Große Familie Strandhaus in der Mitte der Sea Isle Nachbarschaft. Haus ist auf 2 Grundstücke komplett eingezäunt und hundefreundlich. Unser Haus bietet Platz für 6 Erwachsene in 2 Queen-Size-Crate Barrel Betten im Obergeschoss und 1 Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss. Gute Erholung hier! Es gibt auch Einzel-Etagenbetten und ein kleines Futon für Kinder im Erdgeschoss. Bitte sehen Sie sich die Bilder an. WiFi, ATT-Fernseher oben und unten, DVD-Player, tolle Sound-Bar für Filme, viele Rätsel und Spiele und 3 Kajaks (bitte benutzen Sie unsere Schwimmweste). Riesige Terrasse mit Möbeln und Gasgrill Grube. Neue Küche große soziale Bar und großer Esstisch. Moderner Stil. Der Strand ist 2 Blocks entfernt und bietet nur einen privaten Parkplatz für die Bewohner von Sea Isle. Marina und Restaurant / Bar, Kinderpark und Full Court Basketball, Tennisplatz und Nachbarschaft Pool (offen Memorial Day-Labor Day) sind alle innerhalb von ein paar kurzen Gehminuten von Haus entfernt. Es gibt auch eine private Anlegestelle, die nur für Anwohner in die Bucht führt. Ja, Sie können den Strand hören! Dieses Haus ist besser gepflegt und eingerichtet als die meisten anderen Mietwohnungen, weil es auch unser Spaßort ist. Komm einmal und du wirst immer wieder zurück sein. Wir akzeptieren nur kleine Gruppen, die mit Ausnahme des Hauses untergebracht werden. Es sind absolut keine offenen Einladungspartys oder mehr als die vereinbarten bezahlten Einwohner erlaubt. Comfortable, cozy home!

Two moms and three 11 year old girls, plus one very happy dog stayed 4 nights here and had a great time. Beach was an easy 5 to 6 block walk away. Neighbor was friendly. Home is nicely decorated and supplied well. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. I would go back.

Perfect Galveston Get Away

We had a great stay! We much prefer the quiet, laid back atmosphere of the west side of the island. The neighborhood is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the gulf and bay side. However, it's close enough to visit The Strand or Pier during the day. Lots of board games available in the house, which was great in the evening.The house had plenty of space and we loved having two levels. There was more than plenty of bed space for seven of us (and we had four basketball players with us.) Beds were comfortable. Everyone slept well. Kitchen included everything needed to cook if you want to stay in. There are also plenty of restaurants if you don't. Deck is great for enjoying the sunrise and sunset.It's not beach front, but access is easy by car or golf cart with free parking. Plenty of room to stretch out on the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood

The house has comfortable beds and a huge yard! We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our family and really enjoyed our time. There was plenty of space for the whole family and room to burn off energy outside. Andrew was a great host. Fast communication and offered up anything extra we needed. Even mailed our daughters necklace back when she left it there! Only thing I'll mention to confirm before booking is the water quality at the house. When we stayed we couldn't drink or cook with the water. We brought giant 5 gallon jugs with us and manged just fine. The water was okay to shower with and use in toilets.

Great Spot!

What a wonderful hidden gem on a neighborhood! This is a great place to stay with a young family. Easy walk to a park and restaurant, and we loved using the paddle board.

Awesome Get Away!

This was our fourth time staying on the west side of the beach. We love the area! This house was another one of our favorites. It's a great spot. There was ample room for the family and our furry friends. It was also nice being close to the Marina and the beach while also having access to the pool. Additionally, Andrew is pleasant. He is a great communicator and stays on top of things!

Great house

The house was perfect for our family. We originally had planned to stay in mid July but the hurricane came through and changed our plans. Andrew was excellent at communicating with us during that time and super flexible when we needed to reschedule. The house was in great condition and a perfect getaway for our annual family beach trip.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. We appreciate pet friendly places. There are a few great things about the place that I don't remember seeing in the description. First, is the oversized lot with a fence around it. There was plenty of room for our dog to run and play, without having to worry about her getting out. The other was the cool music decor throughout the house. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

2024 Family Vacation

Property was great. Clean and had everything we could’ve needed during our stay, except for the food itself, which was great. Overall the property was in great shape and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Galveston area. The pool was great and the owner of the pool is the nicest person. Daughter’s birthday trip to the Island!

The location of the beach house was perfect in Sea Isle. We loved the area and access to the beach. Fishing pier on the marina side of the bay was relaxing. Being able to use upstairs and downstairs was a huge plus. The large fenced in yard was exactly what we needed to be able to bring our dogs along with no hassle. The artwork throughout was a nice change to the typical beach house decor. Super rad! We definitely will be booking here again with Andrew, who made sure we have everything we needed to enjoy our stay over Memorial weekend! Zero complaints from the birthday girl as well! Thanks again!

Girls Weekend

Our stay was enjoyable. The place was nicely decorated and had a good vibe. The downstairs rooms had a smell, possibly mildew. It got worse when you were closer to the AC units. If you were in there a while, you grew more acclimated to it, but it is strong. Other than that, it was a great stay!

I grew up in Houston and went to West University Elementary, Lanier Middle, and Bellaire High School. I now live in College Station. This is my dream to own a beach house and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

This house is more comfortable than most any other beach rental. I manage the house myself along with a local resident so I’m responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I concentrate on details of the house for myself not just for renting. You’ve been to rent houses before that the owner hasn’t been to in years so you know what I mean. This is not the Summer Rental movie. I’m constantly making upgrades and updates. I love my tenants that treat the house as their own and make deals to returning tenants.

Not directly on water so no worries about kids falling in but they can play in the huge yard and be at the beach or the bay or in minutes. Children’s playground a block away. Location in Sea Isle and 15-20 minutes to Galveston. Walking distance of 2 BLOCKS to beach, bay, marina restaurant, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Quiet and fabulous neighbors!
