Exactly as advertised

So many times properties no longer look like the online photos but this isn't one of those properties! This condo looks exactly as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we weren't on the beach. Having beach service has become a must for us after many years of dragging our children's "stuff" to the beach. Just be sure to check in with the beach attendant to have him assign you a spot. You cannot pick your own chairs. The only thing I might pass along to future guests is that this condo has no small/everyday convenience items like scissors, rubberbands, salt& pepper, ect. This didn't impact our vacation at all, just something to know before arrival. We also loved the location. It is far enough from the hustle & bustle to be a little quieter but still very close access to shopping and restaurants. It was also very nice having covered parking. The sun in Florida is no joke! With 20+ stories you might expect long waits for the elevators but that is not the case with this property. There are three elevators so we never waited more that a few minutes at most. We also had zero issues getting a luggage cart, coming or going. There are plenty of them at the end of the walkover. We didn't access the pool across the street but the one by the beach is amazing! Even with children playing there is plenty of room to cool off after a day in the sun. I just wish there were more chairs available around the pool.

Beautiful stay!

This condo was just like the pictures! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. It had a very comfortable bed! The patio was private with a great view. The beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental is a huge savings! We loved the quiet location. The owners responded quickly to us when we needed them. They were great to work with! We will definitely consider coming back!

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Celadon! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated both the beach service that came with the unit as well as the extra chairs if we wanted more space. The location at the West end of PCB is quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive to anything we needed! Loved our week at the beach!

Family Spring Break Trip

The condo was just like the pictures. Very clean, nice, and well equip with everything we needed. It is on the less busy side of PCB which was great for our family but still close enough for to go and do everything. Vickie was wonderful to work with and answers promptly if you need anything. Beautiful Beachfront Condo, Better Than Described!

Everything was fabulous! We booked a last minute, 4-day vacay to Panama City Beach (booked Thursday for a Saturday check-in). The host (Vickie) was wonderful. The communication was great. She sent a very thorough email about the check-in process & paying for the parking pass. Everything in the condo is just as described or better! The pictures do not do it justice! The rental is U-P-D-A-T-E-D & comfortable! The bed in the master bedroom should be listed as a prominent feature! I was worried. We needed rest & we are too old to sleep in an uncomfortable bed for 3 even 3 nights. That bed was the most comfortable be I have ever slept in. It was soft. I prefer a softer bed than my husband but he loved the bed too. You can here the ocean from the balcony. We didn't know if we would be able to. The chair & umbrella service that is freely avaliable with the rental is a big perk! So is the covered parking. The beach is beautiful & easy to swim in & enjoy. It felt very safe with a couple of sandbars not far from the shore. Go to Thomas' Donuts & Snack Shop & Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar just minutes from the condo! Mike owns both places. Get the best homemade biscuit you've ever eaten at Thomas' & every donut we tried was fantastic. Get the Spicy Beach Shrimp at Mike's! You're welcome for the recommendation of this condo, Thomas' & Mike's. We didn't eat anything at either place that we didn't love. We would definitely recommend this condo & would stay here again!!!

July 4th week getaway

My wife and i had a great week. It was everything we needed after a very busy spring with work and family. We usually have a week stay in PCB during Sept or Oct. But our schedules didnt workout for that time of year this time. This was about our forth time staying at the Celadon. The place was well cleaned and stocked for whatever we needed. The views form the 19th floor were spectacular. And the location is great for getting around PCB. We expected the area to be a little busier due to the time of year we chose ,but it didnt have an impact on our week at all. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to come back again. Kevin L.

My husband and I just spent our first wedding anniversary here! The condo was beautiful and everything was just as described in the listing. The view is absolutely spectacular and the beach is beautiful. The sand is soft & white and the condo itself was quiet. The parking & checking in process was very easy, we always had a place to park. Everything is within a short driving distance from restaurants, bars, shopping & entertainment. A few of our favorite restaurants were Firefly, Grand Marlin, and Finn’s! This was our first trip to Panama City and we plan to be back in the future. We will definitely be checking to see if this condo is available first! :)

Perfect stay

Easy check in and it is exactly like the pictures. Umbrella and beach chairs were great! Vickie sent information quickly. Beautiful views! I would definitely stay here again.

LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT was a success

This was a perfect condo for a sabbatical. Vickie was always quick to answer any questions I had. Parking and condo access was simple. You can easily walk to the Carousel market for essentials. The view was incredible and the condo itself was clean and cozy.

Our family purchased this unit in 2018. We always dreamed of owning a condo at the beach and am happy to share it with others. We've always loved the beach as a family and cherished our times there.
