villa. The host was very accommodating and on hand for any assistance. The villa itself was well maintained and absolutely spotless. The location was really good and it was a nice quiet area. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The villa is fantastic, 12 of us stayed and the ages ranged from 15 months to 61 years of age and everyone had a great time, the villa had everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool was a great size. Nice villa in a beautiful area

We rented this house for two weeks in July 2024. We were 14 guests in the age of 1-73 and we had a great time. The villa is spacious and well equipped and all the families had their own bathrooms. Outside there was also enough space for everyone and the pool was lovely. We recommend to have a rental car as there is a 20-25 minute walk to the beach/shops. We had some small problems but they were solved very fast. Nina and Ruud answered quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend this villa for a family holiday!

Flott høstferie med storfamilie

Vi var 8 voksne og 6 barn mellom 2,5 og 69 år, som alle var svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Huset var romslig og praktisk med god beliggenhet i et rolig og lekkert villaområde. Flott basseng! Noe av aircondition anlegget fungerte ikke de første dagene, dette ble rettet opp. Hyggelig vertskap og stedet anbefales!

A must stay

I can not rate this property and Nina and Rudd enough. What a stay, we have been visiting moraira for over 30 years, its like home. Clean, friendly, safe and you make friends wherever you go. Family have property here but we took our adult children and grandchildren this year and needed a bigger property. We found these and the property looked to suit all our needs. The house was perfect, for the parents with children a pefect attached room, a room upstairs to escape for who needed it, the master was just amazing. The living space was perfect for the 9 of us, the kitchen also amazing. Outside was just perfect, climbing frame for the kids known as the park they just loved and the eating area was awesome to sit together and eat. The Outside sitting area with the most comfortable furniture was just anazing to relax and read under the shade but we all just had the best time in the pool. Was a perfect size and couldn't get us out. The whole stay was just amazing and would recommend it to everyone. It will forever be on my list to go when bringing the family. Thank you to our wonderful hosts. You were amazing. Not only should you have moraira forevermore your go to holiday but always contact these guys should you need a wonderful villa to stay in. Espacioso y tranquilo

La casa está en la zona alta y más tranquila de la urbanización. Disfruté de mis paseos matutinos hasta la playa, aunque para la vuelta hay que estar preparado para enfrentarse a las cuestas. La piscina fenomenal y el salon amplio para grupos numerosos, además de muchas camas y baños. Lo único que echamos en falta fue el aire acondicionado en el salon, pero en resto de la casa incluida cocina si que hay y funciona bien. La playa de l'Ampolla q es la mas cercana es pequeña pero esta muy bien, con un pinar al lado para aparcar sin problemas. Hay que tener en cuenta con respecto a la hosteleria q es zona de extranjeros y el horario comidas y cenas es más temprano, si no espabilais en algunos restaurantes encontraréis la cocina cerrada. A

Great property, loverly pool, great location, one very annoying thing is air conditioning is on a timer in all the rooms so through the night requires a press of a button to keep it running so in some of the rooms we were constantly up and down all night. A week at our Spanish villa

On arrival, we were met by Nina and given a tour of the villa. It was immediately clear that we had made an excellent decision in choosing this villa! The villa is wonderful. All of the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space around the pool offers both shade and sun. The swimming pool is an excellent size and there is also a table football and table tennis table. Our days were spent in the villa and also at the beach in different resorts which are all a short drive away. This is a great villa and I would happily return for another holiday.

Outstanding large family Villa

Great pool; superb facilities; fantastic layout; perfect location. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax. Large pool - big enough for adults and great for kids learning to swim. Location is ideal - with Moraira and Calpe only a very short drive away. Villa was clean, and Ruud was a great host - everything organised before our arrival - check-in was quick and easy.

Scorchio in Moraira

We have just had a fantastic family week at Ruud and Ninas villa in Moraira. Highlights of the villa are the swimming pool area and the outdoor BBQ area which we used almost every day. We had lots of small children in our party and it was brilliant to be able to put the huge sun umbrella over the end of the pool giving the toddlers shade whilst they played in the shallow end. Ruud was great to deal with. Very efficient and fast to respond to any queries. Moraira is a lovely town with many bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes drive. We particularly enjoyed Paella night at the villa which Ruud arranged. It fed 12 of us in the evening and provided lunch for next day . Overall a great holiday in a lovely villa. Cheers

Great villa for family holiday in Moreira

The villa was ideal for our family holiday. Very well equipped and spacious for our group of 10. The outside bbq area was ideal and the table tennis, table football and pool were well used. The villa is in a lovely area and about a 30min walk to the beach and town, with lovely cafes and restaurants. The walk back is good exercise! There are a couple of restaurants close to the villa too. Plenty of supermarkets a short drive away. Any questions we had were answered quickly both before and during our visit. We had a wonderful holiday- would highly recommend.

Great stay

We were a large family of 10 with ages ranging from 2-66. The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived, we were supplied with lots of towels which we thought was a lovely touch, we’ve never had that before in any villa we’ve stayed in. Ruud was there to greet us upon our arrival even though we were later than expected, which we greatly appreciated. The pool was great for all ages and we were pleased to have paid the extra to have it heated. We would definitely recommend this villa for families of all ages and we would visit again.

Ideal for large group of friends or family

Everything was as expected. Property slightly dated but did not distract from facilities. Need to drive into town or to supermarket but not a problem

unforgettable holidays in beautiful ambient

We highly recommend this beautiful facility, which guarantees everything you need during your holiday with your family. The great terrace gave us unlimited possibilities of feasting outside, and the wonderful swimming pool (cleaned every day) was a great atraction for a child who could, if he could, would not leave it at all. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need to prepare meals for a group of 12 people. The excellent location gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings. The owner is very helpful, communicative and extremely friendly. Holidays in this place will remain in our memory for a long time.

The owner of villa Daniso is Nina. Nina is the eldest daughter out of a family with 7 children. She lives the biggest part of the year with her husband and her three children in villa Daniso. Her chidren attend an international school very close to Moraira.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

A few years ago Nina decided to settle down in Moraira because of the unique environment, healthy climate, tranquillity and hospitality of the people, which create excellent conditions for her children to grow up and study.

During the past 40 years Villa Daniso belonged to a Spanish family. At the time when they bought the house it was still a Spanish finca (farm-house). They gradually improved and expanded the house and built terraces and a swimming-pool. After growing up of their children the Spanish owners decided to move into a smaller place for themselves and they sold their house to Nina. During 5 months the villa was completely updated, modernized and painted inside out..

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Villa Daniso delighted us at first sight. It is big and comfortable but at the same time cosy and private. There is plenty of room to live with a big family and to receive many guests. All amenities are nearby. After a sun-bath on the terrace in summer it is cool inside of Villa Daniso. During a cool day in winter it is nicely dry and warm inside of the villa. You can easily stay with several small families because of the space inside and outside of the house
